[Endroga Kingdom]
By the time both sui and Elijah made it back to the castle gates, everything was in such turmoil as everyone was going and running from left to right
Unfortunately not only were they attacked by vampires but the kingdom was actually besieged by them which causes a huge disturbance on the lives of the people
The citizens that can't fight were being evacuated as they made their way back into the castle, soldiers that can be stationed are marching forward
Such scenery really depicted what war is really is
It was natural as such that the attack from the demons are much faster than the other attacks from other areas cause of the kingdoms geographical location
It was apparent that the Elven Nation were the neighboring country next to the Demon Continent above them
When both of them entered the throne room, the vicinity instantly fell silent as everyone stared back at them in astonishment
Soon after Queen Vivian can be seen running down her throne to hug her beloved son, not only that but even Ingrid came in and welcomed Sui's safe return
"Ingrid Onee-san where's the others?" Asked Sui as she noticed that Melfina and Sarah weren't in the room
"No worries! They are out there fighting with the soldiers to help them alleviate some pressure" replied Ingrid
After Ingrid's replied this was further enhanced as Queen Vivian herself explained the situation
"Apparently the whole kingdom is attacked in it's all four side, bit the most pressured side out of four of them are in the north, so I believe that the main forces are at the north side of the forest"
"North? But there are other creatures in there beside elves" complained Elijah
"It is inevitable, there are already casualties on all species that lived here, the enemy... . . They seemed to attack anything that they see whether they are soldiers or civilians"

After hearing that Elijah begun pondering for a moment as he thought of something deeply
Later on Zia can be seen coming in as she brought to Ingrid a report that she received from Melfina who joined the battle
"Ingrid-sama! My sister said that there are powerful vampires coming straight to the castle, she deducted that maybe the vampires target is something within the castle gates, but this was further proven when she tried to interrogate one of them and its been confirmed that their target is Queen Vivian"
Since Zia's voice was already enough to be called slightly loud, the whole to once again descended into silence when they heard such revelation
Even the Queen herself were flabbergasted as she didn't expect that she was their target
"Looks like the Demon king found the elf Queen quite a thorn in his plans" stated Ingrid
"If such reports are true then those vampires that are heading here maybe archvampire ranked and above" said Queen Vivian
As they were talking however a report suddenly came in from one of the elf who was currently communicating via telepathic communication to the forces up north
"Your majesty! The forces up north was heavily defeated especially one of the corps who was eliminated by only one person"
At that the whole room roared in an uproar as they can't believe such news
"One enemy defeated a corp?"
"How is that possible?"
"Is that how strong the enemy is? Who is he?"
"Does anyone has a report on who that guy is?"
"Is this the end for this kingdom?"
As the other elves and elders begin panicking, the elf who reported to her suddenly quivered in fear as it muttered the deceased soldiers dying words
"Your majesty! I think we're up against a vassal of the demon king"
After hearing that Queen Vivian begin piecing everything she had learned, from the vampiric forces to the vassal that attacked them
"No way! Is it Sirius the vampire king?"
The moment she came up with the possible conclusion, it can be seen that she herself was sweating profusely when she muttured that, not only her but also the other elves begun to cower in fear as they summarized the doom of their kingdom
Seeing this Ingrid begun to inquire about this is called vassal after all this was going to be the first time she ever heard of such name in the ranks of the Demon's
"Um... . . Excuse me but who is Sirius?"
When she asked this all eyes stared back at her which made her feel a bit uneasy
"Sirius, is one of the four vassals of the demon king, but out of all four of them he himself was so amused of torture so he was often called as punisher by the other Demon's tongue... . . If mother ever got caught by the hands of that person I believe that she will suffer"
Surprisingly Elijah was the one who answered her, but after a closer look anyone can see that the elf hero himself was emitting such deadly aura
Without any hesitation at all he stood up and rushed up to the Queen
"Mother let me fight him!!! I'm a hero! I have better chances to win against him!" He reasoned
"But your opponent is a vassal, and a vassals power is no joke" insisted by the Queen
"But mother this is what I've been training for, I'm a hero I'm destined to meet such opponent later on, it's just that the enemy really came at our Doorsteps" argued Elijah
"Your safety is what I'm worried!!!" Said Queen Vivian
"Safety? No one will be safe if the vampires attacked this hall, I've learned from my experience that if you want something to finish always aim for the head, cause if you did the others would retreat due to their disadvantage" stated Elijah as he placed his hand on his chest
"I'm ready!"
After hearing his reasoning Queen Vivian suddenly got a headache cause of it as she said while pouting
"Fine! Do what you want! But make sure your alive, don't die on me"
Hearing that Elijah immediately brightened up
"Of course mother! I'll make sure he'll pay"
With a salute Elijah quickly ran out of the room after taking a few words from the others
Soon after anyone could see on the windows and balcony that a troupe of soldiers are following behind the Elf Hero

[North of Endroga Kingdom Forest]
As the battle on the forefront got much more intense so does Melfina herself as she spring in and out from the trees and tries to.kill as much vampires as she can
Below her Sarah can be seen taking on three lesser vampires all on her own as she fought them on until she gets tired
After swinging down her sword, she immediately turned around while dragging her weapon and made an air cut towards the other vampire behind her
Taking this chance the other vampires quickly got to her blindspot when she suddenly screamed at the top of her lungs as she activated a spell
"Echoing provocation!"
With this taunting spell, the lesser vampires that she was fighting suddenly aimed at her front as they fought fiercely against her
Of course she countered them by every moves as possible as she can
As she begun to distract them, the lesser vampires didn't even notice a person coming out their shadows as she threw in shadow needles through their abdomen
"Gah!!!"
"Guh!!!"
To finish them off Melfina quickly came out from the shadows as she madly killed one of the lesser vampires with her dagger that was enchanted by additional sharpness and elemental application
Not only her but also Sarah made her move as she goes forward and stabbed one of the lesser vampire against a tree and bombarded it with explosive spell
Since physical damage was useless against such enemy cause of their regeneration ability, they aimed at their Mana focal point that is located at the heart to disrupt their Mana flow and completely killing them off before they regenerate back to normal
As they killed two lesser vampires, the last one however called out to the other newborns which completely refreshes their numbers which counted up to 16 newborns and 1 lesser
To be noted it was also apparent that these newborns has just killed someone after appearing bloodied all over their body
With that in mind both Melfina and Sarah decided for an immediate retreat cause of being outnumbered by hard to kill opponent's
Of course the moment they ran away, their pursuers immediately chased after them
By using the trees as an obstacle, Melfina efficiently used such terrain as she aimed her shadow needles straight at the enemy to atleast provide some time and at the same time lessen their numbers if possible
"Keep retreating! We can't let ourselves get surrounded" said Melfina
"I know! If we ever get surrounded, it will be the end of us!!!" Agreed Sarah
"We need to change location or else we will surely suffer!" Suggested Melfina
"Let's go to the other troops, if we're lucky we could atleast get some help" said Sarah
"Agreed!"
As they continued to run, they soon arrived at an open field were the fighting was much more intense as both sides aimed to kill each other
The only difference here was that the elves we're winning with the help of spirits, fairies, pixies and other nature type monsters
The moment both Sarah and Ingrid ran up to them, they were immediately assaulted by its pursuers, but with the help of other creatures they immediately suppressed such forces before killing them completely
As the newborns die, the lesser also dies as it was bombarded by the spirits while being pinned down by fairies
After seeing that they were saved, Melfina couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief
"I can't believe we made it!I thought that we were gonna get killed because of you" she complained
Hearing this even Sarah felt offended
"What? Why is it because of me?"
"Because you ran slowly"
"Slow? I'm slow? You must be mistaken, this armor is what made me slow" she complained
"Then throw it away" said Melfina
"Throw it? No can do, unlike you who is based on agility, us human's need such equipment to increase our chances of survival"
"Pfft! Agility is the only thing needed!" Insisted Melfina
As she said that Sarah suddenly thought of something as she said
"Then what about Kaido? He's not that type of agility person! Does that mean he's Inferior to you?"
After looking back at her in a blank stare, Melfina replied
"I know what your doing, but all I can say is that Kaido-sama is an exception"

After a while of a break some of the soldiers begun to gather up as they prepared themselves to charge again inside the bloody hell forest
But not a moment after before they could even get inside the forest, another wave of course suddenly stormed inside as one of the Bloodhound of Sirius joins in the fray
As the vampire stepped up it was apparent as the one who joined in was none other than Primer the strongest among the blood hound, he was clothed in long greyish coat on top while blue vest shirt at the bottom, followed by his slick pants and greyish hair which flows along his shoulders
For his openings act Primer raised up his hands as he gathered the blood that was spilled all over the place into a single ball
Upon seeing this Melfina suddenly gotten a goosebumps all over as her senses warned her
Without further ado just as the blood ball released piercing needles all over the area which killed dozens of them, Melfina herself pushed Sarah down to save her from deaths grasp
As the needles kept flooding in the allied forces of the Kingdom's species one by one got killed by such attacks
By the time it finished only a couple of them was left alive as some spirit begun regenerating their original appearance
As they started to get up again Melfina noticed that Sarah actually got hit be her shoulders as blood flowed out from her wounds
But before she could sober, Primer's cold demeanor greatly affected their morale as he ordered his troops
"Kill all of them!"
