Roschar's group wasn't gone for long but they already reached the main road up north that split the forest in half. The road went from west to east in almost a completely straight line.
"So, westwards is the beast-tribes territory and to the east the human territory. We need to go west." Thulpina said happily.
They all started to walk towards the beast-tribes, as suddenly Rosch stopped turning around, facing the human territory.
"Rosch, what is going on?", Yvonna said a bit worried.
"S...something happened with Basarilia. She is anxious. Which isn't normal for her.", Rosch said being worried.
Thulpina and Suz instantly looked shocked.
"Y.. You mean that Demoness? How can you know?", Suz asked worried.
"Who is that Demoness? You don't mean an actual demon right?", Daria asked a bit scared. Demons were tales for naughty children. It's ages ago that a Demon was seen. In some places they were more like myths.
Rosch looked at his females with a bit of concern.
"She was sealed east from our village. Deep in the forest. She was terrifyingly strong, killing more than a dozen Nightwalkers with her magic, as if they were garbage that needed to be disposed off.
After that she wanted to kill me, sucking out my life essence and well...", Rosch tried to say, but was interrupted.
" You fucked her and she fell in love with you. Ohhh by Masarath. You can even make Demons fall for you. ", Xynthia suddenly said in awe. She remembered how Rosch took her at the lake and was completely convinced that it had happened somehow like he did it with her.
Rosch didn't say anything just smiled weirdly for a bit.
" Yeah, like that. She was weak and tried to suck me dry. But my body went berserk giving her even more life essence and magic, which was to much. Somehow that mix of life essence and magic broke the seal and connected us together. I can feel her now even, if we are 100 of kilometers apart. Her emotions to be precisely is the things I feel.
She was happy, angry, bored and so many emotions before, but anxiousness was never one of them. Now I feel it so strongly that I know something is wrong. ", Rosch said after a while.
" But why do you care? Didn't she almost kill you. ", Suz said amazed. She didn't know why he felt that way.
"Lets say.... She not only had sex with me. She somehow wanted to be together with me. Be my female.", Rosch said his smile becoming weird.
"Wait what. We could have had such a strong weapon against the Nightwalkers and you let her leave?", Daria said.
Rosch didn't know, if he should speak further.
"Puhhhh, how should I say it. In that night she almost killed me twice. She is a bit unstable, after being sealed away for such a long time.
The first time wasn't personal. She just needed life essence. But the second time, well she was kind of happy to be with me. She wanted to travel around with me. But how should I say it. After mentioning you guys, she went nuts and almost killed me again.", Rosch said a bit pained. This was one of the moments in his life he didn't like. Being powerless, without any control of how he may die. Even if he dies, he wanted to face it head on and not being slaughtered like a damn domesticated animal. Without being able to give a fight.
All the females became pale. Knowing that they would have to live with a Demon, who could be mentally unstable scared them greatly.
"Hahaha, w... Why do you want to safe her than?", Suz asked being completely scared. She knew of Goblin stories, that told about how the strongest of the tribe sometimes disappeared, while exploring to far east of the forest. She truly didn't want to meet a Demon.
Rosch looked at them for a while.
" It is weird. But if it was only the night at that time, I probably wouldn't care about her. To be honest I thought she would just appear one day, after she had her revenge. But after such a long time of giving and receiving feelings of each other. I think we became connected. I feel bad If she does and I feel good when she does. It is very weird to explain. But for me she became as important as you guys. ", Rosch said painfully, feeling that her anxiousness is growing by the minute.
The females looked at him and started to nod.
Thulpina the strongest.
" Let's safe her. We will make a small detour. Taking her out of her crisis and with us towards my home.", Thulpina said with a smile.
Rosch instantly hugged her.
"You are a good female.", Rosch said after kissing her deeply.
With that all of them went eastwards, changing their destination.
Rosch and the females went forward fastly just like Ziriana.
She to arrived at the main road.
"Shit, those Saberlions were annoying, but killing them would be a waste. I just had to make a detour.
Anyway. Let's see. I lost their tracks, luckily I know wich way they are going. Let's go westwards.", Ziriana thought sternly, as she dashed forward.
Two days went by and Roschar's group was resting for the first time. They never thought that the forest would be that huge. They all started to realize that they lived in a bubble. Only Xynthia knew how big that place is.
They went up a tree, while taking out nets. They made small beds between the branches. Rosch and Yvonna went back down, being the first pair holding watch.
Rosch made a small fire to grill some meat, while Yvonna just looked at him.
"What's on your mind?", Rosch asked, his instincts annoying him, screaming, somebody is watching you. Having heightened senses through magic could get annoying sometimes.
"Ohhh ehmmm. Nothing much. Haha. Just thought about the night we were drunk. You really wanted to have sex with me. You would take anything right, even family?" , Yvonna said teasingly, even though she was the one tempting him and even getting nervous at the last moment screwing everything up at the end.
Rosch looked at her a bit annoyed.
" Hey. What do you think I could have done? You are freaking beautiful and even if we are family, I was drunk. Wasn't it a bit your fault, too, that I fell for Gretrua's aphrodisiac that night. You made me carve for a female so badly, that I fell to easily for her. ", Rosch said blaming her a bit to for what happened that time. He didn't know, if he could fight the aphrodisiac while being sober and not horny at the same time, but he would have better chances.
Yvonna looked like she wanted to say something, but couldn't. She was truly wrong that night. On one hand it looked like she pranked him, but if she told him it wasn't like that, he would realize that she liked him romantically.
"I... I truly didn't mean to prank you.", Yvonna squeaked out. She became completely red, while saying that. She finally wanted to convey her feelings.
Rosch looked surprised, but became calm really fast, as he stood up walking towards her.
"Why did you stop me that night and now you are telling me this all? I really don't get you females sometimes. ", Rosch said calmly. At first he was annoyed, since he still thought she pranked him that night, but it seemed that she didn't really prank him. It was something else that stopped her from being his female.
"I.... I got scared. We are cousins. We play around, do prank each other or party all night long. We cuddle, show intimacy, even love. I could see it in your eyes. Some tears came down her face and she looked vulnerable. Normally she joked around to overcast her sadness, but this time she let it all out.
Rosch was very slow, but he finally appeared in front of her.
He grabbed her face and kissed her deeply. She had a shocked face first, but that changed instantly, as she closed her golden pupil eye first and the second silver one after taking a last glance of Rosch silvery red eyes.
Yvonna just wanted to enjoy the moment, as suddenly happy shouts from the Treetop were heard.
"Yvonna finally did it! Man I lost the bet. I thought she would never find the courage to do it. But congratulations Yvonna.", Suz suddenly shouted downward.
Yvonna had to laugh, as she released herself from Roschar's tongue.
She went towards his ear and said something into it.
" Really? You are not joking around right? ", Rosch said with excitement.
Yvonna just nodded happily and they cuddle, while looking at the fire.
After the rest they had to take two more breaks. It took them almost 7 days to reach the edge of the eastern forest.
" Finally, walking such a long way became boring.", Suz said tiredly.
"Come on Suz. You were the one, who wanted to go the most.", Yvonna said happily.
"Yeah, yeah and why the fuck are you so happy. I mean, you guys didn't even had sex till now.", Suz said in disbelief.
"Come on Suz. I still want it to be more lovely, than fucking between the dirt and bugs.", Yvonna said with a light shiver going down her back. She was pretty sheltered till now and the one thing that was the worst on this trip was the bugs and not being able to take a shower since they left the village. She felt dirty and disgusted.
Normally the journey would have taken longer. They could have searched for a lake to bath in and so on, but they rushed since Basarilia had felt horrible pain the last 4 days.
"I don't know what your problem is, but fucking around like animals is such a turn on.", Xynthia suddenly said even purring a bit. Suz strongly agreed, while Thulpina just became beet-red. Those three had to take care of Roschar's desires or better said Roschar had to take care of theirs. Now that they are without the others, they could do what ever they wanted without sharing so much. They wanted to do it everywhere, every time and most of all always together. If one of them got horny the other two didn't have to wait for long, before they were into it, too.
"Ohh look at that. You can see a village already.", Daria suddenly shouted excited.
The village was more like a big town with high walls around it and a huge gate facing the forest. It was only a kilometer away from the edge. Different than their village walls those of the town were made of stone and not wood.
Everyone of them looked at the town in awe. Even Xynthia, while she had traveled much it was always inside the forest.
"Finally a bath. Let's go. I can't go on without it anymore. Let us rest the night at least and go forward tomorrow morning. It is such a huge territory, finding Basarilia will be hard.", Yvonna said exhausted.
"Yeah you are right. Let's go and rest.", Rosch said.
"Really? Thank God, I took the human money from grandpa. But I really thought you would rush forward passing the town.", Yvonna said.
"I wanted at first. But we don't need to. Basarilia is here.", Rosch said angrily, as if he wanted to massacre the town. He could still feel some pain in his chest.
The females looked shocked, but didn't stop following Rosch further, as they passed the last conifer trees.
After some minutes they finally reached the gate of the town. It was pretty late, but the gate door was still open.
Roschar's group went forward, as two guards stopped them.
"What do you guys want? Never seen such a weird mix of people traveling together before. Did you guys take a wrong turn? GYAHAHAHAAH.", One of the guards said, while both started to laugh.
"N.. No we just wanted to find a place to live. We traveled far, looking around places. We are a pretty mixed bunch as you just mentioned and heard that this place more accepting than others.", Yvonna suddenly said. She knew how to handle the situation it seemed.
"Hmm. Yeah it's true that this great city accepts everyone. But to travel right before winter comes must mean that you guys are in a dire situation or just stupid. Anyway one silver coin per person, if you become citizens paying at the gate won't be necessary anymore. It's a win-win situation. ", the other guard said after he finished laughing.
" Haaaaaa. Lucky. To think the knowledge of grandfather Burtiark shared with me was accurate. He had some deals with this town before and always told me that someday I would have to do that.", Yvonna thought as she paid 6 silver coins.
They went inside the town and walked down the long street.
" Man, those girls looked stunningly. Do you think they were Slaves or runaways? ", one of the guards asked the other, after Roschar's group left.
" Yeah. Maybe even cast aways. I heard that crossbreeds are not welcomed inside their own tribes. And those six looked all like mixes. Or have you ever seen so beautiful Goblins. ", The other one said with a dangerous smile.
Rosch and the group went forward and saw almost everything inside the town. Orcs, beast-tribes, Elves, Dwarves and more. It truly was a typical border town.
They walked down the main road, hoping to find an inn, walking past pubs, merchants and more.
The streets were bustling, but Rosch and his females were tired and didn't notice much. They just wanted to find a place sleep in.
"So that is why we didn't see anyone, while traveling towards this place. Nobody dares to travel around when winter is coming.", Suz said.
"Yeah, you have to think how dangerous it could be, if you are unprepared and winter is coming sooner than usual. It can cost you your life. That's why I told you to pack so much food and warm clothes. We don't know if we will make it back before winter.", Xynthia said, showing her experience. She was childish, but even she knew the danger and prepared them for everything that could happen. They had more luggage to carry, but better safe than sorry.
Everyone of them nodded. Now with the detour, they will definitely have to travel when winter starts.
As they still chatted, they finally found a place to stay in. A female Elf was in front of a huge building.
"Come in and rest. The honeybee is the best Inn in this town. Drinks, food and beds are top notch. Come inside and let the stress fly away.", the female Elf shouted out into the streets.
Yvonna walked up to the Elf and talked with her. After a short while everything went pretty fast and they had a big room for themselves.
" Wow that was fast. ", Daria said amazed.
" Hahaha. Well, this place belongs to my grandfather Burtiark. I just said I was his granddaughter and with my silver and golden hair it is more than enough proof.", Yvonna said, while finding a full tube with hot water in the bathroom.
She beamed, as she undressed and jumped into it. After that the other females followed.
Rosch on the other hand looked out the window.
" Wait for me Basarilia. I will find you. ", Rosch said quietly.
