In no time, I reached the emergency room where the old man that having surgery right now.
I take a look for a moment and circled the body while the doctors are treating him with care.
From far away, I can see a person's 'time' for when he will die exactly, but not the cause of it, yet. So, I need to diagnosis him first accurately before treating him. That's why in the first place, I was confused about why they pulled this old man from his room to the emergency room to treat his seizure. After all, it's very bad at the beginning to treat a patient while having a seizure.
For a couple of seconds, now I know why he was sent here and why the hell his time is much faster than others with the same disease of brain cancer... He had liver and lung cancers too...
Damn. This old man is sure persistent, eh? Having multiple serious diseases at the same time at the same late stages and he's still alive... How come his family didn't know his situation until now?...
Oh well, not my problem. With my current power, it's enough to heal his diseases down to Stage Is from Stage IV before I'm empty of power after reaching my bed later...
I massaged my chin for how to do this while there are so many doctors surrounding him. Hmmm...
After contemplating for a couple of seconds, I released pressure for all the people inside of this emergency room except for the old man and suppressed their body to stop moving. I motioned my right hand slowly to make them step back and give me some space, my body is currently still small so I need to finish this sooner as I'm using power every second to fly continuously.
I control the light elements for a transparent but a golden describable human head size one hand to appear and made it descend to touch the old man's head, then I used it to caress his whole body slowly to his feet while I made his body glows as a trail of the said hand and soon it was finished the hand disappeared and the old man's body stops glowing then reveals his body.
Fully naked without wounds and things that indicate that this old man is currently in surgery for his liver and lung failure, a bit rosy but not so much pale compared from the start.
But that's only a feast for the people's eyes around us. For the reality, I grabbed his heart and punctured with my five fingers but this time, I only killed the unwanted things inside of his body, down to Stage I and made a spell to slow down the processing time of his diseases to upgrade to Stage II again, and stops there.
I'm still invisible so they didn't know what truly happened, I pulled back the pressures that binding the doctors and attendants and went back to the room for where the family of Salazar is, leaving the silent room with only the sound of beeping from the machine echoing...
Soon, I reached the room again but ascending from the ground this time, with special effect again. I noticed the brother on the floor that still unconscious while hearing the couple mumbling non stop that they want to be my follower and they saying it at their daughter too.
I sighed and softly said. "I don't need followers as it's useless, but if you really want to worship, then point it towards the current Bathala and other Gods and Deities." I gestured them to be silent after noticing them that they want to say something and I continue. "And soon, you will receive the notice from the doctors later but I'm warning you not to accept any treatment to completely heal him, his body is old and don't enough life force to endure such painful things... I'll go back here in two weeks or I will find you both or your old man to fully heal him and extend his life for a bit while I'm it so be at ease, children." I started to walk towards the window, released my crest to get away from this place, but before completely I was gone. I warned 'them' again... "Remember, don't make any attempts to find me as I don't like to be sniffed around by some 'people'..."
Tsk, I need to get out of this place now. I'm expecting some people with the ability to sense Qi, Mana, or Chakra but I didn't expect them to be this much above my expectation.
I flew upwards and switched to light and dark elements from my crest then traverse the way to go back in a second. I even resorted to using one millisecond of my Faith power to be activated to sustain my ability that fast.
Faith power is very different from any kind of energies because while in the position of Active Gods and Deities, the person who's in that position can only obtain that said Faith from lower beings. Even though there are so many Gods with the same name, they are categorized with the said power level and can only be promoted once achieved the said works of the current position to a higher but same title, and the faith from the lower being can be determined for who it is.
Kaluwalhatian and other Realms have a foolproof system for those faiths. So, there's no such thing as 'It's mine!', 'No, it's mine!' can be heard in the courts and any parts of any Realms. Even if it's an Evil God / Deity or a Good God / Deity.
For my Faith power, it will not increase anymore as I'm a retired Bathala, once a Peak Deity Class or Peak Embodiment of 5th Dimensional Existence. That's why I need to use this Faith meticulously and precisely.
And currently, this body of mine now is at High-Mortal Class or Core Phase of 3rd Dimensional Existence but have the power of Initial Soul Phase of 4th Dimensional Existence or in short, an Initial God Class, because I'm a person who reincarnated for the tenth time, and I'm familiar and I mastered such energies, for how to use them in a form of techniques and skills, in said elements.

For any higher beings that in a position of Active Gods and Deities, the only way to retire is to reincarnate. And they can cultivate again against the Kaluwalhatian or any Realms without hurdles to overcome to break through to the next Class, except for ascending to a higher being or higher dimensional existence if they want to live leisurely without responsibility like Active Gods and Deities, but still, they are called Gods and Deities only to be in Inactive Status for the Realms' Knowledge.
For that to happen, they only need to recite some oaths with their current name and the highest position that they reached from their past life to be said to be recognized and permitted to level up to a higher Class and higher being, because of our souls that already registered in the Book of Existence of the Realms.
But there's a way to skip that thing... While they are in the position of Active Gods or Deities. They only need to rip some of their soul and nourish them to reach any power level they want it to be, but it is sure to be a lower of a whole existence and below the current position. Like what I am now.
Because once the said Active God or Deity reincarnates, their power will dissipate back to the universe and will be shared among the stars. And the said ripped and nourished soul will be the backup thing to power up them once reincarnated and this cheat is exclusive only for 4th and higher dimensional beings to be done.
Back to the said Faith power, while in the position of Active God or Deity, the faiths that they are receiving are they own, alone. It's like having personal money after embezzling from the company without breaking a law or something.
That's why many worlds have a situation of summoning people from the other world to be heroes against the demon lord or another religion and blah blah blah, because of Gods and Deities wants to receive more faiths for power and giving them some prophecies and orders...
And I was one of them, greed about obtaining more faiths, I visited other worlds and use the mortals to declare and conquer the world until it can give me more faiths later on. For us higher beings, this is a simple game, work, and a common sense... But it doesn't mean that we are pleased to do ANYTHING to receive more faiths. They are limited, and the most NOT TO DO in the list, is to modify mortal's soul, or the said God or Deity will be erased by the Realms from the Book of Existence and cease to exist once discovered.
But greed is not something to look down upon, even us can't escape from it... There are so many records of existence that doing those things against the rules and ceased to exist...
There is a Karma for all existences to be counted for all they're doing, even us, higher beings, are no exceptions...
Now, for being in a position of Active God or Deity, energies to be used to power up the techniques and skills are disabled by the Realms, and only Faith power can be used to do those things, and that's the reason why there are so many worlds destroyed and saved...
I reached the house and went inside carefully, back to my bed and sits in crossed-leg to restore my three energies...
Back to the hospital.
While Sophia and Nathaniel are helping Jacob to be put on the couch as he is still unconscious, they heard a knock on the door and Sophia went to open it just to see a man wearing a military uniform.
"Oh, err... Major?"
"Yes."
"Uhm, can we know if you have needed something from us?"
"Nothing that much, Ma'am... Mrs. Salazar... But... This is weird to ask... But I just want to know if someone came here with... With something peculiar or... A supernatural thing or he/she can do?"
"..." Sophia was confused and looked back to her husband and they both saw him shaking his head, and she turns to the Major and said. "No one came with you're talking about, Major." Then she stared at the man standing in front of the door.
They stared for each other for a couple of seconds without backing down to see if someone is lying and if someone is gonna be fooled... Until they heard a couple of footsteps rushing to them and Sophia didn't wait any longer and rushed towards them asking. "Doc, how's my father?"
"Mr. Andrada is fine now, Mrs. Salazar... It's just, I.. We want to say the truth for you because of we..." The lead doctor turned back to the other doctors with him that sighed and shook their heads, and he continued. "We saw for the first time that something exists in this world that can't be explained by science and we don't know how to explain this... We didn't do anything to help Mr. Andrada but that something helped him, pulling him from the edge of death, back to the life side..."
"... Oh..." Sophia cried and felt his husband hugged her. "Thank god!"
"Shhh... God heard our prayer..."
Unknown to them or because they are still busy with their feelings and mostly for the doctors that don't know what to do since it's really unbelievable for them, that the military man left them without noise.
The Major walked away from the place back to the room where he came from and made a call, that in no time was answered from the opposite side.
"What is it? Does your mission got some problems?"
"Yes, sir. The assassination was stopped but we didn't catch any assassin and we're not the one who stopped them or interfered with them... But, it's because of the master that Andrada Family found."
"That's good! But - Huh? If it's only a master we have plenty of them."
"Sir, what I mean for the master is that 'Master'... An unknown Lieutenant Colonel Level person, and for what I heard from his voice... It's unbelievable but..."
"But what!? Don't cut your words dammit, Drake!"
"Sir! He is a kid! Literally a kid! A five or six years old boy! Based on his tone and for the power that I felt and saw with my two eyes when I peeked from the gap of the opened door, I swear to my country, badge and position as Major, I'm not lying, sir! If that's not the 'Master' of the legends then what is, sir!?" He said sternly while keeping his voice down from the others to hear him while sensing his surroundings.
"... I know you're not lying and will not act like this for how long I knew you personally... So, I'll believe what you're saying now. I'm giving you the order to report to me within two days after Samantha relieved you to your mission."
