Redmond Planet was a large planet with a significant population from around the human alliance. It was the capital planet of Lorale Trading Block. Although Lorale Trading Block was a relatively small country in the human alliance it had huge supply of a mineral called Duralma which was an essential component while manufacturing alloys for warships and powerful cultivator weapons which is why its safety was guaranteed by the surrounding four medium sized nations.
Lorale had as a result become immensely rich and ended up becoming a secure trading hub in the alliance where people from all over would come to make a new life. While Lorale itself did not have a standing army, it was also a hub of martial arts, because the surrounding major nations had grouped together to create the Lorale Martial Arts School where the important members of society as well as the talents from all over came to join to study martial arts.
Lorale Martial Arts School was currently holding an entrance test to admit students. Currently students were lined for the first of three tests. A powerful man stood head over the ceremony, his body propelled a powerful burst of energy that shocked the prospective students into silence before he spoke up.
"We will now begin the first test. This is a test to check your cultivation talent. You will touch your hand to the pillar and follow the instructions that appear in your mind, circulate the energy of the heavens in the manner that appears in your mind. Begin!"
One by one students began touching the pillar and doing as instructed.
"21! Fail!"
"37! Fail!"
"63! Very Good, passed!"
"55! Pass!"
"12! Get Lost from here!"
The man cold heartedly announced the results without fan fare. Many were disappointed at their poor talent or happy that they passed. Eventually a young man appeared in front of the pillar. Calmly he touched the pillar. The young man was Red. The pillar suddenly shined and the number rose from 0 speeding up like crazy until it raced past the 80s before finally stopping.
"Oh my god... 95!"
"How can it be so high?"
The man in charge was shocked, but he gained his wits and smiled. "Good! 95! you don't need to take the other two tests, you are admitted, here take this medal and go in!"
Red bowed expressionlessly and entered the school, but inside he bitterly smiled. Once touching the pillar he was supposed to revolve the energy along the pathway pointed out to him, but before he could even begin the pillar suddenly pointed his talent as 95, if he actually ended up revolving the energy along the pathway he wondered if the pillar would have exploded or something. He had realized earlier from his research on the internet that after fusing with the blue blood, his talent for sensing heaven's energy had become out of the ordinary, but even his control seemed to be off the charts. He wanted to keep a low profile while here for the time being, but it might not be so easy, he realized.
As directed, Red went to the admission office where he registered as a student with the medal and led into the dormitory. He found out that he shared his room with four other students. The other three had already made their home.
"Hey brother. My name is Zhu and I'm the leader of this room." One of the four, a relatively large and bulky guy, patted Red's shoulder with a big grin on his face. "I'm Shin." Another thin guy shook hands with Red. The third was a scrawny guy with glasses reading a comic. He kept his book aside and greeted Red. "Nice to meet you roommate, I am Neil." The fourth one kept playing with his dagger, ignoring the other four in the room. "His name is Sven, don't mind him, he is a bit stuck up." Zhu said. "I'm Red. Nice to meet you all." Red smiled before he occupied the only remaining top bunk with on swift jump, scaring his roommates.
Neil, whose eyes popped out asked Red. "Have you cultivated a martial art? I don't sense any energy from you?" Red shook his head. "I just began cultivating the body path, I haven't begun qi cultivation yet." Sven, who had ignored the others until now suddenly commented. "Your basic physical attributes seem quite good." Red nodded in thanks.
"Did you just give the exam? Are you from Redmond then?" Zhu asked him.
"You can say that." Red replied in affirmation. Zhu and Shin laughed. "We thought so!" They both said before Shin continued. "I am from Sakura Nation, Zhu is from Chu Nation and Niel is from Bier Republic. We had our tests in our own countries. Sven on the other hand is Evory Kingdom's nobility and got in directly."
In the evening Red went to the school's training area. It was a common area like a gym, but designed for cultivators. Ignoring other students there, Red began practicing as described in the Profound Asura Scripture. He stood in a horse stance and began punching in precise manners. The Scripture was indeed mysterious. When Red went through the text that described this punching exercise the intent actually created an illusion in his mind with the image of a powerful Asura creating a punch that tore through space itself. The image was imprinted within Red's mind and he was replicating the intent of the punch from that Asura.
Profound Asura Scripture was a difficult cultivation art to practice. Red had to open his seven Chakra points first and had managed to open the first one. However, before he could open his next point, his body had to become stronger. The first Chakra Point was constantly absorbing heaven energy and fortifying his body, but when he practiced this horse stance and punch the energy absorption dramatically increased and his body kept getting stronger. Red kept punching with the aim of replicating the powerful punch of the Asura, but no matter how he tried he couldn't replicate that terrible space splitting punch.
However, with each punch, Red took stock of the errors by comparison and made modifications. While that sounds simple, in practice it was an extremely difficult job to analyze one's own errors and constantly modify it in real time. Red was only able to do it because he had unlocked his first mental lock and had fused his five senses to create a powerful self perception. With each powerful punch the energy fused into his body kept getting stronger in waves and his body kept getting firmer and heavier. As the sun set and people started leaving the training area, students saw one young man continuing to throw fierce punches.
