As expected, Geoff was furious about what happened. I sent a message to him after Lance left, telling him everything that happened. He called immediately to check on me.
"Sorry for being busy tonight." It has been the nth time he apologized which I said was okay many times as well. "I should have been there to protect you from him, I should have been the one to talk to him instead of you. And how dare him go to your place after what he did to you."
"I'm okay Mr. President. I just want to tell you about it because I don't want to hide anything from you since you are my boyfriend."
"And your fiancé, don't forget that. I will do everything in my power for us to get married after two months." He now sounds calmer. Oh my gosh! I miss kissing him!
"Can't I really see you tonight? Even just for five minutes?" I asked.
"I'm sorry baby. I am in another city. As much as I want to see you, I have to check the factory the whole night. There are some problems with the machines. I am suspecting that some of our employees are behind it and they are doing it on purpose. I promise to be with you tomorrow. I know how much you miss kissing me." I can imagine a teasing smile on his face.
"So how is your day?" I tried to change the subject.
"Nice try baby. Why don't you tell me directly that you miss my kisses? You miss that, don't you?" He continued.
I was quiet for a moment, but I think it was useless to hide it. "Yes, I do miss you, especially your kisses."
"You should say that often. You should be more vocal to me. I like it that way. You're making me crazy. I want to go there right now. I can't wait to hold you, Jessica. Why don't we just get married tomorrow?"
I couldn't help but smile. I want to say yes but deep in my heart, I am still scared, scared that as I fall for him each day, he would realize one day that I am not the one for him. I have to make sure that he loves me 100% first.
"Are you still there, my love?" He asked.
"What endearment do you really want to call me with? Sometimes you call me my love, honey and baby."
I could hear laughter on the other line.
"I will hang up." I said.
He stopped laughing. "I can call you with any endearment dear. That's how much I love you. You're the only one for me, and I promise you that."
How could he know what I was thinking? How could he reassure me that he loves me and that there will be no other woman for him except me.
"Thank you and I miss you so much. You'd better go back to work. I also need to take a rest now. Good night my Genie." I said.
"I will shower you with kisses tomorrow. I miss you my future wife. See you tomorrow."
And the call ended.
I can't help but be worried at Lance. There are many cases of depression these days and I think Lance is experiencing it now. I cannot be fully happy knowing that he is suffering.
The next day was also a busy day for me. I continued reviewing the resumes and the interview notes of the applicants. Finally, I had a chance to talk to Annie.
"Did you take any pictures? Show me! How does he look like? Is he handsome? Tall? Does he smell good?" She bombarded me with questions.
"I have pictures of course but I want to keep them private for now. I'm sure you will meet him soon." I assured her.
"I can't believe you will be marrying soon, Jez. How can you marry earlier than me? I and Mike have been together for five years now and he didn't propose to me yet. I'm starting to envy you." She said pouting.
"Hey, you have enjoyed being with someone for a long time and I am just starting. I should be the one envying you!"
She hugged me tightly. "I'm so happy for you, Jez. I have been praying that you would finally meet the man for you. I want to cry."
I am happy to be friends with Annie. She's the only one who made friends with me when I started in Pines Advertising. I wish I can repay her for everything she did for me.

5pm. time to go home. I didn't hear from Geoff the whole day. Maybe that's the disadvantage of having a CEO boyfriend. He would be very busy and work will be his main priority. Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. I totally understand his nature of work and since we are basically new as a couple, I can get used to this set up easily. Annie and I went downstairs together.
"Will you go out later?" She said whispering. She doesn't want to let other people know about me and Geoff since she knows they will keep asking me questions as well, like what she did when I told her about him.
I think she understood me when I shook my head and didn't ask anything anymore. I don't want to think that my relationship with Geoff will be like what happened to me and Lance, short and unreal.
Annie was picked up by Mike and insisted for me to join them for dinner, but I declined. I don't want to be the forever third wheel. While I and Annie were talking, a black motorcycle stopped just next to us. A man wearing a leather jacket and pants is riding it. I could see some men around gazing at the motorcycle.
"That's a Harley Davidson." One man shouted.
I could see some men taking pictures of the motorcycle and the man next to me and Annie. The man lifted his helmet and looked at me, smiling. He handed me a helmet which is hung in his right hand. The man in the motorcycle is Geoff!
He looks totally different in this motorcycle. He looks like a movie star in an action film. How can he look so handsome in this outfit? I couldn't help but admire the man now in front of me.
Annie can't also stop giggling. I think she knows by now that this man is indeed the CEO of Liberty Group.
"My name is Annie, Jessica's best friend." She held out her hand for a handshake.
He shook Annie's hand. "I'm Jessica's fiancé." He said confidently. Annie continued giggling so I elbowed her to signal that she should stop.
"It's nice meeting you Jessica's fiancé. I have to go now. I am actually with my boyfriend who happened to be somewhere, I don't know where he is right now, but he is somewhere. Yeah, he is somewhere. Enjoy your night, you two." And she finally left.
Geoff helped me put my helmet on and buckled the straps gently. "Let's go to the hotel, okay? Can't wait to kiss you." He whispered. "Hop in."
After hopping in, he guided my hands to hug him in the waist. "Hold tight okay?"
And we headed to the hotel.
As expected, he already prepared everything we need in advanced. Food is already prepared in the hotel room and candles are lit in every corner. As soon as we entered the room, he hugged me at once and kissed me passionately. I couldn't stop kissing him as well. I could feel his hands wandering my back and my belly, but I didn't want to stop him. I want to touch him back but I'm afraid I couldn't stop him anymore later if I do that, so I tried to control myself.
He carried me to the sofa and continued kissing my lips and tracing each part of my body.
"You're making me crazy my love." After he said that, he stood up and went directly to the bathroom. I was left thinking that I may be too cruel to him, but a deal is a deal.
I could hear water from the shower which means he is now taking a bath. As I was waiting, I started preparing dinner. When he came out from the bathroom, he looks much better. He looks so sexy with a white robe. We enjoyed our dinner and cuddled on the bed after.
"I have to learn how to control myself from now on. I might not be able to stop myself and hurt you. I promised not to touch you until our wedding night." He said which makes my heart melt. Sometimes, I want to take back what I said about the two-month rule, but I know it's best if we keep it.
Lying down beside him makes me feel so safe. I never imagined having a relationship would be as good as this.
We separated from our cuddles when my phone began ringing. I tried to ignore it at first, but the call never stopped so I decided to pick it up.
