Chapter 10 - Journey Home

Margus trekked on ahead letting the girl have her space. He knew pushing her for answers would only push her back into whatever place she came from. One thing he did know was as much as her head was in the clouds she was important to him. He could wait.

Though he couldn't help wondering and dreaming about his brother . How could someone even begin to have the power to see and yet know nothing ? It was something to consider. Lawson had dissapeared under unusual circumstances and his Mother would shush him quickly if it was brought up. If and that was a huge "what if" this girl could help him find Lawson along the way .....

Time seemed to pass quickly and soon they both stood on the edge of the small clearing . The cabin quite welcoming after their vigorous trek.

Exhausted he went on in leaving her standing outside to do as she pleased. He needed to get the fire going and something stirred up before his hunger drove him crazy. Gnawing at some nuts he begin to make a thick dough .

Hours had passed and he was quite pleased . A smile warmed his face as he examined the bread . He had crushed walnuts and brown sugar making it almost comparable to a cake .

Going to the door he glanced outside. No sign of her . Grumbling under his breath he walked into the woods looking about. Finally seeing footprints and disturbed foliage headed towards the lake. "hmpf" he snorted there she goes off on some whim. His hunger was making him grumpy and unreasonable. Distracted he loudly clammered down a hill towards the water. Bursting into the clearing Margus did not look up till it was to late . She was naked with her back to him. Pale skin almost glowing in the sun. Her hair falling down her back in violets and teals like the sea softly brushing her ass. Frozen in place he tried to look away. She had already sensed him and turned meeting his eyes . It could have been her fiery look or curves demanding to be caressed but he couldn't break away from her gaze. "Dammit " he uttered thinking it was in his head but resounded across the water. She laughed at his discomfort and held out her hand . Slowly he approached and pulled her out of the water not breaking eye contact . This was not the time to get distracted or even worse loose her trust. Though the temptation to look down at her body and know her was so strong he couldn't breathe. Closing his eyes he pulled off his jacket and handed it to her brushing her skin lightly. It awoke another hunger in him that he didnt know existed. In that moment he knew he should leave . Curious thoughts and thirst drove him to pull her body against him . Hands sliding down her back and caressing the delicious curves. He didnt feel a resistance and leaned in to kiss her lips softly . He would have her but not now. This wasn't the time or place to give in to some dalliance. Breaking away before she felt his hardening cock and things went further he shook himself and hurriedly walked towards the cabin. Leaving her draped in his coat a small smile on her face.
