At my statement, most people in the room are rendered speechless, and I suppose that their response is somewhat to be expected, as no one in their right mind would dare to offend a 5th Grade individual or organization – unless they are also a 5th Grade individual or organization themselves.
Even though I am neither of those, I am not as helpless before these Initiated or Apprentice Sorcerers.
In fact, I believe I can match the power of at least a 3rd Grade Sorcerer simply due to the grade level of Magneto itself. Only 3rd Grade or higher Sorcerers can craft 3rd Grade Magic Artefacts, but it does take a lot of powers and resources.
"You dare threaten us!?" one of the intruders roars. His aura flares. "Do you not know who we are?"
I eye him lazily, as I feel his aura focuses on me. He is only an Apprentice Sorcerer, yet he is acting like some big shot. That might due to whoever his master or teacher is.
And this is normal in worlds where the strong controls everything. Nevertheless, what happens within the room will stay in the room, so I am not afraid of repercussions. I am, however, worried about those who cannot keep their mouth shut.
That means the guards and the girls, including Serene and Viola even though they serve me.
"Do I need to know those who are about to die?" I question, and my response elicits a fairly predictable response from the intruders.
Magneto glows with power and immediately erects a barrier to block a magical blast. Several magical blasts actually, and they are called Magic Missiles. One of the 1st Grade spells.
"Damn it! It's a 3rd Grade Magic Weapon! A Barrier Type!" one of the intruders calls out and continues to blast the magic shield with Magic Missiles. "Keep bombarding the barrier until he depletes his Mana Sea!"
More bolts of energy crash against the erected Mana Barrier, slowly depleting the mana stored within Magneto. Even so, it will take at least a couple of minutes. Plenty of time for me to resupply Magneto with more mana. Thus, I can keep the Mana Barrier up for a very, very long time, at least against Magic Missiles.
While they are busy attacking Magneto, I channel mana within my Mana Sea for a spell. Thanks to the uniqueness of Minasian Magic, I can cast any Tier Magic as long as I have the magical power and energy to do so.
Of course, I should not be attempting to cast Tier 10 Magic with such a pitiful Mana Sea. I can probably cast at max a single Tier 4 Magic Spell, and that is far more than enough for these hotshots.
A Magical Array manifest in the air before me, and it catches everyone by surprise, mostly due to how alien the incantation circle is. They have never seen another form of Magic before, not on this world.
"What kind of Magic Array is that?" one of them calls out while the Magic Array forms very slowly.
This is another drawback of Minasian Magic, but luckily, I only need to focus on formulating the Magic Array for the Tier 4 Spell, as Magneto will prevent any of them from attacking me directly.
"This feels dangerous! I'm getting out of here!" one of them tries to flee, but to his horror, he cannot break through invisible barrier that surrounds the entire room. "W-what sort of barrier is this!?"
