"What do you plan to do in here anyway? And of all people, why did you think about bringing me here?"
After a short while, Syra was finally able to bring herself to ask Clyde that question. It was the same query that had been bugging her mind ever since they arrived at that place.
However, rather than directly addressing Syra's inquiry, Clyde only answered her with another question of his.
"Who else should I bring with me then?"
He asked her back with an overflowing sarcasm on the tone of his voice.
"Well, I am pretty sure Naomi would make a nice company, or at least a better choice compared to me. After all, she would definitely know this place, unlike me."
"I could not agree more to that. You obviously knew nothing next to this place. But I don't blame you. It is not like you have been here before."
Syra was surprised when Clyde agreed to her idea right away. But she easily recovered her composure and spoke to him again.
