"I didn't think a project like this would do something this crazy"
Claire looks around and notices that the entire world around her is gone she's in a white area comprised of nothing at first except it's not cause she looks more deeply at the area around her and she notices that things are still there but they're just moving so fast she can't perceive them and they're even passing through her. As more time passes she starts to be able to see the area, and land change around her with the animals growing from being eggs, to young, to their fully adult selves to either be killed by each other, dying of old age, disease, or something. As the plants grow tall into the sky and fall through natural means, animals or insects destroying them, burn up through overheating, or decaying. But as she looks into the lake's near pretty much disappearing through the heat and growing constantly she sees her life.
"Are these my memories Father, Mother, Ian" Claire looks deeply into them and notices that not only is her past being shown she sees the the happy moments, the sad moments, the bad ones from her life growing up as a rich heiress to Eras corporation. The sad and bad memories memories were with her mother dying early in her childhood, to her father never being there in her life after her mother's passing. The good memories that she has are those when her family was together and when her mother was alive and when her father was around more and wasn't always working The other good memories are being with her childhood friend and hanging out and developing feelings for him from there time's back in school to even their first meeting when they were kids that are playing around.
"This is crazy this shouldn't be happening to get out of my head whatever you are"
Claire holds her head thinking that whatever this is it's reading her mind but it isn't it's reading her time She looks within the Lake and it's no longer showing the life that she had before it's showing what happened in the lab someone snuck in planting something on the portal frame causing it to be altered and explode she also notices that her appearance and the appearance of everyone else is shifted each one being affected by something then she also looks at herself in the Lake she can finally see her appearance she's aging rapidly but she doesn't know how to stop it or what to do.
"No no, I can't end like this I didn't even get to live my life the way I wanted didn't even get to be with him."
Claire falls into the lake and starts to sink within it as she sinks within it her body ages differently at first as she ages older with every second passing but after a minute she starts to reverse in age but then she also ages further back and she goes in a cycle until her body just hits a stable point returning her to her original age and now she wakes up in a crater of the lake understanding what's going on now but now she can only think of one thing
"I have to find him I got to make sure he is okay"
Claire gets out of the crater jumping higher than she should be able to she lands on the ground and goes to try to find the person she's looking for and she notices a specific area where space is being altered to an unprecedented degree.
"He's there," Claire says as she begins to walk through the temporal piece of land she is on to find Ian.
