As I was watching the little people, nothing much for me to do so I've developed a habit of treating them like tv. Ooo I wonder if I can get the little ones to take leaf birds like I did the rat men? Probably to soon, also would the drakes just burn it? Anyways over time they seemed to start making there own little cities, the polar bears are making a big ice city on top of the lake while beneath the water the frogmen are making a mud city. I have to say the polar bears city is a lot more beautiful... Twinkling in my light but strangely as the ice develops it lighting up the water green. The little water elemental just kind of wanders about in the lake occasionally eating a fruit in it's little liquid form I don't know if it has a mouth but I can see a little gelatin like figure floating about in the lake as it slowly dissolves any fruit it bumps into turning slightly green then returning to normal. It seemed to be mildly entertained by the bears actions and ignore the frogs entirely. I assume it just doesn't like the frogs but that's just an assumption. The water elemental seems to see that I am watching it... We sat there staring. It came close to me but just stopped right in front of me. We stared for awhile. In silence. Then it just swam away doing what it was doing before wandering about in the lake entirely undisturbed. I assume the frogs and bears are treating it as there leader or something. After seeing everything that interested me I moved along to see what the fire people are doing the drakes are really the only fire affiliated but they don't have a disadvantage in that as there's a bunch of different kinds of drakes they all seem to favor fire though. I don't know if draconic life forms can be affiliated with other elements but I do believe that can the giant head that appeared from the water appeared to be a dragon. So I assume they were a water dragon and a fire dragon fighting. What I don't understand is why the water dragon was so huge even compared to the one with wings. Was it just not an adult? That's a terrifying thought.
As the drakes were building they seemed to dig rather then anything else, I don't know if they are doing it on purpose or if they aren't but they appeared to have given the fire elemental a large home at the center of the giant underground city. I begin moving my roots that are producing fruit and making new ones to accommodate each of the little homes seeing as they so spread out and numerous. I guess the little drakes dislike the whole community thing but have only built a actual large city because they fear leaving the dome but most the other area is taken. They also seem to want to stay near the fire elemental maybe it's a instinctive hate or fear for the water faction but they seem to be very uncomfortable anywhere near that direction. Slowly over time a giant circle was formed in beneath my giant limbs as the light tinkles down I move my perspective to one of the branches at the bottom of my canopy and see that I sat at the very center of what appeared to be three little kingdoms. While the drake faction seems to only live underground it still is a very large section of raised ground that forms a huge hill with entrances on either side it has immense potential to eventually be a mountain I can't wait to see how they will build it when there population grows. I don't necessarily feel any direct issue with water, fire or even the rats who don't appear to have any direct element weirdly. I feel like as a tree I'd be more comfortable with the water. Or at the very least the rats but I don't know I only like the rats a little more cause I am more used to them.
I wonder how long it's been since I woke up in that void? Oh yeah the humans... Quickly searching for any pigeons that had survived the steam or hung upon the men who escaped I find the connection is thin... I wonder if it can be stolen from me if it gets far enough away. I don't know about others simply taking control of parts of my body but I feel like me losing control wouldn't be that weird I mean they are already disconnected from me. I wonder what the maximum range would be before the connection thins out entirely till it breaks if it will break. As I found the distant pigeon I move my perspective to it. The first thing I saw as I opened my eyes is strange... Looking around it's a dark room and I hear a constant low thumping and in the distant a figure obscured by a cloth is moving constantly to the rhythm... Feeling curious I look down and as I count the number of legs escaping from the bottom of the cloth and the direction they are face I realize what I'm looking at. I quickly search for an exit to the room cause I'm feeling awkward spying on the scene. As I look around and finally find it the cloth fell of the figures and I saw there faces, and a lot more. Moving along I left the room with a creepy vibe in my heart. I flew up to the roof of a nearby building then finally allowed my pigeon body to produce light, which I was preventing before as it was in stealth mode to hide on the little people. Looking around I spot the kingdom I had once visited but weirdly in the dark of night it is still brighter then back then. I notice I am sitting upon the largest building in the whole kingdom. Guess I was watching royal pornographic material, ha... Awkward... Moving along I spot many little people moving around in the dark with there little torches that aren't even half as bright as me... Weirdly... As I am wondering why I felt some pain and quickly have to regrow my little pigeons head so my perspective had a place to be... would be weird if I was looking from the body of the pigeon... I mean... yes it's not even close to a fraction of my body akin to seeing through a toe nail or something but I don't know I never questioned that I guess... As I see what took off my pigeons head I'm somewhat confused. What are these little things? They are large bird like creatures but there wings are bald like a bats and they don't have mouths just eyes but the eyes are blank no iris or anything just a blank red are between the eyelids.
