Chapter 109 - POISONED

"I know how hard it was to lost a parent and I will not wish for anyone to feel that kind of pain that I have once been subjected to. I don't want you to be an orphan just like me. So by all means, feel free to spend all the money that you got from my inheritance. I could not care less about that. As long as there was the slightest chance for Aunt Caroline to get cured, go for it. You can have all my money, I won't be taking them back anymore. But other than that, I will be taking back the rest. As I have already mentioned just a while ago, all I am asking was for you guys to return the other things that my parents left me. They have sentimental value to me."

After giving the situation some careful thought, Syra decided to give her step-family some leeway. In any case, she only desired the money so she could start her new life. But since she no longer needed it,  she was willing to give it away. Mostly because she was already contented living as Clyde's apprentice.
