Chapter 122 - The hard journey back home (3)

Bardoth brought them to his lair. They were all standing in front of a huge ice lair. It was enormous, as two dragons as big as Bardoth could easily walk inside side by side.

The inside od the cave was even bigger. It was a fantastic looking ice world. Icicles growing downwards from the ceiling or upwards from the ground. They were gigantic.

But something made Rosch and the other's nervous, as shadows ran behind and in between those icicles.

Bardoth looked amused, but didn't want to shock his guest anymore.

"Kids, stop running around and show your faces.", Bardoth suddenly said and suddenly all the shadows jumped out of there hiding places. The beings jumping out were small dragons, the smallest as big as a dog, while the biggest were as big as an horse. Most looked like normal dragons with different colors, but some looked special. There was a kirin from the legends. A horse with scales.

And some weird dragons with a pelt.

"Those are my children. Kakakaka. Not all of them since the older ones are out with their mothers. They have to train hunting. It's not like they aren't stronger than most beings out there, but they still need to learn how to fight stronger beings, eat nothing poisonous and so on. And to be honest.... I really don't wanna handle all of them at once. So I laze around here and look after the small ones, while the females teach the older ones. Kakakakakaka.", Bardoth said, starting to introduce some of his children. But in the middle he gave up and walked further as it became to tiresome.

" Cousin you are still as lazy as ever. ", Draconia said while shaking her head sideways. Bardoth just laughed.

" Anyway, since this is the first time I have humanoid beings in my cave, I do not really have any kind of place for you to sit on. So just find a place that looks comfortable. I don't really care where. Kakakaka.", Bardoth said. Dragons didn't seam to be materialistic anyway, as nothing was inside his lair.

" Anyway, tell me how this happened. I wanna know how my stubborn and stern cousin, who always thought she would have her own harem, would yield to a Goblin..... Elven..... Nightwalker mix. Wow. Very interesting.", Bardoth said, shocking all of Roschar's females. How could someone guess Roschar's bloodlines so easily. Just with a small gaze. Roch didn't even look like any of those three races. The only one, who wasn't surprised was Draconia.

" You know how I said your soul is beautiful. We Dragons don't care about outer appearance. We fall for their souls. You have such an interesting and beautiful one, no wonder Draconia took a liking to you. Even though she can't actually see it as strongly as I do. Even more so your soul is just weird. As if you have multiple ones, but at the same time one. Maybe your soul can change. It is so interesting.", Bardoth said going closer and closer making Rosch uncomfortable. He still remembered Bardoths words and was scared that he would want Rosch in his harem.

Draconia become completely red, as Bardoth said that. She looked at the floor not able to say anything. Her first impulse was to deny it but she couldn't as Bardoth said the truth. Rosch fascinated her from the very beginning. She even thought he had dragon blood in him.

"Anyway. Tell me how you met and how my little cousin yielded. Kakakaka.", Bardoth said amused, wanting to know much more.

Draconia told the story, as Yvonne came forward. Rosch put new clothes on after the fight, but his wounds couldn't be any good. He was bloodied when taking on the avalanche like attacks of Bardoth. It didn't look that bad, because of the cold outside freezing his wounds, but under his new clothes which warmed him, those wounds should start bleeding again very soon.

She started to heal him as Bardoth looked at the Elven female.

She instantly hid behind Rosch, but didn't stop healing. It looked really weird and funny, as Bardoth didn't try to laugh out loud.

Draconia took her time explaining, even Yvonne was completely finished healing Rosch, as Draconia still carried on.

It took her over an hour, but it seemed she knew exactly what Bardoth liked.

"Kakakaka, you did good. Even sacrificing your own limb to save Draconia. Most Dragons hate to owe someone something, even harder when it's their life. So that's how you made her yours. Really good.", Bardoth said with a smile. Hearing that Rosch would do anything for his females made it easier for Bardoth to except a non-dragon as Draconia's Alpha. He still had the belief that weaker beings are untrustworthy or waver in the face of danger.

" But she was just a friend at first. That she joined our harem was more of an accident. Hahaha. ", Suz said laughingly, remembering how nice the time in the cave was.

Draconia seemed shocked after hearing Suz, it looked as she didn't want to talk about that part.

" Wait what? You didn't join him after he saved your life? You wanted to follow him till you saved his life or what? Than why did you join his harem?", Bardoth said annoyed. He wanted to know the truth, as the story was pretty entertaining.

Draconia sighed and told him everything.

Silence dominated for a minute.

" Yo.... Yo... You really wanna tell me that he won against the libido of an Dragon. Okay you are half-Dragon, but still..... Wow... Kakakaka you surprised me again. You were even at an disadvantage having done all the other females of yours before Draconia. I like you more and more. ", Bardoth said getting happier by the minute. Bardoth had many children and was somewhat of an addicted sex maniac, hearing that Rosch may have the same kind of personality as him made Bardoth even happier. He liked the little dude more and more.

" But to think that there would be a human that could easily kill a Dragon. The Dragon wasn't an adult I believe or maybe it was halve breed like Draconia, but still an amazing human. Being to be able to do that for any kind of humanoid means he is on an entire different level. You even said you both could only win because he underestimated you two. That's not bad. I really wanna meet him. Kakakaka. ", Bardoth said.

Rosch was surprised.

"Why do you think it was a youngling or halve breed that the black robed human killed? ", Rosch asked interested.

"Because even if he is amazing and can play with space, it is still magic. As long as you have stronger magical power than the one attacking you, that power will be enough to hinder him from opening a space around me. To manipulate magic you need enough of your own to do it. Just think of it as if somebody like you would suddenly want to throw an entire mountain rage into the air. Kakakakaak. To move something you need equal or more power, physical or magical. It does not matter. Kakakaka.

To that comes even if an adult Dragon didn't have magic we would just make ourselves smaller. We would be to fast and strong for him to do anything anyway. Ripping his head of before he could even blink. Kakakaka. The strongest Dragons are even said to be able to go through space with raw power, slashing through space and time with their claws. Tales say the Dragon God and some of the most powerful Dragons to ever lived are residing there. The older a Dragon gets the stronger he gets, but most lose the will to live. Boredom is the biggest enemy of any long living being. ", Bardoth said, getting a bit depressed at the end.

He already had rare moments of joy. He was someone who loved his younger days fighting for his life in every encounter. Now he is almost on top of this world, as there isn't much more of a threat to him in this world. Maybe that's why he believes so strongly at the old tales of the Dragon God. An opportunity to have an epic fight again, he hopes.

Bardoth looked into empty space, while thinking. Rosch and the others didn't know if it was okay to wake him from his dream.

But before anyone could asked him something, he himself awoke.

"Oh no. That won't end well.", Bardoth suddenly said looking at the entrance of his lair. The others looked shocked some even fearful, as nobody knew what could make Bardoth say such a thing.

As they all turned their heads towards the entrance, a loud crash was heard. A snowy fog like cloud hindered them to see who it was.

But Bardoth already knew. Without even seeing it.

"Hello little sister. What are you doing here?", Bardoth said making Draconia shiver. She didn't look scared when they met Bardoth the first time, this time she had a bit of fear written over her face.

"I came to tell you something, but what do my eyes, nose and ears feel the first thing they come near your place... A vermin plague ... And our little cousin to boot... Who seems to have dirtied herself with one of them!! Such a fucking disgrace to your ancestors. First your father took a human in, now you take a fucking Goblin as male. What do you think you are? Have some respect for yourself and your lineage, Draconia!!!", a loud and growling, but still very feminine voice said.

Draconia started to shiver even stronger after hearing those words. But even before she was able to say anything, an pressure she never felt before erupted. It was similar but different. She looked back and saw Roschar's rage rise. Even Bardoth was surprised by that pressure and started to smile.

"Why did his aura change? It wasn't so strong against me? Or..... Yeah maybe the mind plays a role, too. That's amusing. Against me he had no chance and his brain was at its limit, but against my little sister he seems to believe he has a chance. No not a chance, he feels as if he knows he will win. Let's see what will happen. But I will stop it if he thinks about doing that weird strategy. ", Bardoth thought, while starting to smile.

The fog around Bardoth's little sister went down and in front of them was a beautiful Dragon.

The Dragon was around 7 meters long four times smaller than Bardoth. She has a much bigger wing to body ratio than Bardoth. Bardoth seems to be able to be perfect for ground fighting, while the new Dragon that appeared seems to be perfect for fighting in the air. Her scales are brightly white with a touch of crystal blue color. Her reptiles eyes are crystal clear, too. Almost like cycles, piercing through your soul. While Bardoth looks powerful, she looks nimble, agile and flexible. Perfect for air combat. She looked majestic with her longer neck, elegant body frame and slim limbs. Just her physique and aura alone gave them a feeling that she was above all of them. Like a queen of the sky.

Even the female Dragon looked surprised at Rosch. She gave of her Dragon pressure, but Rosch didn't seem to care about it at all.

Even Roschar's females didn't care. He seemed to protect them with his own aura.

"It seems he grew while facing Bardoth. An experience that ironed his will. That's what makes beings with an Alpha aura stronger, I heard. So it is true. The clash against other Alphas....", Draconia thought surprised. It even felt as if he could control it much better now too. Before Rosch only released it when he was about to die or had a strong emotional experience.

Now it seemed that he let it out intentionally.

" HEY.....GODDAMMIT, SHUT UP. DON'T TALK ABOUT MY FEMALES BADLY. AND DON'T FUCKING LOOK DOWN ON ME.", Rosch said like a growling beast.

"Why does my body want to fight that Dragon? I don't like her stare, posture, everything. How dare she looks down on me.", He thought, almost going crazy.

The female Dragon looked at Rosch surprised, but got angry, too.

"Y... Yo... Youuuuuu vermin!! How dare you talk to me like that.", Bardoth's sister screamed angrily.

She suddenly inhaled and a white light started to shine out of her mouth. Her gaze, piercing Rosch, but he didn't care, as he knew what would come.

"A youngling... The black robed being was able to beat it. I will fucking beat one too!!!!", Rosch thought his mind bursting with screams to take the Dragon down.

Muscles swelled in his right leg, his eyes changed into the color of black, red and silver. It felt as if his soul was burning, his aura releasing more and more pressure, as he suddenly kicked into the ice floor. Pieces of ice broke and flew with incredible speed at the female Dragon's face.

She looked very surprised closing her eyelids in an instant, as she released her ice breathe at the same time.

Rosch on the other hand waited till her eyes were completely shut, as his legs swelled to the maximum again. He rushed forward, dodging the ice beam. Even though he was over two meters away a thin ice layer appeared on his left shoulder, showing how dangerous those breath attack of even young Dragons was.

Rosch was now at the left side of the female Dragon and cut it from her front side all the way back to the buttocks.

Even though no blood was spurting, there wasn't any sparks either. Four long scratch marks appeared on the beautiful white bluish scales, but at the same time Rosch lost two of his four bone blades that were extended from his left arm.

"Shit my bone blades were already dull and chipped from the fight with Bardoth.", Rosch thought annoyed, because if they were sharp he would have been able to cut them. He was sure of it. He had the feeling of being able to do it.

Bardoth smiled even deeper, it seemed as if he truly found something new to be excited about.

Only one being looked angrily. It was the female Dragon.

"Y... Y... Youuuuuu dare? My beautiful scales!!! I, Cecilia Iceborne, won't forgive an insect for scratching my scales. You will die for this miserable.", Cecilia said, while her eyes changed to a deep red color. The wrath of a Dragon wasn't something anyone could withstand, but Rosch only seemed to be slightly affected. The pressure he felt wasn't comparable to Bardoths. It was leagues apart.

The little sister of Bardoth was four times smaller, which was still gigantic for Rosch, as she was 7 to 8 meters long and around 2 and a half meters high. But it was apparent that she was on many levels below Bardoth.

"So that is a Dragon that even the black robed human was able to kill... If I am in my peak condition.... I probably.... No, definitely..... No I Wil beat her now.", Rosch thought releasing even more of his Alpha aura. Even Cecilia was a bit shocked by that much pressure.

Rosch's leg muscles swelled to the limits again, as he dashed forward. This time Cecilia didn't exhale her ice. She wanted to rip him apart with her own mouth and spit him back out as if he was a piece a meat hanging between her teeth.

"If I am going as fast as I can and pierce her instead of slashing her.....shouldn't I be able to take her down in one full sweep?", Rosch thought aiming at her open mouth. He wanted to pierce her skull in one strike.

"I will rip him into two parts. That Bastard insulted my pride. How dare an insect went for my beautiful scales!!", Cecilia thought angrily, ripping her mouth wide open. Never believing he could be able to truly hurt her.

Only Bardoth lost his smile.
