Chapter 191 - Bloodline Inheritance

Alex wholly agrees with nuking the city even if it is a joke.

With a nuke, those who needed to be killed will be killed, and we would have gained an absurd amount of experience points (XP) as the result.

I mean Alex would, as I do not level up from absorbing the Life Essences of other species, for my class is a Merchant.

As for the Nuclear Weapon itself, it is not that complicated. Any mage with sufficiently understanding in Science, especially Nuclear Physic, can craft a Magic Array or Formation to simulate Nuclear Fission with Uranium. Then boom! The city is wiped out off the map along with everyone.

"But we aren't here to complete the Quest in the shortest amount of time possible," Alex reminds me even though there is no need to. "And besides, you have noticed, haven't you? The uniqueness to this Minasian Magic?"

I nod in confirmation. "Yes, I have noticed, but so what? Only those who are Minasian can practice the Minasian Magic, as it is their bloodline. We, humans, are not Minasian unless you are suggesting that we retain the control of these bodies indefinitely?"

While I already have the idea to do so, as I have never been to this world before. It was destroyed long before I could, thus, I am somewhat interested. Furthermore, the uniqueness of Minasian Magic also has my interest.

Having a Mana Sea allows a Mage to cast any tier of magic as long as they have enough magical energy to do so. Thus, for someone like me and Alex, who knows vast array of spells, it is simply incredible.

Sadly, only Minasian can form a Mana Sea. As such, it is considered to be their bloodline. Likewise, the people of Earth also have a bloodline. Not just one, but many. Unfortunately, one has to awaken their bloodline first to make use of it.

Alex smiles at my response. "Is there a reason not to? This world is owned by the strong, and do you not want to own everything? I thought your class is based on Wealth?"

I chuckle, as Alex appeals to my greed. I have kept it under control for now, but of course, given such a golden opportunity, there is no reason to say no. "If you have made up your mind then I will support you in your conquest. Like usual then, Alex? One in the light and one in the dark?"

"If it works, why change?" Alex answers, and I accept his answer. "Coin toss?"

I shake my head. "No. It is fine. I rather be in the dark, as it is more natural to me. And besides, I think you just said if it works, why change?"

Alex chuckles. "Yeah, I guess, and it will also work towards completing the Quest as well. I am curious to whether I should gather my mana and form my Mana Sea right now or wait until the Initiation. You have already formed yours, haven't you?"

"Yes. I rather check it out now rather in 3 years when I reach maturity," I point out. "As for you, I really do not know. You could awaken it now or wait until the Initiation. I suggest you wait until the Initiation to bitch slap everyone, as I can do a lot in a week time."

Alex laughs at that. "That would be awesome, wouldn't it? Alright, I will be counting on you then. Now, I just need to find way to stop myself from murdering all these fucking trash-talking fuckers."
