After everyone calmed down from seeing my status the first person to talk was grandpa Rex who said in a very calm manner, "Hmm, the purity of your draconic bloodline makes sense to me now. Considering the fact you have reached the limit in soul strength. On top of that your skills are astounding especially that copy skill, I wonder what it would be capable of in the future." Following him Auntie said in a less calm way, "How can someone with angelic blood running through their veins possibly have zero faith? That's meant to be one of our greatest weaknesses but also our strongest weapons."
Sitting in amazement at my status I asked Derigo about why I'm suddenly level 35 to which she said in a slightly guilty tone, 'I believe that this was actually my fault. You see before you could prepare for your resurrection, I ejected you from the subspace and so due to you being unable to close your status bored and the seal of magic restriction you couldn't turn it off. So your magic was being drained by the status board but due to you investing most points into your spirit your magic was replenished faster than the spell could use it. Which means for the 5 years since then you've been slowly cultivating your mana and spirit parameters.' Feeling confused about what she said I asked, 'Didn't you say that I had to gain insight to improve my parameters?' After a momentary silence Derigo said, 'While that's true you have been quite lax about fully understanding magic, there is something to be said for practice through use. However, it is common and more effective to increase your magic by gaining insight, so in the future I would I would advise you to make sure that you mainly gain insights for the magic based parameters.'
Realising that she was saying I should focus on expending effort on enhancing my body type parameters and my time on comprehending magic through cerebral methods like meditation.
After the few seconds I had that conversation in things around me had devolved further after my father shouted how it's to be expected of his son while mother was scolding him for being too noisy again.
However, interrupting everyone's panic the geezer said, "I'm sure you all saw but I would like to ask in case, you do all realise he is currently level 35? And he for some reason only has half of the parameters a level 35 should have and that most of his improvements came from his magic related stats even though he only now had his magic released?" Hearing his question everyone turned to me with an expectant look on their face.
Confused at their gaze I closed the status board and asked, "Why are you all looking at me?" Saying this everyone's gaze grew stronger as teacher said in a stern tone, "Is there something you want to tell us young man?" Suddenly understanding that they thought something was off about me I asked Derigo what I should do to which she responded, 'You have two options, first you run, second you try to explain to them that you reincarnated although that may not be as hard as you think. Good Luck.' With a shit eating grin on my face I try to run only to be bound by magic chains extending from my mother.
'Run my ass' I cursed in my mind as mother said in a chilling tone with a cold smile on her face, "Levi, Honey, you aren't keeping secrets from mummy are you?" Seeing her devilish smile I said, "I'm not hiding anything after all I'm a good boy." Hearing my lie mother said in an even colder tone, "That's no good you shouldn't lie to mummy, now you have one last chance. What. Are. You. Hiding?" Realising that lies won't work I strongly consider telling them about being reincarnated. However, every story I know has the main character hide their reincarnation from everyone else otherwise bad things happen so I say, "I'm sorry I can't tell you." However my words only incite mother further and when she was about to 'reeducate' me the geezer speaks up saying, "You've reincarnated haven't you? And your worried about telling everyone because of some kind of backlash or consequence. Am I right? How about you explain everything from the earliest you remember in your last life."
Realising I had no other choice and that the jig was up to begin with I told them everything, from as far back as I can remember. They learned everything from my mother's end to my final sacrifice. Once I finished mother was extremely emotional about how much her baby had to suffer. My father was proud of my selflessness and my Auntie was fixated on Rebecca who was convinced that Rebecca needed to pass Auntie's screening. While Grandfather, Teacher and the Geezer were all concentrated on the why's and ifs of what happened. Then once I told them about the time I spent from death up until birth all of them were stunned at the from the information I gave them and when they found out about my system they really lost their minds.
For about an hour I was answering the questions of my Grandfather and Teacher who hungered for the knowledge of other worlds, civilisations and technologies. However, after said hour my mother intervened and said that it was bed time for me. As I complained about how I had explained that I'm not a kid and that she needn't treat me like one she said in a cold tone, "Did you believe that any of that would change anything? You are MY son and will do as I tell you! Or is it that we need another one of my reeducation sessions?" Feeling happy at her words but slightly fearful at her tone I said, "O-Of course I'm sorry I'll go to bed right now." Seeing me scamper off I her mother giggle and say, "Sure enough, some things never change."
The next day I awoke feeling refreshed for the first time since coming to this world. Derigo told me that it was likely due to the fact that the status board wasn't running in the background, causing my body to be in a constant state of using and regenerating mana. After that she told me that it would be good to spend the thirty five points I have left unspent. I decided to put ten in Dexterity and Magic each while putting fifteen into spirit.

After setting my parameters I got out of bed and walked to my dresser as I shoved on the outfit the maids left for me to put on. Once I was dressed I headed to the dining room but was stopped by Norma who said, "Young master, Lady Gratia told me to inform you that today you will be force-... taken to go into town today to gather the necessary things for school as you'll be starting in a few months." Ignoring her obvious slip up I said, "Oh that sounds like it will be fun." Clearly not hearing what I said Norma retorted, "I'm sorry young master but this is the will of the miss we can't let you get out of this on-... did you say you wouldn't resist?" Chuckling at her amusing attitude I said, "Of course, I think that it'll be exciting to finally leave the grounds."
As I left the stunned maid behind I entered the dining room where Mother was absent and Father was eating like an animal. Eating my breakfast I noted that something was off. Once I had finished breakfast and left the room my feeling was confirmed, Mother wearing casual cloths held out a hand whilst saying with an overly happy look on her face.
After leaving the house we got into a horse drawn carriage and departed for the city. Along the way I noted several forests that my instincts felt bloodlust emanating from.
Once we reached a point where the city was in view I got stunned by amazing sight that was straight out of a anime. The city had a large wall surrounding it while there were several fortress like buildings within that clearly held significance. Half of the city was a busy looking market district with houses and and shops alongside each other. The other half was the grounds of a big building that had several outer buildings placed around the grounds.
Noticing my gaze on the big building mother said to me, "That's the school you'll be attending. All the buildings around it serve various purposes like a room that holds duels or a fitness centre. The school is considered the best in Ark or even Babel as a whole." Realising how important the school is I unconsciously gulp when the coachman says, "Miss we should arrive in about twenty minutes."
Once inside the city my mind starts to turn from the sheer number of people, while I used to live in a city in my past life it always seemed quite organised while this city was like a mosh pit. Walking through the large crowd Mother and I made it to a clearing where Mother handed me money and a list while she said, "The uniform shop is just down the street to the left while the shops regarding equipment and books should be down the right and the forge is straight ahead you'll need to buy a sword from there."
Hearing her words I remember father say he was going to teach me so I ask, "Sword?" Responding quickly Mother said, "Ah yes at first Sir Laus said that he would like to teach you to be a warrior and suggested that you live in the dorms at the school, so he will become your instructor at the school and then Lady Sapit said that she also thought it would be best for you to live in the dorms. So I reluctantly agreed." Getting this far Mother's expression turned down cast but instantly did a one eighty when she clenched he fist in front of her and said, "But fear not because I've decided to move to our house in the city during term times."
Realising she completely missed my point I said, "I'm five years old, why am I allowed to buy a sword?" As if I asked a stupid question she said, "How else are you going to learn just show them the note I gave you it has our crest so you should be fine."
Completely ignoring her I agree and then walk off to buy the necessary items the uniform was easy because it only required me standing around, the books were also easy due to the shop organising the books in alphabetical order. However the equipment became a struggle so I looked around feeling like an idiot until I got slapped on the back and hear a loud voice say, "Jihahaha, Hey there friend you look lost need some help?" Turning to the voice I see a dark skinned kid with long ears and red eyes while he had short silver hair, noticing that he was taller than me I make sure to note that he has well defined muscles.
Realising I hadn't spoken I said, "Oh sorry, you took me by surprise there. Well actually I am lost currently I'm looking for these items." Seeing my list the boisterous guy said, "Don't worry about it dark elves tend to get bad receptions due to us being both demon and elf while neither race wants anything to do with us. Anyway enough of that boring stuff I can help you find these, in fact I just bought them. So I guess we're both starting school soon." Thinking he thought I was racist I say, "Oh no I wasn't surprised by your race I was surprised by how you came out of nowhere and how friendly you are." The guy instantly replied, "Is that so, your a strange one aitcha, my names Finn Credo nice to metcha!"
Smiling at the friendly kid I said, "Levi Animo, let's get along" After I said my name sparkles appeared in his eyes as he said, "Animo as in general Animo?" Nodding to his question I felt kind of like a celebrity. While thinking this I see Finn freaking out to himself so I ask, "Is everything ok?" Calming down the kid says, "Everything is fine, anyway we need to get the rest of the stuff on this list so let's get going." Pulling me around the shop we buy several weird looking items and trinkets. After I got all of the equipment I stop for breath but he asks with the excitement in his eyes just as strong as when I told him my name, "You've still got to buy a sword right?"
After calming Finn down properly we head to the forge. Looking around at the weapons Finn points out several that are in similar styles to the sword my father apparently uses. Once we searched most of the shop I see a shortsword that seemed perfect for my short size so I pick it up and test it out. Feeling pleased I look a Finn who started pouting as he said, "You should've picked a sword like you dads. It would've been a much cooler choice." Chuckling at his words I said, "Maybe when I get taller!"
Finished with shopping I return to Mother, after parting with Finn who had already bought a weapon, as we resolved to meet again at school. When I got to Mother who was actually in a potion shop I told her about my day. Happy that I made a friend she said, "He sounds nice I hope you two can get along in the future."
Once Mother finished looking around the potion shop we got back in the carriage. About an hour into our journey I fell asleep.
