Meanwhile, the frozen time also resumed as soon as Aiden and Nathalia stepped out of the door and leave the rooftop.
Many were shocked when they did not found a fallen body in the ground and they immediately rushed inside the hospital and ran towards the rooftop to check what really happened.

It was a good thing that the young man did not suffer any casualties aside from a small lump on his head due to a small accident.
Aside from that, everything went according to how they planned it.
The high school guy immediately got admitted to the hospital without much hassle while Aiden and Nathalia both acted as his guardian and accompany the student inside the ward.
Likewise, for some unknown reason, the high school girl ghost also did not show up even once.
Most likely it was afraid because of the presence of the infamous Queen of Darkness.
"He should be waking anytime soon now."
The nurse who just came in to check the young man told Aiden and Nathalia before she left and resume her round to the ward.
An awkward silence filled the room as soon as the nurse left.
"Ehem..."
Nathalia cleared her throat first before continuing.
"So now that you were already discharged from the hospital, when do you want me to fetch you so we could go to the Underworld already? Do you have any human friends that you wanted to say your farewell with???"
Nathalia tried to inject as much enthusiasm as she could when she asked that question but it only made Aiden felt worst inside.
Aiden was never someone who loved arguing with people because he was not fond of hurting someone else's feelings.
So instead of arguing with Nathalia, and risk spouting harsh words in the process, Aiden just chose to do what he always used to do whenever he was against something.
That was to remain silent.
Unlike others, who tend to speak a lot when they were against something, Aiden was the complete opposite of that.
He could be a man of few words, and sometimes even a man of no words at all when he could not agree about something.
Saying "NO" was somehow a big deal for him.
Nathalia waited for Aiden to respond but she did not get any, so she just started talking again.
"The Council of God heard about our marriage and they were planning to visit us in the Underworld one of these days to congratulate us. Maybe we could also throw a party and I will ask some help from those shades who were in our service to make the celebration a grand one! Yesterday there was this michelin chef that died from a heart attack. I would ask him to cook for us, then---"
"How many times do I have to tell you?? I don't want to have anything to do with you. Please! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!"
Before Nathalia could even finish what she was saying, Aiden already cut her off harshly.
He could take it anymore.
Because the more he heard from Nathalia, the crazier he felt.

Nathalia was startled when Aiden suddenly yelled at her. But before she could answer back, the high school guy in the side started to stir in his bed and this diverted their attention.
It was already nearing dusk and the night was just about to begin when the high school guy woke up.
Even the sun was already on its way to set on the western horizon.
When the young man opened his eyes the first person that he saw was Nathalia.
He was not sure how he ended up there nor he did not know the beautiful lady that sat next to his bed so he tried to strain his eyes and looked around the room hoping to see something familiar.
That was when he saw the familiar face of the weird man who just talked to him that morning.
It was Aiden!
As soon as the young man recognized Aiden, he immediately bolded up from his bed and that made him a little light-headed.
"Don't' over-exert yourself. You need to rest."
Aiden said out of goodwill as he tried to reach out to the young man, but the young man swatted his hand away, petrified.
"Stay away from me!!!!"
The young man raised his voice but it was more like to be intended as a defense rather than an aggressive approach.
Because right after saying that, the young man cowered in fear and tucked himself.
He sat in his bed like a frighten child hugging his knees then he hid his face behind his arms.
"Stay away from me...."
He repeated.
But this time, his voice was broken and his shoulders started to tremble.
A sign that he was already crying.
