"Sweety, wake up now. We're home." Rosa pats Athena's face
Athena blinks her eyes groggily; the mansion's patio takes shape in front of her. Nana Amor awaits for the car door to open. She takes Athena's hands and leads her upstairs to her bedroom.
Modena unwinds in the living room when Rosa comes in. Rosa greets her mother-in-law.
Modena folds the magazine she is reading. She smiles asking Rosa, "How was your day with Athena? Did she behave while you work?"
Rosa covertly bites her lower lip. She replies putting some confidence in her tone, "Oh yes. Brie looks after her while I do the photo shoot."
Rosa did not fully let them know that Athena would also be in the photo shoot.
Graysen arrives right after them and embrace Rosa with a kiss.
He asks, "You have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, right?
Rosa hugs his waist. She nods looking into his eyes.
"I'm coming with you," he declares.
She nuzzles in Graysen's chest, smiling.
Senator Graysen sits beside Rosa holding her hand. Rosa lies flat on her back while Dr. Kloet spreads a transparent blue gel on Rosa's abdomen.
Dr. Anita Kloet says, "Rosa, relax. It's a bit cool isn't it?" The doctor starts to move the transducer around Rosa's stomach. She instructs, "Keep your eyes on the monitor. You see the little dot?" She points to it.
Dr. Kloet widens her eyes, "Look, you have two little dots. Congratulations, Senator and Rosa. You'll be having a pair of babies."
The couple stare at each other's eyes. Graysen presses the back of Rosa's hand on his lips.
The doctor continues the ultrasound probing. She concludes, "So far both have good heartbeats." Dr. Kloet wipes the gel on Rosa's stomach and hands them the sonogram print out. "Promise me I'll be your twins' godmother."
"Sure! You'll be their fairy godmother and Brie would be their witch godgranny."
Dr. Anita Kloet laughs, "Good thing Brie is not around. Or else you're dead."
Graysen supports Rosa getting down from the adjustable bed table to keep her steady while standing up. Rosa smoothens down her clothes following Dr. Kloet to her clinic.
Dr. Kloet keeps talking, "You better take care of yourself more Rosa. Don't tire yourself running around somewhere with Brie. I am giving you some prescriptions to keep you healthier."
The doctor tears the prescription paper and gives it to Rosa. "Be a good girl and drink all your vitamins." Dr. Kloet adds, "And avoid too much sweets."
Rosa pouts her lips. Graysen squeezes her shoulders comforting her. With his eyes smiling, he puts his lips on Rosa's forehead. Rosa says goodbye and hugs her doctor friend. The senator expresses his thanks to Dr. Kloet and guides Rosa out through the hospital corridor still hugging her shoulders.
Rosa remains snuggling in Senator Graysen's arms inside the car. He caresses Rosa's hair while repeatedly looking at the sonogram picture. A wide smile plasters on his face all throughout the journey taking Rosa home and it stays on his face until he comes down from the car upon reaching the Senate Chamber.
