Inside the element energy domain, the green light attracted by Hening's summon were starting to add up in Hening surrounding. Mixtures of other lights were also could be seen circulating around her. This was very common during the element affinity test. It was rarely seen that a person was having only singular affinity, most of them would have more than 3 or more element affinity, but they would only have a single affinity which was dominant to the other.
In some cases, there would a genius with two dominant affinities; such genius would normally be called dual affinity genius. This was rarely seen on the continent. In theories, there should be a probability to have a genius with three, four or even five affinity. But such cases never happened on the history of the continent.
Hening started to absorb the element energy to her body, the process was very simple, and she just needed to concentrated and willed for the surrounding lights around her to start entering her body. Those lights could enter from any part of her body.
The first cluster of lights which was fly to be absorbed by Hening was the green wood element as predicted by everyone. For other colored lights, although they flied around her body inside the pentagram, it was difficult for her to absorb them. Different with the wood element, it continuously poured in to her body.
Since the first batch of lights entering Hening's body, the element sensing stone on the outsides world started to lit up. These elements sensing stone had horizontal marks on it. The horizontal marks represented participant affinities for certain element.
The lowest mark level showed level 1 affinity and the highest mark level showed level 9 affinities. It did not take a long time before the mark on wood affinity stone reached level 4 marks, and it was still slowly climbing.
Other than the wood affinity stone, some others affinity stone were also started to light up and shown some color. But the speed of climb on the affinity stone's mark could not be compared with the wood affinity stone.
After half an hour, the green light on the wood element sensing stone started to slow down. It reached the middle between level 6 and level 7 affinities. Others affinities shown on the different stone had stop climbing long ago. Once the green color stopped showing sign to climb up more, Jenggot waved his hand and the glimmering green light on the element sensing formation started to die down.
Hening was still in the element energy dimension and felt that a sudden suction force came from center of the pentagram and pulled her back. She stepped back from the formation's edge and followed the suction forces until she arrived at the center of pentagram.
Green lights lit up and enveloped her body. After short sudden dizziness, she realized that she no longer on the dark and gloomy element energy dimension, but came back to the library first floor.
She looked dazedly on the surrounding before finally took a glance on element sensing stones. She finally found out that she had a level 6 affinity on wood element and happy with the result. She also had some affinity with other elements but it was not worth to be mentioned. The highest was earth's level 2 affinity.
After finishing the test, Hening run to her mother and brother. Both of them showed satisfied smile when they saw the test result. It was not bad to have a level 6 affinity for a lady. Level 6 could be considered as top tier medium affinity. It was only one level lower compared to genius affinity.
Besides, on this continent, family lineage used patriarchy system. Woman, regardless her strength, would need to follow her husband in the future. There were many families that did not want to include their female descendant for affinity test and sent them to the academy.
"Congratulation Hening," Alash smiled and congratulated his daughter.
Hening replied, "Thank you, Lord Father." She bowed her head and sat to the chair besides his older brother.
After the affinity test for Hening had concluded. It was Jago's turn to do his element affinity test. The test was several times more important than previous test by Hening for one main reason, Jago was a boy.
Since he was a boy, it meant that Jago would have the right to contest for the King inheritances. He might become the next King to replace Alash. To have a bigger chance of victory, he should become a strong cultivator in the first place. Without enough individual strength, he might not have a chance at all on the competition to inherit the King's position.
With that reason, his affinity test would have several more impacts than Hening's test. All the faction on the Royal family would closely monitor the test. That was necessary for them to decide whether their faction would support him or not.
"Jago, you do the test now!" Alash's voices sounded in the quiet library.
"Yes, Lord Father." Jago replied to his father instruction.
"Jenggot, prepare the formation!"
Jenggot the Principal walked to the formation center. Similar to before, he waved his hand and green colored lights started to light up from the center to the edges of the formation matrix.
"It is ready, Your Majesty."
"Go on Jago."
Jago walked to the formation center. As soon as he reached the center of element sensing formation, he found himself inside a pentagram with green glowing light on his feet. Darkness surrounded him. Only the pentagram shining with green light provided source for lights on the floor.
"So, this is the re-known element energy dimension. According to Sis Bening, there should be 5 different colored lights which is representing the five element energy. To complete the test, I just need to absorb some of that lights." slowly muttered to himself, Jago tried to recalled what Bening tell him previously.
From all of his half siblings, Bening was the one with best relationship with him. Next would be Bening's big brother, Anteng, but Anteng's personality was rather an introverted person. So, when the three of them played together, he kept quiet all the times. Only Jago and Bening talked and played to each other with Anteng mostly quiet.
