Rosch looked angrily, while dashing. The other warriors didn't attack. They just looked at Rosch with wide eyes open. Seeing a being survive a crash like that, while the other 7 warriors are a broken mess or worse, was to much for them.
Rosch became faster and faster, running straight towards the black robed human, who had a huge smile on his face.
This only made Rosch even more mad, but Rosch knew that one mistake would cost him his life.
That was why Rosch didn't use all his magic power for speed this time. He started to sense his area around him and as soon as he felt a bit of magical power concentrating at one spot, he would make a zigzag move.
Rosch was now slower, which made attacking harder.
"Shit, like this I won't get transported, but he can keep up with me. What the fuck should I do?", Rosch thought, knowing that his magical power would deplete earlier. He wasn't a mage primarily. He had huge reserves, but only knows how to go full power or a little bit. He knew he should have trained it more, but for him close combat seemed more important, since he didn't have that much talent in magic. He couldn't even shoot out water blades like his mother, only coating his blades with his elements, water, wind and darkness or strengthen his body with magic was the most he could do right now.
Rosch was running in zigzag movement around the black robed human without really getting closer. While the black robed human started to lose his smile.
"Small guy. What's going on? I only had fun with you, because you were reckless. Don't let me get bored or I will finish this fight quickly." the black robed human said.
Rosch got mad again, not only was that guy underestimating him, he was playing with Rosch, too.
But Rosch didn't lose his cool. Not because he was able to control his rage, more because of the experience he had up in the air. His mind and body didn't want to get through such an overwhelming experience again, falling through the clouds like a bird with broken wings.
"What should I do?", Rosch thought, as he saw something interesting. Some warriors tried to blind Draconia with sand and dirt from the ground, kicking it towards her face.
Rosch looked happily, as he started to run a bit faster again. He tried the same move like the first time, running straight up the black robed human's face.
The black robed human smiled again, as Rosch seemed to get his courage back. He prepared himself, while moving slightly to the side, trying to be ready for an attack from behind, but to his shock Rosch came closer and suddenly stopped, while kicking as much dirt and sand at the black robed human as possible.
The black robed human was taken by surprise as he shouted out in pain.
There was to much sand in his eyes, his left eye even bleeding from pieces of bones.
Through the dirty attack of Rosch the black robed human's face was completely revealed.
It was very pale and his skin looked damaged, because some places on his face looked as if his skin was rotting a bit.
His eyes were white and looked almost dead, even the blood couldn't hide the emptiness inside those eyes. He was truly creepy.
Rosch didn't wait long as he dashed in a zigzag movement at the black robed human. At the end he attacked the right side of the black robed human, but the black robed human wasn't that easy to handle.
He may have underestimated Rosch, but now he was mad and fed up.
He felt Rosch a bit lately and to close to his right side, he knew it would be to late to open a gate.
He went a step forward while ripping his eyes open to see. Both were now face to face, while Rosch looked a bit surprised.
Rosch was already in a cutting down position, while the black robed man sidestepped, while making a punching motion towards Roschar's head.
Rosch was sure that he could kill the black robed human with that sneaky attack, but the sudden danger of the attack of the black robed human let all the hairs of Rosch stand straight up from his body.
Rosch eyes only looked ate the arm that punched towards him. It was almost in slow motion and to that the human hadn't any power behind it, so why did his senses scream that he would die.
Rosch ignored his instincts and went for the kill, too, but before his eyes lost complete focus of the hand of the black robed human, his body screamed terribly while magic gathered around the black robed human's hand.
Rosch waved his body a bit out of the way, but still got hit, but the same happened to Roschar. Roschar missed the head, cutting only the black robed human's left arm, from the shoulder downwards, completely off.
Rosch looked in shock, as he touched the left side of his neck.
A bit of his shoulder muscles were gone even seeing a small clean shaved part of the bone, a bit more to the right and his head would be gone. That black robed human coated his fist in a small gate it seemed.
"With that attack, he doesn't need any physical strength. He can punch through anything. But his speed is lacking. I would have died, if his body was stronger. ", Rosch said in shock, sweating heavily. It was the first time in his life that he fought an opponent that could kill him with every touch or mistake. Normally his body could take a huge amount of damage.
Rosch looked at the whining and hissing black robed human. He was holding his shoulder stump, trying to concentrate, while closing the bleeding with his space magic. It looked as if he closed the space around the stump, seeing a perfectly fine flesh wound without blood, was extremely weird.
"You are so much fun small guy, arghhh. Not only did you cut me lightly at the neck, shhhit that hurts, now you even took my left arm. You Alphas are truly fascinating. Kukukuku arghhh hahahah. I will experiment on your body, since you damaged this useless body. You are worth the effort of me trying to damage your to much. Uggggghhh.", the black robed human said after getting his composure back.
Every word was filled with agony, sounding like an amateur, as if he never felt pain before in his life, but his presence was still completely terrifying. Rosch was confused by that human from the very first moment he saw him.
Rosch and the black robed human looked at each other for a while, the rest of the warriors were all dead, only on Draconia's side were fights still ongoing.
"To think that Bastard had the time to kill all the others, while concentrating on me. He is truly terrifying. That black robed human could be stronger than anyone I have fought or even seen till now.", Rosch thought shocked and started to think that he hasn't got any chance to save Basarilia now. She even felt Roschars doubt and how desperate this situation was for Rosch. All those emotions Rosch felt made her own emotional state unstable. Rosch felt it and tried to send out calming emotions, so he could concentrate on his enemy in front of him, but it felt almost hopeless to try and give out positive feelings when you yourself don't believe in them.
But Rosch heard fighting from his back. He turned around, as his eyes went wide open.
"That's it. My only chance to save her.", Rosch thought, as he started to circle around the black robed human again, becoming faster and faster. He found new hope and started to calm Basarilia down.
Meanwhile on the other side of the arena, Draconia used a ji, a mix between a spear and a dagger-axe. It's a bit similar to Thulpina's halberd, the difference is that a halberd is heavier and has a longer polearm than the ji. The axe is bigger and heavier, while both have a similar spear tip. The one specializes in speed the other in strength and destruction.
And you could see the speed advantage in Draconia's fighting style.
"Why did she use a sword in the fight against the Minotaur? You can see that she likes to fight with the Ji more. Maybe some weird rules?", Rosch thought, while he gazed over to the other side from time to time.
Draconia was swinging the Ji around like it was nothing piercing, cutting and smashing warriors into pieces and puddles of blood.
Every swing was deadly, making the enemy warriors step back in fear.
She was always trying to glance over to Rosch, since she didn't understand what the aura he had shown and the sturdiness of his body meant.
But to her surprise one of her small glances she gave Rosch, was seen by him. He, too seemed to have glanced at her more than once.
"Waahh. Why did he look at me? Could it be he is truly one? Wow. I... No don't jump to conclusions. Look again.", Draconia said to herself, as she glanced at Rosch again and again their eyes met.
This time Rosch smiled at her.
"Hhhhaaaa. He... He must be one. Would he smile at me for another reason? No, probably not right? I don't even know him. Finally.", Draconia said to herself, smiling back at Rosch.
Rosch on the other hand, didn't get what she was thinking about at all. For him her smile meant something completely different.
"Hahaha. Good. She must have seen that this black robed human was to strong and accepted fighting together with me against him. But is she finishing the battle against the warriors on her side first or will she come and help sooner? Shit. I am now at the same point as before, just buying time.... Or. ", Rosch thought annoyed, but had an idea at the end.
The fights on both sides were hard, while Rosch and the black robed human were the last two on their side, their battle was on a standstill.
Draconia had it easier. She didn't have an enemy on her level, but at the same time she didn't have the same destructive power the black robed human had. She couldn't kill tens of enemies in a split second.
The battle went on for 15 minutes, as the hissing and hurting black robed human had enough.
"YOU...huuuufffff..... Small guy. Didn't I tell you to entertain me? Now I have to finish it. You annoy.....", the black robed human tried to say that Rosch is done for, but he couldn't finish the sentence, because Rosch was already running towards Draconia's side.
In an instant the atmosphere changed. All spectators felt it and started to shiver.
" YOU FUCKING DARE TO IGNORE ME!!!!", the black robed human shouted. He was completely enraged.
Rosch was surprised that it worked so well. Rosch just wanted him to get a little mad, but that was surprising.
"Good, now he will follow me. I need to get to Draconia. Alone, I will surely lose. My magic is running lower and lower, my arm is killing me and my neck is probably broken, too. I need to get hea...", Rosch thought as he ran with all his might towards Draconia.
He saw only one way to win and that was together with her, but to his surprise everything in front of him went black all of a sudden. He couldn't even think anymore, as terror was hitting him hard.
A huge black wall expanded in front of him and Rosch couldn't dodge it. He was done for. That black wall in front of him was a gate. Till now they were all small and Rosch was able to dodge them, but this gate was almost halving the entire arena. And Rosch was at full speed, running right into deaths embrace.
"T... That's it.", Rosch thought scared, as he went through the gate.
