The morning light shined through the glass window. The light felt warm and relaxing when it hit my face. It felt just like the light from the real sun.
I still couldn't believe that last night was real. It felt like a wet dream that not many people would get to ever experience in their lives, but I knew it was real because Leonna was in bed with her arms wrapped around me. Her exposed skin glistened beautifully when the warm light hit her. She was always fully clothed from the neck down, so seeing her so exposed like this was truly...alluring. Her dark brown hair was silky smooth to the touch and looked a lot more lighter with the light hitting her. She slept peacefully, as if she didn't have a care in the world. It was as if all her worries had just faded away in an instant. She was...truly beautiful.
I gently poked her cheeks a few times until she lazily opened her eyes. After a few slow blinks, she eventually noticed me and turned beet red.
"How did you sleep?" I casually asked with a smile.
Leonna suddenly wrapped her entire body around me and buried her face into my chest.
"D-Don't look at me," she stuttered. "I-It's e-embarrassing..."
...Cute...
I gently lifted her face up to me and softly caressed her cheeks.
"But it's the you that I want to see." I said.
I could've sworn that I saw steam literally coming out from the top of her head. She hugged me tighter and looked like she was about to lean in for a kiss, but she stopped herself.
"I want you to kiss me this time." Leonna said.
I knew why she wanted me to do this. She was always the one who made the first move, so she wanted me to take charge this time. I may not be able to take charge against her really seductive side, but her cute and blushing side is something that I can handle.
Without hesitating, I quickly leaned in and kissed her.
Leonna didn't flinch or back away. She gladly reciprocated my kiss by holding me tighter. This just kept getting more and more addicting...
KNOCK KNOCK!
Someone on the other side of our door knocked on it twice, which completely interrupted our moment.
"You guys awake!?" a familiar voice asked from the other side.
It was Aria.
"Y-Yes!" Leonna and I said.
"Alright, then get dressed! It's time for training!"
I heard Aria's footsteps heading off to another direction. She was probably heading off to wake up the others.
"I guess we should get ready." I said, scratching my cheek with an awkward smile.
Our clothes were scattered all over the floor, so it would probably take a bit for is to get ready.
"Hey, Hiro," Leonna said tapping my shoulder.
"Hmm?"
"I...I love you."
Those words that sounded so simple were the most powerful words that I've ever felt. Even more powerful than all the evil that tried to corrupt me. A tight, warm feeling surrounded the beating heart in my chest as I could feel myself blushing instantly. This warm, soothing feeling. I wanted to share it with her as well.
"I...love you too." I said.
The bright and colorful face that Leonna made was one that would be scarred into my mind forever. Her heartwarming smile. Her silky brown hair. Her smooth skin. Every part of her naked body and pure soul was beautiful.
I noticed a small tear falling down Leonna's face right before she spoke.
"Thank you...for accepting me." she said.
I wanted this moment to last a little longer, even if it was only for a second.
We both leaned closer to each other for another kiss. When our lips met, it was like I could feel the warmth of her soul flowing through my entire body. It felt like every kiss with her was special. We truly were in love. We truly were...
"Hey, can I ask you something?" I asked as I stroked her neck with my lips.
"Of course." she said.
"When did you fall in love with me?"
Leonna chuckled a little and began her little story.
"It was when you grabbed my breast while we were training." Leonna said.
"Huh?"
I knew what she was talking about, but I was a little puzzled.
"When we first met, I acted weirdly at first because I wanted to figure out if you were a threat or not. I mean, you were carrying a sword that was considered a sword of legends. So I studied you. I said that I wanted to know you sexually because I wanted to see if you considered me an equal and not an object that was used for your own lust. You considered me an equal, so I decided to trust you. When we were training, however, you grabbed my breast an I thought that my judgement on you was wrong. However, you said that you did it as a distraction and you proved it whenever you pinned me down on the ground with your sword pointed at me. It was at that moment when I truly fell in love with you."
"How could I ever look at you like an object," I asked. "You were offering to help me and you even trained me to get stronger. You helped me save Xylvia and you saved me from my own power-"
I suddenly remembered that time when I nearly killed Leonna back in The Town of Colors, where I lost my parents...and almost my own sanity.
I could feel tears begin to well up and fall down my face. I suddenly grabbed Leonna and held her head to my chest as if I was saying a painful goodbye.
"I'm so sorry," I said through my cries. "I never had the chance to apologize because of everything that happened, but I want to do it properly! You almost died because of me! I felt lost and had suicide on the back of my mind ever since! I know that I've asked this many times and you kept giving me the same answer, but I have to ask one last time: Are you sure that you still want to be with me?"
My emotions were so conflicted that I didn't even know if Leonna understood what I was feeling right now. She was startled by my sudden outburst at first, but she then started to caress my cheek and looked up at me with a smile.
"Even through all of that pain, I still couldn't stop loving you," she said. "So promise me that you'll never doubt me or yourself ever again, ok?"
My cries started to become slightly audible now. This time, it was Leonna who held my head to her chest. After a few moments of letting out my frustrating emotions, I looked up to see Leonna's ever so beautiful face. She smiled and lofted my head up close to hers. At this point, I've already lost count on how many times we've kissed on this morning alone.
I guess that's a good thing though...
SLAM!
"COME ON GUYS!! QUIT LAYING AROUND AND-!"
Aria suddenly burst through the door and started yelling at us, only to be dumbstruck after seeing a naked couple kissing.
Leonna and I froze, our faces both turning a bright red. Though I'd argue that Aria's face was even redder than ours.
"Um...nice rod you got there..." Aria said, trying to maintain her composure.
"G-G...GET OUT!!!" Leonna and I both shouted.
15 Minutes Later...
After Leonna and I both showered and changed, we walked down to the training room where Aria was waiting for us. Her face was still a little flushed, but she didn't hesitate to get us ready for training.
"Ok, now that you two lovebirds are ready, I want you two to summon your most powerful spells...without using your weapons." Aria said.
It's not like I can, considering my weapon is Xylvia's father and he's probably gone to visit her in the hospital.
My most powerful was water, so I summoned a giant ball of water about half the size of me. While it was small, the water was pretty condensed so it could pack quite a punch.
Leonna summoned some light magic, which were a bunch of condensed balls of bright light. I've never used light magic before, but judging from how I've seen Leonna fight I'm going to guess that it's really strong.
"My my, that's quite...cute." Aria said cringing a little.
...Heh?
Leonna and I both looked puzzled.
"HAHAHAHA!!! You think some half-assed spell like that will work against the gods?! Please, that wouldn't even take out a 10 year old in this world."
I felt like a fist just punch me in every place that would hurt the most. Leonna looked like her life was being drained from her very body.
"If you want to master great magic then..."
Suddenly, A massive wall of fire appeared right behind Aria. The fire then began to form into a giant serpent-like dragon that circled around Aria and rested it's head besides her.
I felt both my heart and jaw drop all the way to the ground.
"...You're going to have to learn from the master herself." Aria said, finishing her sentence.
Something tells me that it was a mistake to look forward to Aria's training.
