In Northwell Hospital
A tall young man with a lean physique is walking in the hall while few women nurses and doctors are looking at him time to time due to his temperament.
"Sir Nathan, I guess you are here to visit your father?" A doctor around 50's approached the young man which is Nathan.
Nathan who was going to climb upstairs halted.
"Yes, I wonder if you are the doctor who's handling my father's health?" Nathan asked doubtly while thinking how he knew his name.
Nathan and the doctor started to talk about Sam's health til they finally reached their destination.
"Sir Nathan, we've arrived. Oh right my name is Edward Han, call me through the call card I gave you. See you later" Edward said to Nathan after he noticed that they have arrived.
Nathan nodded to Edward as he proceed to enter the room, when he opened the door he saw his mother's haggard face while sitting near his father's bed.
"Mother, how is dad?" Nathan asked his mother who still did not notice his arrival.
Veronica was startled by the sudden voice and when she look at the back, she saw his son's worried face.
"Don't worry son, your father will be okay." Veronica replied while being unable to stop her tears from falling.
Nathan didn't say anything but stared at his father's miserable face which is covered by peripherals.
Nathan shook his head and stopped staring as he might lose his rationality, he remembered his real intention.
"Mother, do you know who did this? I know in your eyes I'm just a child but please I need to know. Although we've just known each other for a week however you really treated me as your son so how can I accept this?" Nathan gravely said while looking at her mother.
Veronica stared at his son's eyes and saw determination in it.
'I guess it's time for him to know though it is way too early.' Veronica thought.
"Fine, it's time for you to learn few things. In fact your father is not a business man but an underground leader while I am his business woman in the surface. So basically your father is working in the dark while I work in the surface." Veronica said deeply yet somewhat vague and detailed.
Nathan's calm face didn't change after but still nodded.
"The one who did this is the Baron Family, they have allied to your father's underground enemy causing us to miscalculate according to our investigation they aren't friendly to each other but who would've thought that the information we got was fake." Veronica said bitterly while staring at Nathan's still calm face causing him to be surprised.
Nathan and Veronica started to talk about their family, and they noticed that it's already 2 pm in the afternoon.
"Mother I will go now, how about you come with me instead?" Nathan said to his mother while a step away from leaving the room.
Veronica smiled at his son but still replied,
"It's fine, I'll stay with your dad."
Nathan then bid a good bye to his mother after asking her mother to be careful several times.
'So Baron family huh? Our family has assets worth 500 million dollars while the Baron family is around 400 million dollars but perhaps it should be near 500 million dollars.' Nathan thought while subconsciously walking in the hall.
Nathan was startled when he realized he was already outside of the hospital, then he saw his new driver not far away from the hospital.
"Sir, where are we going?" David the driver asked Nathan when he saw him.
Nathan thought for a bit and remembered his plans.
"Let's go to Zion Orphanage."
After driving for ten minutes they finally reached their destination, what Nathan saw didn't look like an orphanage but more like an abandoned house.
'Well that's fine too since it wouldn't be too catchy if it was a famous orphanage.' Nathan thought as he entered the orphanage while telling his driver to wait
When Nathan saw what was inside he was quite shocked wondering just what the heck is this place since most kids here are a little bit malnourished.
A cute nun wearing a hood around 20's appeared in front of him.
"Sir, can I help you?" Linly wondered since there are only very few who visit this orphanage.
"Please call your leader we have a business to tak." Nathan said calmly while looking at the nun's curious face.
Linly was still curious but still asked Nathan to follow her.
As Nathan goes deeper in the orphanage, he saw many kids some of them are malnourished but what ignited his curiosity is due to a kid around ten.
"Why is that kid away from his peers?" Nathan said to the nun beside him.
"Oh, he's called Eggy. He has been here since five years years, in fact even us don't know why he became like that." Linly replied wondering why he asked about it.
Nathan and Veronica reached the leader's office room, Nathan then entered leaving the nun outside.
Nathan saw a pretty woman around 40's, still she looks like around 30's with good figures unfortunately it was covered by her nun's attire.
"Hello sir, what can I do for you?" Jane asked while looking at the handsome young man in front of her.
Nathan stared at her and didn't bother anymore as he spoke straightforwardly.
"My family wants to adopt three children, and perhaps we also don't mind donating one million every dollars every year."
What Nathan spoke made Jane shocked since after all who would expect a youngster speak like that.
"Before we can do that sir, I wonder what is your name? My name is Jane and also do your parents know about this?" Jane asked while somewhat excited, though it might be a joke but she can be sure that this young man in front of her wasn't joking just by analyzing the way he brought himself.
"You can call me Nathan Smith. Yeah, we can do it right away if you are willing." Nathan said calmly while looking at the excited woman.
Jane who was excited earlier suddenly felt as if a cold bucket of ice fell from her and asked sternly.
"What are you doing with those kids? Are you going to sell them?"
When Nathan saw the Jane's expression it made him chuckle.
"Of course not, as for what we are going to do to them don't worry it's nothing illegal." Nathan said while a devilish light flashed in his eyes unfortunately the woman didn't see it.
The deal took a lot of time than what Nathan expected, right now it's already 7 pm. After the deal Nathan then brought the kids with him to his home.
"This is now your home, how is it do you like it?" Nathan asked the three kids beside him.
A kid with mole in his nose called John asked, "Really? Are you giving us lots of foods?"
"Of course, as long as you can do good then I, your big brother will give you anything you want." Nathan said which made the two kids cheered, only Eggy didn't.
Nathan then asked the maid to let John and Aaron shower while he brought Eggy to his room.
"Kid, why are you not talking? I haven't heard you talking even in the car, you aren't mute either. What's the problem?" Nathan asked the strange Eggy in front of him who's also looking at him.
Nathan frowned at the weird kid in front of him however his patience is also starting to dissipate.
"Fine kid, I will bring you back to the orphanage tomorrow." Nathan said filled with impatience leaving the kid in his room alone.
Suddenly, a hoarse voice can be heard in the room which made Nathan turned his head.
"P-p-please d-don't leave me."
"Okay calm down, calm down." Nathan said while frowning since he didn't know what to do under this situation.
The atmosphere in the room turned silent again, which made Nathan helpless.
"Okay Eggy, you can go downstairs and join your brothers. Becareful in the stairs." Nathan said while shouting to any available maid to bring Eggy to the bathroom.
In the room, Nathan started to meditate in a lotus position though he can't absorb any qi however at least it can maintain his mind.
"I should make Aaron become the Intelligence leader while John will be the Assassination Leader, and Eggy will be the leader to maintaining the organization. What's left is I need to train them and also look for subordinates under them. Hmm should I use what my father Lucifer did to trained me? I guess nope, I might trained a bloodthristy subordinate so I guess I'll just choose whatever it's suitable.' Nathan thought step by step to make an organization.
'There are also governments though I can bribe some people but it isn't enough so I must make sure to only develop in this area before I can regain some of my previous cultivation. Or else I might die if I were too develope too fast'
'Right I should also check where I can buy antiques or strange things, maybe it can help me activate my Devilish Qi.'
Nathan thought a lot of things causing his head to hurt, this was one of his problem since he was still in Hell Realm. He would always think ahead, though some of his calculations will miscalculate however he hasn't experienced where he was truly defeated.
Nathan look at the wall clock not far from him and the small arrow pointed at 8:30, he was going to eat but didn't bother anymore as he decided to lie down in his bed.
"Should I visit those kids? Nah nevermind, I'll let them have fun first since tomorrow they will start to train. It might be cruel however there is no free snacks in the world, though this is earth and govern by the law made by humans but what truly makes anyone become better is to strive hard. After all since they met me they are destined to become great thus it required much more intense training just like what his father Lucifer did to him." Nathan murmured to himself while closing his eyes.
