Chapter 28 - Pushing Understanding and Desires

Slender's Pov

I give an aggravated sigh when I hear commotion downstairs, assuming that Ben and Jeff were messing with Sally, but I am completely shocked to find my little girl threatening the two teens with her powers.

"SALLY WILIAMS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I question, my entire voice reverberating around the entire mansion as I give a displeased glare down at my little girl.

I give a displeased sigh when I hear her explanation, resting a hand against my head as I give a slightly irritated snarl.

Just what has that damn human done to my little girl?! Tch, if these two haven't taken care of her then I will. I go to tell Sally that she owed Jeff and Ben an apology, but before I can I find myself surprised by the fact that E.J. knew a few things about the human Sally was so attached to. I assumed he was visiting with a human, but I would have never guessed that it was the exact female already causing so many problems! I allow Sally to do her little interrogation, primarily as punishment for the fact that Eyeless Jack could have brought potential harm to our creepypasta family, grunting in shock when my little girl attempts to run out of the mansion to go and rescue her teacher all by herself.

"Now wait just a minute Sally. There is no way in any realm or world that I am allowing you to enter human drug dealer territory for a simple air headed and ridiculous human. Whatever is happening to her, she probably deserves every bit of it and had it coming to her in the first place," I growl, securing Sally in a tentacle as I look down at her with an intense glare. I have no desire to be mad at my little girl but I can't have her risking herself in such a manner.

"Everyone stop calling her just some ridiculous human!" Sally yells, her small body trembling as anger envelopes her expression and she glares up at me. "She loves you and she likes all of us! She's the best human to have ever existed and she could even become one of us. And she loves you!" she yells, crossing her arms over her chest and shooting E.J. a glare. "Tell him!"

"Er, it's not exactly my place to say anything Sally and she only knows me as a human," Eyeless Jack shrugs, his cheeks taking on a light pink hue as he turns away from everyone.

I give an irritated growl as the two refuse to listen to any of my reasoning, sharing a glaring contest with Sally before finally giving a deep and angry sigh. "I will check out this human that E.J. believes she is acquainted with and return her to her home so she may continue being your human teacher. I have no romantic feelings towards her and I have no desire to accept any sort of 'love' you claim she has for me. I am simply doing this for you. Stay here with E.J. and if you dare follow me or attempt a rescue yourself you will be grounded and Y/N will cease to live. Are we clear Sally?" I question, my gaze intense on my daughter.

"I suppose so," she grumbles, her cheeks puffed into a pout as if she was very unsatisfied with the answer that I had given her.

Damn humans always gave children false hopes, and though Sally has lived much longer than your average human child, she was still just a little girl herself and could get caught up in these romances that don't even exist. Besides, since when is my little girl even remotely willing to share me with someone else?! Tch, was Y.N even human? I give a light  shake of my head at that thought and hand Sally over to E.J.

"Both of you are to remain here or there will be consequences. I shall return at a later point," I growl, staticing slightly at E.J. to make my orders clear to the kidney eater before disappearing and entering human territory in my human form.

I quickly look up the male E.J. declared Y/N was associated with, nearly destroying the computer and entire library in my anger of finding out this man was the leader of one of the most prestigious drug operations. This wasn't just any human, this was a filthy, no good, rotten crook of a human woman! How could I have ever let something like this get passed me?! I easily find the hide out of the man I seek, slipping in through the shadows and following the strong scent that I get of Y/N's blood, expecting it to be to be of drug use as she socializes with the king of drugs but becoming frozen in shock as I stare at the battered woman clinging to life against the man I believed she was allianced with. Just what was it that I got wrong in this scenario?

Your Pov

I give a pained groaned as I'm drenched in ice water and pulled from the few minutes of sleep I've actually managed to gain, not even bothering to put up a fight as I'm dragged from my metal bunk and forced to walk to my torture chamber, every step making me want to scream as I'm forced to use my broken leg. My form slumps as I'm once again tied down in my chair, exhaustion, pain, and blood loss making me ready to just quit and give up on this life. What was I even fighting for anymore?

"You've done very well this past week of keeping me entertained Y/N, but I'm growing bored and as I'm sure you know I'm a very, very busy man, so today is going to be our final day together," Ash declares, a cast around his hand where I had broken his wrist, my back scarred and revealing bone from the amount of whip lashes I had received for breaking it. "It truly pains me to have to bring an end to our little game but I'm sure your parents are waiting excitedly for their little girl to join them!"

"Who said that I was going to allow you to kill me? Most people would have been dead the first day, but I've lasted an entire week. I've simply been biding my time for the perfect escape plan," I breathe, a harsh cough wracking through my body and blood dripping down my chin as I glare defiantly at the man still trying to break me. I was still hanging onto life for something, and though I didn't know what it was yet I really wanted to find out.

"Don't make me laugh Y/N!" Ash cackles, holding his stomach as he doubles over in laughter to my words. "You won't be escaping from me, and in celebration of your death I've gathered all of my alliances here!" he decalres, grinning as lights flash on to reveal all of Ash's business partners sitting in comfortable chairs to watch his little 'show.' I give a pained smile as I watch the horror flash through their eyes, knowing I was nothing more than an example of what would happen if anyone were to ever defy Ash. My parents weren't the only ones that wanted to be free, they were just the only ones with enough guts to break free. Though I haven't received any help, I would set these people free from this man. I would finish what my parents started!

"They'll be watching your death instead Ash," I snarl, tearing free of my ropes as my captor prepares to go about his usual preparations, leaping from my chair and tackling the man down to the ground with a stolen knife to his throat. "Your time has come."

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, you've underestimated me Y/N." He laughs, a pained gasp leaving my chest as a knife is plunged deep into my chest, my eyes wide in shock as my hand tightens on my knife and my head lowers with a smirk.

"It's not what I had planned...but as long as your dead then my life will have not been in vain," I breath, tightening my hold and slamming my weapon deep into my enemies chest with an emotional scream. My body trembles as I watch Ash choke on his own blood, his eyes once wide with surprise now covered in desperation as he tries to gasp for his life.

"F-Filthy b-brat," he gasps, clawing desperately at his chest as he slowly drowns in his own blood and begs those around him for help, no one bothering to spare his dying filth a single glance.

"One last thing. I give my appreciation to you for keeping it safe but it must now return to me," I declare, tearing away Ash's shirt and retrieving Sally's photo, the last gift I had left because Ash had burned the others. He planned on this being the last thing he burned but I just took away this chance. "There will be other drawings but this one was made by a special little girl with the most amazing family in the world," I smile proudly with flushed cheeks as my heart pounds hard in my chest. "And her father would sacrifice everything for her sake. I was taught more than fighting Ash, my parents taught me everything that it needs to be a human. With every stumble and fall someone will be there to catch you. I was taught how to be a human and have faith in myself and others," I declare proudly with a grin.

"Your parents were traitors and so are you. They threw away this entire family for a filthy brat like you. I bet you're not even related to your father. Your mother was a filthy whore after all," he coughs with a laugh, yelling out and curling his body up when his leg is snapped in two; the sound of gurgling following as the knife is shoved deeper into his chest and Ash takes his final breath before leaving for the pits of hell where he belonged.

"They threw away the filth contaminating the thing they called family and created a legacy of their own that I will carry on!" I scream, grabbing a hold of Ash's leg and snapping it in half before watching as he takes his last breaths after foolishly grabbing his leg. "My parents were the ones who brought me into their world and they are both a part of me. That is nothing that anyone will ever change," I snarl, spitting on the man's dead body and attempting my way to the exit as people celebrate Ash's death, a weak smile coming to my lips from their cheers before my body gives way to its injuries and I collapse, Sally's drawing held close to my chest. "I'm sorry I couldn't tell you how I felt, but I'm sure a better woman will come along to look over you....after all, I'm just some drug dealer's daughter. I've never been worth your time," I whisper softly, watching the room sink into pitch darkness before I let my eyes silde closed, simply figuring my vision decided to go first. Death was just a breath away, and I was prepared to meet him with open arms.
