I head upstairs to put on a special outfit for my family dinner which happens to be a pink sleeve 1950s floral embroidery dress that I absolutely adore! " Hana what fo you think about this dress?" My mother barges in my room as I'm about to curl my hair " Wow...mother that dress looks beautiful!" My mother is wearing a long sleeveless fitted champagne gown with her hair in a bun " Ah thank you..your father didn't see it yet..and..I don't think you would be paying the bill today because me and your father invited the hosoki family."I look at my mother in disbelief and walk towards her " what why?" My mother smiles a bit putting her hand on my cheek " hana..they are apart of our family why wouldn't we invite them?" I scoff and rolls my eyes before walking back to my mirror to curl my hair. As soon as I was done with my hair I immediately walk downstairs to walk out of the house with my parents " So the restaurant?" I guess my mother had already arranged us seats because they immediately guided us to a table " So we wait..?" My mother who was about to answer me instead smiles and gets up to give marie a hug who came in with her family " Marie, how are you? " Marie smiles big " I'm very well infact let me tell you about my flower shop!" The two mothers talk so I look towards my father's direction " so shall we talk about the employment you are having trouble with?" my father nods and they get to talking quick " Yukia how are you?" yukia smiles a bit " Better recently..my brother found out after my mother started going off nonstop about it and decided to teach the kids a lesson with a warning however, they didn't think anything of it so they pushed his buttons and he attacked the kids." I laugh thinking about Chikashi attacking somone with the way I've seen him "Where is chikashi anyway?" Marie hears me and turns to look over " oh well he is running a bit late..he is picking up Aiko so he can have a plus one" I feel an unpleasant feeling but leave it away in my thoughts and continue my conversation with yukia. Later goes by and we finally decide to order food by the time we were done ordering chikashi and aiko walk in "there they are!" keigo's voice echoes through the resturant which startles me " Terribly sorry we're late I had to make arrangements with my boss and turns out it was for no reason ." She sits down in her chair disappointed However, everyone looks at me when my phone goes off "oops.." As I look down i see my boss call me "please excuse me." I immediately get up from my seat and make my way out " Hello Mrs. Elodie how can I help you?" I hear laughing over the phone "Well finally you can say my name right you always used to call me rodie or elosie you now can speak good english yes " I roll my eyes " Why are you calling me?" I hear shuffling over the phone then elodie speaks " So you probably don't know buuuuttt I kind of need you over here for a book about this new chef who is famous around her Chef Nathan only because he has a truly great story!" I frown " But I'm not on the newspaper side I specifically only write abou- "Elodie cuts me off but this time upset " Listen here hana this is a one time thing where people will remember who you are again and besides I'm willing to pay you 20,000 dollars for this! Take the offer." I haven't been completely honest with my family...after getting a call from my parents that they needed help I decided to leave knowing that I'd lose my fame " Fine." I hear laughs over the phone " great can you be here by Saturday?"I sigh the laziest sigh ever " Yessss but how long do you think I'd be there for? I then hear multiple people over the phone in the backround " Ugh I- Hana just be here by this Saturday and we'll figure out the rest!" And with that she hung up " great.." I walk back in the resturant with eyes on me" so what was that?" my mother asks curiously " Um..well..it was my boss..from france..and well.. she wanted me to go back to france to write something..as a newspaper worker for this one time about some french chef named Nathan." Aiko looks down for some reason " Well when do you leave?" My mother asks " this Saturday.." My father sighs in relief " well luckily it's only monday!" I giggle nervously " yeah..." I look down and waited for my meal then when I got it I still looked down but was eating I guess this wasn't just about the news but the fact that I'd have to leave for who knows how many days just to get paid 20,000 dollars so I can give it to my parents.
