I squeezed my fist to keep from yelling at him

The run was long and hard my body was sore all over… I looked at the rest of the boys bent over dripping with sweat… they we're breathing very heavily…

The food was brought out. Plates filled with protein as far as the eye can see. Thank you y/n we so needed this. Everyone couldn't get enough of it. The plates were almost empty immediately.

We laughed again. Lunch was finished in a light mood. Everyone just chilled

Everyone sighed and went to lay down or shower… Even though we were drained beyond imaginable I could tell everyone was going to be thinking about my sister. Whether it was about the training, her death, or her life. It is still hard to accept. I just feel like she's not really dead I don't get it. I saw her die I mourned it last night so why don't I feel it anymore. My brother all decided to hangout until it was time to workout again. The younger ones we're laughing and playing around while the ones with mates talked… Scoups was asking Chanmi about the baby and how they we're feeling. It was nice y/n would have loved it… but a wolf walked up interrupting

Vernon: before afternoon training do you want to take a walk
Chaeyoung: I saw a glimpse of morning training and you said you we're tired you should rest
Vernon: then how about we go sit in the garden instead get some fresh air and talk more
Chaeyoung: I suppose I can do that… as long as you are resting
She blushed 10 shaded darker… this has y/n's name written all over it… you can always tell when she played a part in a couple...thank you for helping even in death… I saw as chanyeol watched them he knew just as well as I… Just cause she is gone doesn't mean she is not influencing us still. He nodded his head and smiled… it made him feel as if y/n was still there. The rest of the day went off without a hitch. The next day was harder. Training went even longer and the food was more portioned. It had included more intelligence plus a lot of teamwork.
Scoups: I'm so nervous

Scoups: because alpha game day is tomorrow

We all laughed I didn't think I would laugh ever again. We finished dinner and went to sleep. The morning of the competition we all woke early and suited up.
Minghao: I never thought that I would be doing this without y/n

The competition is really something else. There are 113 events and spans 4 days you are judged on speed, intelligence, creativity, confidence, drive, teamwork, and courage. Because anyone of these could kill you at some point if your not careful. So you have to work well with your pack and the others. Everyone gathered at the tournament grounds. Everything already set up.
s/alpha: you guys already set up the beginning. I remember in are time it took the first day just putting it together.

Father: the past week she was sneaking out at night i guess she wanted to put everything together herself… leaving nothing to chance

Father: today you boys become men of the next generation… get ready at the starting line, don't forget the packs and one map per pack… I won't see you for the next 4 days so i wish you all the luck and don't forget just cause you can't finish doesn't mean you shame your pack. Mother: in the packs there is a distress button if you would like to drop out we will be on watch and will get you as soon as possible
