When everyone was a little bit occupied in their own ways and the rest are taking a break after their breakfast, some of them wondered just why would Kaido rejects the food just like that and just where was he going
As the Hero's party were wondering this, the side of Melfina and others were a little bit calm as they have never once doubted Kaido's action at all
For them Kaido was they're liberator so it was only natural for them to trust and be loyal to him all the way, to the point that they would even dare to sacrifice their lives just to protect Kaido
Out of of all of Kaido's companions the one who is true to this is Melfina, the reason for this is that Kaido has did a lot just to help her
Not only did he save her and some of her companions but also he provided them a land and home, also in additional to that Kaido reunited her with her sister Zia. All the things that Kaido said to her was granted and for that she was the most loyal to Kaido out of the other companions
As this was happening, a presence that wasn't there before suddenly appeared which greatly distressed the co.
The moment they noticed the person's presence all of them instinctually jumped and backed away with their guard on
"You... Who are you?" Roared Luke as he was really agitated that even though he has a lot of experience in the past in fighting strong opponent's, he still failed to notice in time the foreign presence in the room
He directed his hostility to the person in black who is sitting on a soft armchair
The first one who naturally noticed the person presence was Melfina as she was literally honing her detecting presence at the moment
Seeing Melfina noticing first his presence, the person couldn't help but send out praises at her
"What a nice reaction time... Though it is a little bit slow" said the person
Feeling that he was literally being ignored, Luke became even more agitated
"I said...."
But before he could say anything else the person immediately introduced himself
"Oh! My bad... I'm the one you guys are after right? The Archdemon? So how about this... You can call me Belial the Archdemon" said the person

When the co. Heard the name of the Archdemon, all of them went pale as it is natural for them to have heard the name Belial
The name Belial was etched into the minds of the masses as it was the strongest among the four vassals of the demon Lord, which in terms also the strongest Archdemon
Even though they heard this, they still steeled their resolve as they deducted that some of them might die. After all they are up against an Archdemon, something that is a completely different level than a noble demon
Without further ado Luke immediately jumped in front of Mia, Lily and Anna as he raises his shield to protect them
At the same time the three close combatant Alda, Jack, and Melfina attacked him in all three sides
"Don't think you can escape"
"You talk too much"
"I won't let you move a bit further than this"
Said by Alda, Jack, and Melfina in order
As they did this however Belial sheepishly grinned as if it's to mock their effort in killing him
"You guys are a bit rowdy i say.."
In an instant a huge pressure suddenly drowned and enveloped the place so much that it is almost like a dam just suddenly exploded without prior notice
Because of the intense explosive pressure, the first floor of the inn suddenly exploded as a huge amount of smoke came out from the wrecked building
Coming out of the smoke unscathed, Belial elegantly stood a top on the roof top of the other building facing the inn
"Hoh!?! You guys are a little bit sturdy" he praised
As the smoke cleared Luke could be seen a bit damaged from the attack while successfully defended the three non close combatant
On the other hand Melfina was down with injuries all over and blood trickling out its head while both Alda and Jack crashed and embedded themselves into the walls seemingly a bit unconscious
Seeing this Luke immediately gave out an order
"Lily! Heal the injured while Mia protect Lily, as for Anna I want you to provide support and cover fire" he ordered
"All right!" Replied Anna
With a kick Luke dashed forward to confront Belial, while Anna immediately casted a spell to help Luke come close to Belial
"Caste levitation!!!"
As she provided this buff, Luke immediately kicked up to launch himself straight to Belial who is standing at the rooftop
"Heavy Cleave!!!" Roared Luke as he swung his sword sideways
In response to that Belial raises his hand and blocks likes full grunt attack with only his sharp black claws
As both side collided it sent out shockwaves that is comprehensible for an SSS- Adventurer
"What?!?" Reacted Luke as he saw that his full grunt attack was block only with the opponent's claws, showing no sign of fatigue and Injury at all
I return to that Belial spreads it's black demonic wing and made it smack down Luke
Immediately realizing this Luke raises his shield to defend himself but contrast to his expectation the blow that the wing sent to his shield was equivalent to a truck hitting a steel door at full speed
Because of that Luke was sent crashing down and grazing across the floor
"Orichalcum shield? Do your species really think that Orichalcum is the strongest metal there is?... Hayst! How the world really degenerated from it's former glorious self" complained Belial
Hearing him Luke spat out a mouthful of blood before glaring at him, on the contrary Anna was a little bit interested about the topic and asked

"Strongest? Isn't it natural to be a

Of course the co. Has a knowledge that the demon king's in the past are hella strong that if compared to the current demon king it would be like trying to make a cub face a battle grown lion
So upon hearing such group able to contend against the demon king other than the hero was really a great surprise for them
With that in mind Belial once again spreads it's wings and swoops down below to attack Anna
Of course the latter wasn't idling at all and immediately formed a three-fold barrier around herself
Against that it successfully blocked Belial's attack in exchange for it's instant destruction
"Kuh! Only one attack and it got destroyed? We're talking about three-fold barrier here! Not some run down barrier" complained Anna in her thoughts
Quickly Anna distanced herself from Belial and did a double casting method
"Flame! Ice! Frost fire!!!"
In that instant Anna did a combination magic from both elements that it even left Lily astounded by Anna's potential in becoming the strongest female mage
Of course even Belial was impressed but this kind of attack wasn't much for him, with only his wings blocking the attack he successfully blocked Anna's counter
"What?" Reacted Anna in surprise
Seeing her reaction Belial smirked
"Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! Have no one taught you not to play with fire?" Teased Belial
Hearing this Anna became infuriated but this was immediately changed to despair as Belial brought out his black flame in his hand
"Now I'll show you what real fire is"
