As both Elijah and Sui were having the time of their life talking to each other, Zavkiel however Elijah's system, managed to detect threat looming over them
When both Elijah and Sui heard the warning, the former immediately crouched down as he said
"Looks like we're being under attack" he said as he held down Sui
"What should we do?" Asked Sui worriedly
"You can use magic right?"
"Yeah!"
"Then we'll make our escape, there's only two of us and we don't know how many are there so we can deduct that were being attacked by a huge force... . . Our main priority is safety so ready your spells" deducted Elijah
"Understood" replied Sui
Soon enough as if underestimating them cause they still look like kids, about six newborns came out from the thick trees as they laughed and bared their fangs at them
Seeing this Elijah immediately called out for Zavkiel
"Zavkiel analyse!"
"Is that so? Then what's our percentage of escape?"
"That high? Then this guy's are weak as heck!, Alright! Let's do this"
Meanwhile as he was talking it out with his own system, some of the newborn's begun debating on themselves
"They're just kids!"
"Let's kill them!!! I'm getting hungry!"
"I'll aim for the girl, girls have smooth skin texture after all"
"Gehehehe!!!"
After debating for a while two newborn dashed forward the moment they decided upon their prey
Just at that moment Sui immediately activated her prepared spell as she said
"Uprooted!"
With her name chant, the roots of tree nearby suddenly erupted in the middle of the flower field as they begun to spread out all over turning the whole vicinity into a different terrain
"What the?!?!"
Due to this some of the newborn got thrown back while some reacted immediately as they quickly backed away to the edge of the flower field
When they thought that they were safe however, an Mana arrow suddenly zoomed past the encroaching roots gaps as they pierced through one of the newborn
With a loud thud one of them feel down dead as the Mana arrow disrupted it's Mana flow through its brain this killing it without letting it regenerate
For that only five newborn were left
"Fuck! Get the elf! But kill the girl! She's a threat!"
With that order the remaining newborns quickly made their move as they dashed past the roots gaps as they try to approach the two people in the middle of this root forest
Using this golden chance, Elijah quickly and swiftly pulled his bow and fired off continouesly without stop making it look like a rapid shot of arrows
At that the newborn begun to have a hard time passing through the gaps as they get rained down by Mana arrows, one of the even utilized the roots as he chipped one part away and threw it towards Elijah
Unfortunately due to the barraged attacks the thrown roots quickly got riddled to pieces and this quick approach immediately caused another death on the enemy's ranks as it's body got pierced by atleast 20 arrows in an instant
"Gah!"
After that more and more shouts from all over the root terrain was heard as newborns gets killed left and right
This was no battle for the vampires anymore, this was just a slaughterhouse for them as the perpetrator the elf hero kill them one by one like a fly swatter
Gritting it's teeth the newborn quickly made his way through the tiny gaps from the roots and using them as cover as arrows rained down on him
Based on the voices out of six newborn, he deducted that he's the only one left, thus with this in mind he dashed.forward aiming from it's blind spot and came out from the backline
Stretching out it's claws he ripped apart the back of a Siren as he continued and bitten off the neck of elf hero
After a while he successfully killed them which made him feel relieved but just as he was about to celebrate his spoil and victory
Both the elf's body and the Siren's body began to glow bright as it exploded like a detonator being triggered
After that with the roots all over, it also begun to glow causing chain reactions to explode one after the other completely killing the newborn and causing a scene not only for the enemy but also for the kingdom itself
With the continues explosions the elves finally deducted that they were being under attack thus putting the whole situation into a chaos as they evacuated all non-combatant elves to the training arena itself
As for both Elijah and Sui they were quite in shock that what Sui planned actually worked
"That's awesome!!! What the heck was that spell?" Asked Elijah in marvel as they continued to run
Being praised like that Sui begun to laugh embarrassingly as she replied
"That was my spell "Phantasmal Illusion" by creating an appropriate terrain I was able to decieved the enemy better thinking the dummy's I made were real people, not only that but the moment they entered through the gaps of the roots, they were already subjected to the illusion that we were right there not moving at all... . . I was able to do that cause of the spore that was released prior by the plants causing the illusion to be precise"
"So your saying that "Phantasmal Illusion" skill was just a branch of nature magic? Awesome" praised Elijah
"Much obliged!" Said Sui
However just as they were running away and talking along the way, Zavkiel once again reminded both of them of the threat
Hearing that Elijah finally deducted that they were being under attacked by the demon forces as vampires are one of the main forces of the demon army
With that much in thought both of them dashed madly as they try to distance themselves from their pursuers, but since the enemy were vampire race they were immediately overwhelmed by their speed
Without any notion one lesser vampire cuts in between them as it smashed the ground in between, causing both Elijah and Sui to dodge instinctually to each opposite sides
At that Sui was suddenly attacked by three newborns, while Elijah got charged by two lesser vampires
After training for more than half a month Sui immediately reacted as she wanted to see just how much she improved since from the day she saw her mother died she decided never to be held down, never to be useless, and never to be powerless to do anything again
With that in her mind she begun to get Kaido's habit which somehow made her look like a real daddy's girl
Breathing calmly a smile suddenly crept up on her face as she imitated Kaido's behavior when faced with a challenged as she kept repeating words in her mind
"Just like what Papa always do, surround me, ambush me, attack me, nothing will change, I'll kill all of you!!!"
With two magic circles formulating on her hand she gently raised both of them infront of her as vines from both the ground and trees begun to shot out from all over and attack the newborn's
Seeing that with their quick reactions, the newborn's quickly maneuvered their body's in an unbelievable speed which even made stuntmen feel like children
As they dodged the series of attacks, one of them however were unlucky as he got surrounded by vines all over this completely retraining him
With a clench Sui called out the spell
"Vine Coffin!"
As the vines retrained the caught newborn, more of them begun to sprout out of nowhere as it instantly wrapped itself around the newborn like a mummified corpse
After that with a squishing sound the vines tightened themselves and quashed the newborn inside causing blood to splurt out from it's gaps
Using this leeway the remaining newborns attack from behind when suddenly a wooden spear surprisingly pierced through one of the newborn's heart before pushing him down and Implanting to use as a fertilizers for the plant
"Elderwood Guardian!"
By using this spell Sui can create an avatar of nature as if loyally fight by her side like a real living being, the only way this spell will end was either killing the Elderwood Guardian or killing it's caster
With a swift the Elderwood Guardian pulled out it's wooden spear and immediately followed the high-speed dash of the last newborn as if it's prided speed was insignificant to the avatar of nature itself
"What? It's able to follow my speed by just looking? Impossible!!!"
"Guhah!"
Just as the newborn noticed this a spear suddenly cuts in between him from behind as it slowly ripped his body apart
"No way! How can this... . . Be? Beaten by a... . . child?"
Just as it said it's last words the created Elderwood Guardian suddenly ripped the newborn as if it was a piece of paper before turning it for the forest fertilizer
With that over two towering Elderwood Guardian with the height of 7'3 like a professional basketball player, came towards Sui in their slow footsteps quite different from their fast reactions when fighting
Soon after both of them wielded their Spears across their chest as they loyally bowed down to Sui in complete submission to their caster and creator
Seeing this Sui was left flabbergasted as she didn't know what to do and try to pull the Elderwood Guardians up
"Please get up! Don't bow down like that! Only Papa is worthy to receive such bow! This is embarrassing!!!"
From the opposite end when two avatars of nature sprouted up, Elijah couldn't help but exclaimed in both surprise and awe when he saw them
Those two Elderwood Guardian were like summoned beings, except their just avatars of nature not actual living creatures at all
Just as he saw Sui finish up on her side, Elijah became even more motivated as he faced against two lesser vampires
Currently they managed to disarm Elijah of his bow, which can be seen lying across the ground
Without any thought at all one of the enemy madly dashed forward much faster than the newborn and attacked Elijah in incredible speed
Surprisingly the elf hero quickly rolled forward as he quickly lifted himself up with a push of his hand and dodge another attack coming from the other lesser vampire
"Piercing needle!!!"
Just as he dodged that attack the first lesser vampire quickly casted a spell, which upon noticing Elijah casted his own to counter it
"Light barrier! Mana arrow!"
With that double cast he managed to push one of the lesser vampire few blocks away from him
But unfortunately due to vampiric instincts the other one uses this chance as he crept up behind him and punched him so hard that made blow him away and crash on the rocks at the side
"Buhahahaha! You elves are so feeble! Just give up"
"Yes! Give up! The Demon king and his army will win for sure! And one proof is that in takes all three great nation's to take down one enemy!"
"Pathetic weaklings!"
Trying to provoke the left hero, the lesser vampires revealed more of their intentions as they declared it boldly causing the elf hero to tense up
"Let me tell you who our Target is, it's the Queen of elves Vivian!"
"We don't know what Sirius will do to her but one of my guess is he will violate her first before offering her life up to the demon king! Buhahahaha!"
Hearing that the atmosphere suddenly dropped as huge amount of Mana gathered towards Elijah who was smiling creepily towards the two lesser vampire
"Is that so? Your targeting mother? Then atleast show me that your not trash!" Bellowed Elijah
Hearing his provocative voice one of them suddenly laughed out loud to show that they were looking down on elves, when suddenly a fist came flying inside their defenses in an incredible speed that blew one of them away as it crashes along multiple trees before stopping when it reach the tenth tree
As the smoke cleared up blood could be seen dripping on Elijah's fist as the head of the lesser vampire got smashed to pieces as blood overflowed from it's wounds
When it try to regenerate however Elijah finished the body off by cutting it's Mana flow completely killing the lesser vampire
Seeing this one of them tried to retaliate when suddenly Elijah once again out sped him as he smacked him down to the ground
"Gah!"
After that pulling out a dagger, Elijah mounted the lesser vampire as it overwhelmed it's strength easily and rapidly stabs him while cutting off it's Mana flow inside his body
Soon another lesser vampire died as blood drenched Elijah's clothes
After a whole Sui run up to him as she suddenly backs away and suggested to move on ahead instead
Before leaving Elijah turned his gaze back at the corpses of vampires in the area as he says
"See? Trash will always be trash"
