"Yo, student council pres," Mary said as if she owned the place, "I'd like to make my own club."
She wore sunglasses and jewelry. Mary covered her smug face with make-up. She even pierced her ears and wore large heart-shaped earrings.
And there was Nina sitting in the president's chair.
"What the-?" Nina exclaimed in utter confusion.
"Oh, it's you. I'm looking for the prez. You seen her?" Mary asked in total confidence.
Nina sat silent for a moment in disbelief and too tired for any of this nonsense.
"I'm the student council president," Nina replied.
Mary exclaimed, "What? You? Well, that's some b.s. I would probably be a much better candidate. Oh, well. Not interested in the responsibility. But I do want to start my own club."
"Well, you would need to fill in a form and get at least three signatures-"
Mary snapped her fingers and a crowd of students barged into the room. She took one of the forms and quickly wrote down "Mary's Fanclub" on it to the utter surprise of Nina.
"Sign the paper, boys. I want to make this official," Mary ordered. A whole crowd of students and even some teachers barged into the room. They all crowded around Nina's desk in order to sign. There were too many to even count. By them time it was over, the whole sheet was filled with nothing but the title of the club and signatures.
"I must be in some kind of weird dream," Nina said to herself disoriented.
Mary walked away with her two girls following closely behind. Her eyes were black and purple, but her sunglasses hid it. And Nina, although suspicious of the students' behavior, was just glad that the crowd had dispersed. And she still had to attend class, finish her homework, and fill out other paperwork as the president of the student council.
