The man in white armor walked towards the direction he saw the fire at in order to rest for the night. But I still need to address more events happing elsewhere in this world also I know the dragon god thing is cliche as heck but i ran out of ideas at that time so I guess that's what we're doing. So we are cutting to a new kingdom about 2,000 kilometers away from the kingdom of Kuityun. A carriage laced with gold strains of thread and covered in a purple paint being driven by this worlds equivalent of horses Chikibi's which are a bird like creature that is about the size of a miniature car. This one has a black and green color scheme. Inside this carriage there are 4 people talking.
"We should be arriving in the kingdom of Edstem soon princess Delten." The driver said this to the young lady wearing platinum earrings with an astral purple dress.
"Thank you for notifying me Kurabu" replied princess Delten in a kind manner (yes Kurabu is Japanese's for club).
Delten was the princess of Kuityun and daughter of Aloutar their royal last name was Kenya. Recently the queen of Kuityun had passed away and the princess was going to take he place as queen soon but first she must inform the kingdom Edstem of the death of the great forest of Jubako. This was important because this could lead to a chain of events that may shake the very world itself. The other 3 people in the carriage were royal mages which were accompanying the princess on her journey to the kingdom as bandits had been a growing problem in the area having guards was needed if you wanted to survive them. As the carriage approached the kingdom it came into the view of eyesight and princess Delten looked out of her carriage admiring the huge city.
"Wow it's developed so much since I last was here!" The princess said this in admiration of Edstem's great progression.
The city was huge the houses were made of a maroon brick like stone but stronger the roofs were like the ones you'd find in China except with an emerald color. In the center of this city was a huge castle towering over it all and as you went in the houses got bigger and bigger.
"Wow it's a shame I'm only here to give the queen information on a new threat otherwise I would of stayed here and enjoyed a small vacation!" Spoke the princess with a disappointed look on here face.
"Princess please sit down, and remember this visit is very important to keep people safe." One of the royal guards told Delten.
Delten puffed up her face "Fine then" she yelled at the guard and she sat back down and turned her head not looking at anyone.
"Princess we have arrived in Edstem" the driver informed Delten of this.
"Thank you for bringing us here Karubu" replies the princes as she and her 3 guards got off the carriage.
"Have a safe trip" said Karubu as he rode off to someplace else.
As Princess Delten walked through the streets towards the royal castle she looked around at everything the houses the markets even the people.
"Princess please keep up we must be getting to the castle." Spoke another royal mage as she grabbed Delten.
"S-sorry" replied Delten.
As they got closer to the castle they saw just how big it was with such beauty which would leave anything in awe of its glory.
"Wow it's so much more beautiful now." Said the princess as she and her guards approached the front gate.
Outside the front gate there were 2 guards posted next to it
When the princess was only only 3 meters away from the gate the guards suddenly jerked forward pointing their spear at the princess and her guards.
"Stop right there! Nobody is allowed to enter the castle without queen Bellatrix's permission!" Said the guard in a loud voice as he readied to strike them if they approached further. "Don't come any close-"
The guards sentence was interrupted be one of the royal mages accompanying Delten. "How dare you yell at us like that!" Yelled the mage."you are in the presence of princess Delten of Kuityun"
"I don't care who you are but I will hurt you if you come any clo-" the guards speech was interrupted again by someone new.
"ASPER, JADE WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!" Yelled a beautiful woman who had just exited the castle from the commotion.
"P-p-princess Emerald, we are sorry these people were trying to break into the cas-" the guard was cut off again.
"SILENCE JADE!" Princess Emerald spoke with great anger at the two. "BOTH OF YOU IN THE CASTLE NOW!" She pointed to the doors.
"Y-yes Princess" the guard spoke with fear in his eyes as he and his comrade walked inside the castle.
"Now for th- Hold on Delten is that you?" Emerald noticed Delten hiding behind one of the royal mages. "Oh I am so sorry for Jade and Asper's actions." Emerald spoke in true apology.
"I'm sorry Emerald it's my fault this happened I should of informed you we were coming before arriving here." Replied Delten in apology.
"Sorry to interrupt but we have urgent news to report to queen Bellatrix" the royal mage interrupted their apology's "Emerald you and Delten can catch up after we give the message okay?"
"Alright then follow me I'll take you to mother." Emerald asked them this as she stared walking back to the castle.
Princess Delten and her royal mages followed Emerald inside and to a weird box in the wall we're a man who looked like a butler was waiting for them.
"Emerald what is this?" Asked Delten.
"This is a new transportation system we made with gravity magic. It will take us straight to mother." Spoke Emerald answering Delten's question. "Damien would you please send us up to the queen?" Emerald asked the butler.
"Yes my princess" replied Damien as he used gravity magic and the elevator lifted up and rose passing many floors until they reached the top.
Everyone stepped out of the box and it went back down to the first floor.
"Please stay here while I go find the queen" Princess Emerald asked kindly.
"Alright" answered Delten as Emerald ran off.
It was 10 minutes later when she came back with queen Bellatrix.
"Is something wrong?" Asked Bellatrix as she looked at princess Delten.
"No it just took you awile to get here" answered Delten.
"Oh I'm sorry I just wasn't expecting you to visit our kingdom." Said Bellatrix.
"Princess" the royal mage said this to Delten reminding her of why she was here.
"Oh right!" Delten yelled as she looked at Bellatrix. "We have urgent news to tell you" Delten's normal cheerfulness turned into seriousness.
"And what would that be?" Asked the queen.
"The great forest of Jubako is..." Delten stopped for a second. "Jubako is dead."
There was a moment of silence as Bellatrix and Emerald processed the information and a horror fell upon them.
"W-what do you mean it's dead?" Said Emerald who was shaking. "A few days ago it was thriving and full of life."
"When we sent people to visit the forest to collect some herbs they came back with a grim look on their faces telling us there was no life in sight when they reached it. We then sent Spade to confirm this and it was true. But that isn't the worst part."
"T-that isn't the worst of it?" Spoke Bellatrix with fear in her eyes.
"We also has confirmed that all the magic in the forest... was gone not a speck of it left."
"B-but that's impossible there should be so much magic energy left there even after it died." Said Bellatrix.
"There's more to it though. We had sent adventurers to investigate the cause of it and only one came back alive scarred for life."
"Do you mean that whatever enters the forest.. dues?" Asked Emerald.
"No. What the survivor told us was different something had came out of the forest and when they attacked it, the creature suddenly grew stronger and easily killed one of the adventurers while it tore off the other ones who then died of blood loss.."
"That's... strange something came out of the forest and killed two adventurers easily." Said Bellatrix. "But what was this creature?"
"The adventurer told us it was a baby dragon and it looked nothing like any dragon we have seen before or have record off and her description of it matched none of our records." Answered Delten.
"It was just a baby dragon and it killed 2 adventurers with ease. But I thought the baby dragons could only kill animals at predator or below way less than humans even low ranked ones are." Said Bellatrix. "And you believe it was what killed the forest and drained it of its magic?"
"Yes that exactly what we think happened." Replied Delten.
"Alright then I will prepare a quest and defenses if we ever see that dragon. I thank you for this information Delten you may stay here for as long as you need before you return to your kingdom." Said Bellatrix who then walked off.
"Will do Bellatrix." Replied Delten who then walked off with emerald to find something entertaining to do.
