Before 1999, this mountain had been a normal mountain to the west of Xiangjiang City.
However, after 1999, many major events happened to Jiang Dao Mountain.
A hundred people disappeared for no reason. At night, the mountain peak was lit up by fire, and lightning storms bombarded the mountain peak all year round.
Despite such abnormal phenomena, the Xiangjiang government and the police department did not do anything, likely due to the fact that it was beyond their understanding and control.
In the end, the government cordoned off Jiang Dao Mountain and built a wall at the foot of the mountain. They even dispatched soldiers to guard the mountain all year round.
As long as no one went up the mountain, no one would be injured. This was the most direct solution to deal with the problem.
