-Hours before -
Gar awoke to the loud sound of waves crashing upon a boat. He shot upright and patted himself. His small frame was back he looked at his green skin and let out a small sigh of relief. Was he dreaming of being human. Was he capture by Alannah just a dream aswell. When a bit of movement caught his eye. Laying next to him facing away was Alannah asleep. Her curves shown from underneath the blanket. He lifted the sheet and looked under. Her round tan butt caught his attention and he put the blanket down slowly. 'Of course naked.'
So it wasn't a dream after all. His mood started to change when he started to remember the context of what happened. He got out of the bed and walked over to the mirror. Every step had a small amount of pain. He looked at his small green naked frame. Who was he really? What was he? And is he really what he known he was? The memories that flooded his mind were coming in fragmented waves and it was starting to make his head ache.
He walked back over to the bed and approached the side Alannah was on. Her sleeping face looked peaceful. A strand of hair hung down and he moved it behind her ear. Then the palm of hand rested on her smooth cheek.
His eyes looked down to the floor. Unknown feelings of love and confusion started mixing in his mind. Did he love her or was it the human memories clouding his understanding. Gar closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He tried to search for the goddesses' presence. The darkness behind his eye lids felt empty but he could feel they were there.
The darkness began to shift as a hand outstretched from it. Then with a sudden jolt of a touch to his cheek. His eyes shot open. The hand that had touched his cheek was Alannah's. He blinked a couple of times.
"Oh love we can play this caressing game all day but we have things to take care of." She giggled then started to rise from bed. The sheets fell off her supple perky breast as she slipped out of the covers. She swung her legs over the edge, her sex fully visible. She smiled and then crossed her legs. She patted the bed next to her and said. "Sit with me."
Gar climbed onto the bed and sat there looking to the floor. Alannah took a brush from a stand near her bed and started to comb her hair. Gar watched her and without noticing placed a hand on her smooth tan thigh. She smirked and continued her combing.
"As time goes on you will remember who you once were." She stopped combing and her smile turned to a frown. She stood and walked over to the chair where her clothing was draped over it. As she started to dress. Gar sat on the bed just staring blankly at the floor.
She looked to him over her shoulder to see that Gar was in a state of confusion and a look that felt like he was battling something within himself. She smiled and looked into the mirror.
"Darling, do get dressed for we will be visiting friends today." She said with a bit of commanding voice and a slight bit of suggestion. Gar slid off the bed and walked over to a pile of clothing on the floor different from his loincloth. It was a pair of brown pants and a white shirt with a blue vest.
After dressing he stood there. Picking at the human like clothing on him. Before he would snarl and throw them away with disgust. Now he just didn't know what to think. A human turned goblin. The insanity of that prospect.
Gar walked over to Alannah, who was now busy applying braids to her long dark hair. Gar stood there watching a moment before asking. "Friends?"
She looked to him from the corner of her eye and said. "Yes love. Friends. Ones that I wish not to see but sometimes we must do things we don't want to do."
Alannah then stood and motioned for Gar to take her hand. He reluctantly took it and she started towards the door.
They took the hallway beyond and climbed a set of stairs. Gar wondered where could they be as they ascended the stairs. Alannah opened a wood door and the light from the clear blue sky filled the stairway. Gar blinked at the sudden amount of light.
They came upon the deck of a ship and was greeted by the black armored knight from before with a small bow. Alannah paid no attention to the knight and walked to left small set of stairs where the helm of the boat was. And stood next to a worn skeleton of what use to be a captain of sorts taking hold of the helm.
At the bow of the ship stood a robed figure just facing forward. The figure spread out his arms and look to have taken a deep breath. He spun around and with a grin said "Ladies and gentlemen. Lovely day is it." He steps forward and shouts. "Green one! I give you the Elven kings vessel The Swift Leaf." With flair he pointed off the bow and Gar could see a large vessel approaching.
"Captain lets greet our friends upon the lovely seas!" His laughter rang out as helm was turned and they made their way to the starboard part of the Swift Leaf.
As the boat came alongside the other ship. Gar spotted the beautiful blonde hair of Kalyssa blow in the wind as she lock eyes with him. Gar heart leapt from his chest as he was about to get excited but fought to hold back knowing Alannah was still standing next to him.
"What is it you want Joyrot?!" Zackereth said as the two ships came to rest next to each other.
