Narrator:
When the royals from the Flaire Kingdom, King Enir, Princess Sherry, and the royal guards, set sail on the second day after the revelry, the Princess, despite her convivial companies, remained silent the entire time.
Her eyes, full of infirmity, looked out to the sea and completely shut out from inside her room, while the King himself, talked about the joyous banquet. His commanders, standing upright beside him, gave little comments about the Emon Kingdom.
Soon, the anchor's raised, and the royals grand ship, gawked by onlookers, sailed to the waters.
While the ship prepared the sails, stood on the port himself, King Magnus, gazed at the ship drifting away. Patted a hand to Prince Edward's left shoulder and said the things a King commonly said around the East, "Let's open our hands to the other Kingdom, and maintain peace unto our lands."
But that fact soon falter when one country on the far side of the East, while completely controlled by the world's government—the UN—peace and freedom is deprived. And now, hidden amongst scarred languid faces, the fire lit inside their eyes spoke full of revolution.
"What happened to the princess?" asked Prince Hero when Prince Edward returned to one of the carriages that'd take the King and Princes to the capital.
"You should know," Edward said, pointing to his eyes. "What with those unique ability you have."
"It was the morning after the banquet. She seemed off about something."
"Tell me, Hero, what can you see on Lost Town?" Prince Edward leaned closer across to Prince Hero. His voice glinted with eagerness.
Prince Hero furrowed his eyebrows. "What do you mean?"
"Just tell me."
Prince Hero had a thoughtful look, his eyes drifted elsewhere to the far side of the island. His face scrunched. "I'm sorry, I can't," he said, rubbing his temple.
"Exactly," Edward commented.
"Everything's clouded with darkness. But I think it's understandable because of its reputation," said Prince Hero.
Prince Edward stared thoughtfully at his little brother. That indisputable fact completely defined his assumption.
Prince Hero stared outside the window. Undoubtedly, straining his eyes to see beyond his limit would give him a headache, but there was something different from his vision on Lost Town. Although he never actually wanted to see the state on Lost Town, but when he caught one glimpse out of his curiosity, he easily managed to see through the town. What with this darkness obscuring the other side of the island, Prince Hero lost inside his thoughts.
After that, the ride was silent and uneventful, until at last, the carriages made a swift turn to the right and into the bustling capital.

The town is commonly alive in the morning sun. I greet mostly the townspeople with smiles as they share their smiles to me.
I'm walking towards the stores beside the harbor, making my way to the big street. Drinker's Pub is only halfway beside the port—a famous bar conveniently for the sailors and travelers alike.
I enter the store's abuzz ambiance. Mostly drinking alcohol and spluttering tales around the sea is what common here. But the tales they share piqued my interest to sail to the waters.
The bar is a small conducive pub with nothing to embellish it but the stone walls enclosing everyone. The wooden round tables place around inside, and intermittently, wood scraping the floor resonates, indicating a group of sailors, travelers, and the townspeople leaves the bar.
Thinking back two days ago, I'm still shaken in fright about the incident happened to us on Lost Town. Those blue eyes that pierce to my soul still sends a cold finger to my bones.
But the boat is safely tucked behind the two mountains where the river ends, hidden behind a bush where no one can spot it.
"Ali!" chirps Makiko, the bar owner. Her short red hair is tucked in a black headband bandana. While smoking continuously, she offers order behind the bar counter.
"Hey Makiko, let's go out sometimes!" Chief Tangen shouts in the corner of the bar. His face is red but he never falter to catch Makiko's attention. He had been doing that ever since. Ms. Makiko just shakes her head and let out a sigh.
Although Mr. Tangen is the Chief of Mirth Town, he is a sot man. But everyone is used to his drunkenness that they didn't bother him. It would be a miracle if he's sober and fine.
"Chief, Makiko will never go out with you drunk like that!" A potbellied bald man yells causing everyone to laugh at the Chief. But Chief Tangen laughs along with them and shakes his head.
I walk to the counter, passing sluggish people drinking uncontrollably. Ms. Makiko is a fair skinned woman with dark black eyes. She smiles when I sit atop a stool and slumps on the counter.
"Are you okay?" she asks.
"I'm bored," I say. I look up at her making it look like I'm crestfallen. I know this trick will let me go at it. "Can I have a bottle of that?" I ask, pointing to the bottle the next person beside me is drinking.
"What about an orange juice?" She grins. I groan. What does it taste like, I wonder.
