Shyam was packing his bag in haste, he had already booked the next outgoing flight. He would travel from here to Indore via cab and will then take flight from there because Ujjain had yet to have its airport. He had never imagined in his dream that this day would come, it had not been easy for him to leave his previous life behind and to start a new one. But his past was unwilling to let him rest and it came again to haunt him in the most dreadful way.
They had been his friends, best friends but all were now dead and he knew he would be next. He always feared this day would come because he knew their crimes were too severe to pass unnoticed but he thought that the police department would hunt them but he didn't predict that the person will be alive and will come for his revenge. He was afraid because the person he was going to face was not simple he was dangerous because that person had nothing to lose and even if he had he wouldn't care because he was a psychopath, simply psychopath.
There was a single person who could stop him however if you compare the psychopath with this person the psychopath would seem a hero. So nevertheless of the persons, if he encountered either of them he would die, dying is the best outcome he could wish for.
He finally finished packing and dashed towards the door he was in no mood to waste even a single second, who knows if the second will decide his fate.
The cab was already waiting outside when he got down. He didn't even take the liberty to lock his house because he knew he was never going to return to this city and he didn't wanted to sacrifice his life for a house he bought. After death, the house will be of no use. He climbed into the cab and motioned the driver to start.
The driver nodded and speeded up the car. Shyam relaxed a little, the driver who was taking him to Indore didn't have a good reputation. He had a poor rating because of his rash driving though no accidents took place till now still his fast driving didn't earn him praises. He had chosen the driver deliberately, he wanted to reach Indore as quickly as possible regardless of the hazards.
As the car continued to accelerate he slowly began feeling dizzy, he had not slept since the previous two days. As his exhaustion took over him he slowly descended into a deep slumber.
