The provided entertainment comes in the form of a dozen thots, and that is rather strange, considering that I am underage, at least as according to the Minasian custom.
But then again, those in powers care very little about such a thing.
And I do have power – the power of money!
Money can persuade a lot of people, including Sorcerers themselves, as everyone has their price. And money can come in many different forms. One of which is highly sought for by the inhabitants of this world, as it allows anyone to use magic regardless of whether they have a Mana Sea or not.
People cannot really use Manastones in replacement of their Mana Sea, but they can certainly use the stones to power whatever Magical Artefacts or Relics on their person.
Not only that, the Manastones can be used to power all sort of Magic Arrays and Formations.
Furthermore, Manastones can be used to purify the mana within the Mana Sea similar to what I have done with lots and lots of Mana Potions. As such, Sorcerers also seek to acquire Manastones in order to strengthen their Mana Sea.
And just like everything related to magic, Manastones have grades to them. The higher the grade, the better and more useful the stone will be. The stone will also be bigger in size as well.
The one in my possession is only of the 1st Grade. Even so, it can be exchanged for over a hundred or so silver coins, and that is equivalent to the monthly income of a normal household.
To spend it on a single meal is unthinkable, and therefore, I am being treated like a Young Master, for which I am. Of course, I will see whether the foods themselves are worth the price of admission.
Before the foods arrive, I will sample the girls first. By me, I mean Viola, as Serene is too young. Serene is the same age as me, and despite being a virgin herself (probably), she is aware of all manners related to pleasure. That is simply because she has served my family since she was young after all.
And Viola and the thots do their best to entice my Junior. It is working somewhat, as one even tries to slip her hand into my pant, trying to get physical. Oh wait, it is Serene. Interesting…
But sadly, the growing commotion outsides destroy the mood, and I am more than a bit annoyed. No, I am really annoyed.
While I have informed the guards that I am not to be disturbed during my meal, they cannot really do anything about the people outside in the streets.
Luckily, I do not need to say anything for one of the girls to take the initiative and approach the window with the intention of returning the peace and quiet. Unfortunately, she was not fast enough, and thus, she allows an intruder to enter the room from the window.
Two intruders actually. And from their appearance, they are here for the Initiation event.
"Sorry to bother you, but can we hide here for a minute," the male of the two calls out hastily. Before I even give my permission, he joins his female companion under the table, causing Serene to stop what she was doing.
Since her hand has not removed itself yet, I smile at her and beckon her to continue, and she does so without hesitation even when more suicidal idiots barge into my dining room from the window.
