~? Kingdom Talamh Naofa, year 515 of the new era.
Talamh Naofa is the homeland of the elves, thousands of years ago it was also common to see angels passing from one side to the other. This kingdom is south of Bettegarden, in the north of the continent of Máthair Mhór, which is almost ten times the size of its demon-dominated neighbour, and half of this land is dominated by elves.
If you compare these two continents you may notice an absurd difference, it would not be wrong to say that they are contrary to each other. In Máthair Mhór the nature seems to be more alive, even if in Bettegarden there are magical plants the green of these plants seems to shine more, like something truly magical. The constructions that are made cause the least possible environmental impact, thanks to this the cities mix with large forests, which, besides serving as a base for these cities, also becomes a natural fortress against invaders.
The capital is called Tygara, a name given thanks to the ancient queen, who unified all the lineages and raised the level of her nation on the world stage, is also the mother of Lasrilan, her successor. Tygara was built amidst a forest of giant trees, transforming it into a magnificent sight for those rare and lucky people who can visit it.
You can see several bridges that cross from one tree to another. These trees have several holes in their trunks, which serve as doors and windows to the elves' houses.
In the center of the city a tree, even bigger than those around it, is found, it was giant both in thickness and width. This tree, unlike the others, was not used as a building, it was untouched for thousands of years, at least as the legends say. At the foot of this tree was a woman with a little girl.
Different from the common knowledge in other places the elves are not all blond, nor light-skinned, moreover those with dark skin are not another race, just as humans have diverse ethnicities. But the blonde hair had a great meaning, anyone could be born with, no matter if their parents have it, it is directly linked to the magical power, that the contact with the DNA of the elves change the color of their hair, if they have a strong magic. Only about one percent of the elves are blond, as they are always powerful people are also those who assume important positions, as diplomats, which causes this confusion.
Those two ended up attracting attention thanks to this, both were blondes. They were looking at the big tree, the woman seemed to explain something to the child, while the child's eyes were wide open.
"Thousands of years? Just like Mr. Malyoranbyharas" Tsaichiya asks. The girl does not seem to understand the faces she received when she quoted this name.
Lasrilan laughs a little while looking at her and crouches to be close to her height.
"Do you remember what I said to her? Here you must call him Malyo," answers the little short girl so that the people around her couldn't hear her.
"Okay. So... Mr. Malyo" Tsaichiya corrects herself.
"Well, Mr. Malyo is still very young compared to this tree, actually I find it very difficult to have someone that old" Lasliran answers the girl's question. She seemed to be having a lot of fun with the child's exaggerated reactions.
"Tsaichiya answers with bright eyes.
A few meters away from that place were two men, both were brown and had black hair, their faces were relatively similar, they seem to be relatives, maybe brothers, it was not known for sure, after all, elves live their youth for hundreds of years. They talked to each other as they looked at the two of them talking, from the expressions on their faces one might think they were planning something.
"She succeeded, first accepting the sovereignty of the demons, then bringing someone from outside to our city" one of them speaks.
"How is our meeting organized?" the other question without giving much emphasis to her partner's question.
"Everything went according to plan, we managed to meet at least twice by the end of this month. We also got some very important people, more and more of them are coming to us," the one who seemed to be the subordinate between the two replies.
"Good, keep your focus on those meetings," the second one says, turning his back. "Try not to do anything stupid this time, brother.
One withdraws, leaving the other alone. His expression was now one of anger, a smile opening up on his face as he looked directly at the two women.
"Of course, I would never try anything stupid, my brother. I will only do what is necessary... Only what is necessary" were his last words before he turned and left too.
Tsaichiya arrived in Tygara just one day ago, so all he was looking at was something new, a full plate for a child at the age where curiosity is at its peak. Lasrilan had to stop every 5 seconds to explain to the child every little thing. What didn't bother her at all, on the contrary, she was very pleased to explain things to her. Tsaichiya, or "Chiya," as she used to call it, was like a niece to Lasrilan, actually even closer, almost like a daughter.
"Let's go home, it's time for lunch, I asked them to do something special just for you" the elf says to the child.
"Something special? What is it? What is it?" Chiya seemed excited, as always.
"You'll find out when we get there" Lasrilan replies.
"So let's go, let's go" the girl says pulling her to make them walk faster.
The sun reaches its peak, in the center of the sky, but it follows its path and sets with the passage of time. The night is calm, as it has been since the end of the last millenary war, at least that's what it looked like. In a place far from the center a group of people met, the color black was the most seen in the heads of those people. As in a music show a stage had been prepared in front of the crowd, however the people above did not hold any instruments.
"How many came?" a woman, who was in the center of the group of people above the stage asks.
There were about 13 people, in the center was this woman and on each side one of those two who watched Lasliran and Chiya in the morning.
"300 confirmed the participation, but it seems that even more had come" the one on her right, and seemed to have more power between the two, she replies.
"Perfect, we are closer every day" the woman says and one as a smile forms on her face.
