As we were chatting the usual stuffs. The president of the Cultural club, enters our class, as she announced "Anyone who would like to contribute to the main event of our club, which is going to show cast our cultural heritage with a fleeting touch of modern age, kindly meet anyone of us after class" she had a short bob cut hair, with her glasses and all but still looks so smart and stand out even from among her group. Every girl I knew admired her.
From my side view, I could see that, Michelle had her eyes all twinkling from excitement, which made me wonder whether it was because of the president or the event. Damn! I shook my head. I brought myself back to reality and shook my head as I thought that it is better not to be involved in such events. (Long story short, I remember, once I got myself so involved that I fainted out of stress!)
So, for me, I was not even a bit interested in all of these stuffs, for I just wanted to enjoy the entertainments and the food it will be serving on that day.
But after some days, Esha came asking for help in preparing some outfit for the show. If you must ask, yes, she is in the Cultural club. I agreed, as I owe her (which is all together another long story, which I will skip as of now) and of course, she reminded me of my debt to her, so I couldn't refuse.
The big day neared and as I walked towards the club, I saw lots of dresses, shawls, ornaments, crowns etc which looks like it was dumped in this place. I smirk at myself.
As I entered, I approached Esha who was busy fitting a dress. She gave me a bunch of instructions in just a short period of time. Too much work with limited time. With all the bombardment of instruction, I think, I am sure Esha was still talking to me when I saw Michelle walking off to another corner with a dress in her hand, and I tagged along like a price tag!
She was looking so damn gorgeous with a multi color lacy crop top and a fluffy skirt. Her soft bouncy curls were bun up, but has some strands fell on her face and neck. I continued to follow her, she then went behind the curtains, to change. I don't know if I am to say I am lucky or not at that time,as I almost gave up following and was about to turn back, for a fleeting second, the wind blew up the curtain! And there I saw an image, within seconds I felt warm blood trickling down from my nose, but I couldn't do anything, I stood there like a dumb gwaking puppet .
