I pulled out my hands from his chest and trace the wound as I healed it, then I reached out my right hand that I cleaned off of the blood, to his forehead for the final touch.
"I, Glenn Talleon Monteverde, a man that reincarnated for the tenth time, achieved the highest position of Bathala, served well the Omniverse as The Bathala, and now a retired Bathala is stating that the man before me for the Kaluwalhatian to be heard that he will abandon his past identity and live as my forevermore servant after achieving his revenge for his late family, without harming an innocent existence in his path. I flew towards the window and listen to the prayer. I saw four individuals, one little girl of the same age as this body of mine, wearing a pajama then a married couple in their pajamas which I think the parents of the little girl and a man in a suit wearing an eyeglass.
Other than the man in a suit showing a sad expression, the other three are crying while hugging.
I stared at the man in a suit because this man is only acting... The typical cunning person in each rich family, eh? I guessed that man is the sibling of one of the parents of this little girl.
The prayer that I'm listening to is coming from the little girl. After a couple of minutes. I already got a gist of what's happening here with the help of her parent's prayers too, but the little girl's prayer is very much stronger than her parents.
The person residing in this room is the little girl's grandfather, the father of her mother, and the sister of the man in a suit. Her Lolo was sent into the emergency room after a serious seizure attack, and now they are waiting for the doctor to report at them.
I decided to announce my presence after that man in a suit left but it seems that he won't leave yet any time soon. So, I waved my hand to open the windows slowly and let the breeze comes in, to make the people inside look in this direction.
Their jaws dropped after seeing a little boy with a golden crest that bigger than him floating on his back.
"It seems my help is needed here, no?" I stated and willed the crest to disappear slowly, as I landed on the floor then smiled at them.
But it seems that all of them were shocked except for the little girl that wiped her eyes and slowly approached me, but was pulled back by their parents after seeing their daughter for what she's doing.
"Who are you, kid?" Asked by the man in a suit, after waking up from his trance. 'Small trick can't fool me!'
I slowly turned my head to meet his eyes and my smile is gone and said. "Don't use that tone on me, kid." Then I released a pressure inside the room but pointed it on this man, alone. Which made the man dropped down on his four limbs before me. "You seem so smart, so use that brain of yours and not your ego. I came here for as I heard a prayer of an innocent and helpless little girl, but instead of helping her... It seems that I'll kill a lowly mortal for not respecting me, huh?"
Then I saw him trying his best to fight back the pressure and lift his head to meet my eyes then said slowly with prideful tone. "... Respect... Needs to be earned and not to be given just like that!"
I raised an eyebrow for him to see and smiled brightly. "Oh~ You're correct but wrong at the same time, kid. You're not my equal for that phrase to be applied here." Then I changed the pressure into a killing intent that enough for him to be knocked out of his consciousness. "Sleep for now, as I don't have time to do an additional job to send a soul in the Kasamaan realm."
Then I turned my head to the family that still staying silent in a corner of the room. Fear can be seen in their eyes and tensed expressions on their face, still an exception for this little girl that looking at me while blinking cutely. The next thing that I heard from her is. "Are you here to help my Lolo?"
I smiled at her warmly. "Of course, I heard your prayer from a very far away place, and hurriedly came here for as I saw that it came from a beautiful little girl."
She jumped joyously then pull the hemp of the clothes of her parents. "Yay!~ Mom, Dad! He's here to help Lolo. That's good, right, right!?"
They gave her a hesitant smile while glancing at each other. "Ye-yes, darling. It's good that he is here... But ki-... Uhm, how should we address you, err... Sir?" Then asked me.
I thought for a bit then stated that. "... Glenn, that's my mortal name here, so just call me Glenn. I'm living in this mortal plane now to enjoy my vacation before going back to the Kaluwalhatian. I'm here to help your father, but it's not for free. And before you react, I want to remind you that you have a problem and I have a problem too. I'll help you but you need to help me too." I don't think that I still need to disguise myself from them, even though the man on the floor is a little trouble for sure for my eyes.
"*Gulp But sir Glenn... How we wi-" They are nervous for what I think for them that thinking for what kind of help that a higher being like me needs for them, mortals.
"I told you that I'm living in this world for a time being. So, for what my problem is all about the worldly material things." I assure them that I don't need them to fight some kind of supernatural thing and against some higher beings too.
They sighed in relief and asked. "What kind of material things, sir Glenn?"
"A medium-size house with a big lawn from all sides. I need proper procedures for that land and house to be in my name legally and send five million pesos in a bank account with a card that I can access anytime I want even though this body is still a five years old... Can you do that?"
"... We can send the money but we will try about the bank though and... We want... To be sure that my father will be healed and his body will be back to have a physique of a bull... Can we wish for that?"
"No problem." Then I waved my hand to let the contract that I created by will materialized at them, then I explained for what it is. "That's a Kaluwalhatian's Oath Contract. Once you breached the stated promises inside on that oath, your souls will cease to exists, the same goes for me... Double-check them for there's no turning back once it's finalized. My mortal name is Glenn Talleon Monteverde."
I let them have time to review the contract while I used my eyes to eliminate all kinds of elements in my path to see-through floors and walls to the said old man inside of the emergency room.
"You only have 10 minutes at most, before that old man is beyond savable, even for me. If that happens..." I looked at them and continued. "He will enter the Maca realm and he will wait for his turn to reincarnate normally, and will have another identity."
They looked at each other and released a sigh. Then face me with determination. "... What we will do with this contract then, sir?"
"Wound your index finger then let your thumb finger to have your blood and place that finger on the circles below, once you do that, repeat and recite the oath that will pop up in your mind and it will write your names automatically using the blood as the ink on your thumb, while the fingerprint will be the way for the Oath to trace you on this earth, no matter where you are, to kill and erase your existence once you breached that contract."
They did what I said even though they shivered from the last sentence, and I waited for them to finished. Now, I know their names. This family is surnamed Andrada, but since this woman married a man, her full name now is Sophia Andrada-Salazar, while his husband's name is Nathaniel Salazar and their daughter's name is Aurora Andrada Salazar. After taking the oath, the contracts started to disintegrate into a small bright ball of light.
"Wow... So beautiful... Can I do that!? Can I touch that!?" The little girl was mesmerized and can't take her eyes from it while pulling the hemp of the clothes of her parents.
"No, you can't, darling."
Then the light floats outside of the window then shoots up towards the sky in a blink of an eye.
"My father's name is Rizalino Andrada and I'm sorry for my brother's... Impudence before you, sir Glenn. His name is Jacob Andrada, he's my only little brother. You can call me anytime for whatever he will do that will caused you to be irritated at him, but please don't kill him, sir. I beg you." She bowed sincerely for what she said. Then her husband and daughter copied her.
"Raise your heads. We will talk about all of these things later after I save your father." Then I looked at Aurora then smiled at her. "I'll go to your Lolo now to help him."
"Hmmm... I don't know how you will do that. But I can feel that you're saying the truth and I'll believe you."
I pet her head and released my crest and started to walk down through the floor straight to the old man. I bent space and time elements to pass through the floors while controlling the light and dark elements to make myself invisible from the others except from the three.
Sophia and Nathaniel drop their jaws again after seeing a kid walking downstairs through the floor. They looked at each other after the kid disappears from their sight and hugs each other but didn't forget to include their daughter Aurora.
Nathaniel breaks the silence as he said to Sophia. "We will be his followers until we die. Of course, we don't know yet how long is that 'vacation' but we won't ask him about it."
"Hmmm... It's good that he heard our daughter's prayer because if not... *Cry"
"Why are you still crying Mom, Dad? That boy is saving Lolo now, we should smile, right?" They saw her tilting her head from the side.
