Chapter 5 - My Boss Never Makes Mistakes

Mei Yin opens up the door to see a very well put together man. He was holding on to a big box like his life depended on it. "Miss Mei Yin?" Zi Hao looked to her with so much expectancy and desperateness in his eyes. "Yes, that's me. But I didn't order anything." Zi Hao just smiled and held the box out towards her. Mei Yin was still so confused that she actually took a step back.

"Are you sure that you don't have the wrong address?" Mei Yin didn't know what to say. "My Boss never makes mistakes Miss Mei Yin. I am Liu Zi Hao, please accept this package on the behalf of my Boss. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to give me a call." Zi Hao handed Mei Yin a business card after she finally accepted the box from his tired hands. Still weary of his intentions, Mei Yin thanked Zi Hao and sent him off.

Sure enough; low and behold, the box did indeed come for the right person at the right place. It was for Mei Yin! Sometimes being clumsy, clueless, and a little forgetful, Mei Yin checked if she ordered anything from offline. She ordered nothing. Scratching her tilted head, Mei Yin finally decided to open the box. Grabbing the box cutter off of her dresser, Mei Yin cut the box open and deadpanned at the items in the box. Clothes. After laying all of the clothes out on her bed, she found a letter and a tape measure at the bottom of the box.

The company actually personally delivered uniforms to her! Mei Yin was floored but she still managed to read the contents of the letter. 'Hello everyone, I hope you all are reading the contents of this letter in good and upstanding health. My name Li Han. I am the only successor of Li Group and now I'm the official CEO of SkyAir. From this day going forward, I am your CEO and I will lead you all to the top of the airline industry.

I would like to take this time to explain to all of you, the up and coming changes that the company is transitioning through. I am also going to try and eliminate any confusion that may exist among you. The name is changing because our demographic is changing. We want to be an airline that is versatile but still practical to our consumers. Although Sunhui show how proud we are of our country roots, heritage, and lineage; however, SkyAir is a name that allows us to enter any market on a clean slate. We can connect with more than our Chinese consumers.

This will allow for better relationships with other countries outside of China and our other Asian counterparts. Next on the agenda is company uniforms. It's no surprise that the uniforms are changing. The old uniforms made you all look like office workers. They were overall in bad taste. You will find several uniforms pieces in your possession. Please try them on, keeping in mind that they are not made with your own specific bodies in mind.

They are based off of an idea of you. I wanted you all to get a better idea of what they felt like, pick your favorites, and get used to seeing them. Everyone is mandated to pick which pieces they want to wear and with the measuring tape included, please list out your exact sizes and send them back to the company via our expense along with any old uniforms still in your possession. Three days has been given to everyone to comply and send in any and all old uniforms pieces.

Finally, all crew bases will be completely renovated. How can I expect you all to be properly prepared to do your jobs if you aren't given the right tools and incentives. There will be a place to stow your luggage before and after all flights. I also took the liberty to add sleep rooms, and fully operable kitchens. All computers will allow you to check in for your flights as well.

These changes will take some time, and so we have gotten special permission to utilize the facilities at Delta Airline until all changes are properly implemented and tests are conducted.
