The old couple was momentarily frozen on the spot, unable to say a word. It was as though hearing 'Rhian' from someone else other than themselves was taboo on them.
Slowly, an awkward silence started to linger in the air around them, and in order to stop this, Mr. Stampanato decided that it would be best for them to change the topic.
"Please provide the best for everything. Money is not a problem. We will pay a handsome price for everything as long as the wedding would take place. It has to happen at all cost."
He declared with a wave on his hand and then he followed it through by placing both his hands behind him.
Also, there was a conviction in his voice when he said those words which were as good as blatantly saying that money would never be an issue for him. He made it clear for all eyes to see that they were willing to spend a fortune just to have the wedding that they wanted.
