I walk out of my room after my phone call with Uncle Hunter. I smell something cooking and speed up my movements to get to the kitchen faster. The smile fades off my face when seeing who's cooking.
"Why are you cooking?" I ask.
Ren turns around. "Don't you like my cooking? I thought it was alright."
"It's not like that. Your cooking is okay but you only know how to make basic Japanese dishes. I have nothing against Japanese cuisine but you always do the same five dishes over and over again. It's a bit boring when I have tasted all sorts of cuisine's."
"Thanks for bringing it up that you're rich." Ren says sarcastically.
"OH!" Orion yells from the side. "He's becoming a second Adi!" He shouts and pulls out his phone.
"What are you doing?" Quantum asks getting confused by Orion's actions.
"Ari, Yes, La la, Kiki Ren's turning into another Adi!" Orion informs over the phone.
Gasps come from the other side because Orion has the call on loud speaker.
"We already have one. We don't need another!" Lance panics.
"Ren go back to being naïve!" Killian wails.
"YASS! We got another!" Aria screams in the back ground. "Yes! Why aren't you excited?"
"Meh." Atasi sounds not really caring.
"You are so cold!" Aria shouts and shakes Atasi's shoulder.
Atasi shrugs while getting shook.
"You're too much!" Aria shouts in frustration at Atasi's response.
"Ma! Dad! Mummy! Old man!" Lance and Killian leaves to tell their parents about the 'dangerous situation'.
"Is my personality that serious for you to overreact like that?" I ask from the kitchen. I secretly put a lot of spices into Ren's food while he is distracted by the call.
"Serious? Adira it's the end of the earth to have another like you." Daniel says earning a smack at his blunt words.
"At least he just got the words and not the action."
The Myths pause. "Good point."
I nod. I'm so smart.
"But what happens once he finishes training?" Atasi asks calmly.
Panic sets in again.
"ATASI!" I shout. They all just calmed down and now because of one question they're acting like it's the end of the world.
Orion hangs up and looks at me. "You caused this."
"I didn't cause it. It was Ren!" I point my finger at Ren.
"What?" Ren looks petrified.
Orion laughs when seeing Ren's face. "Just kidding. It's not anyone's fault. Adi just rubbed off on you too much, she tends to do that to her friends. Just look at Aria though Ari has a more diva attitude Adi was the influence on her personality."
"I was not." I deny any accusations.
"You were. You have your diva moments which she found them powerful so she copied you but she has that permanently."
I think about all the mesmerizing moments or out breaks I've had in the past. "Yeah." I agree with Orion.
"Wait! How many diva moments have you had?" Quasar asks.
The room falls into silence since there are so many. I calculate them all and come up with an estimation of the ones I think are diva moments but some people might have different opinions.
"First of all they are called mesmerizing moments and I've had 648." Is my answer.
"Eh? 684???!!!"
"That is for the whole 16 years that I have lived."
"When was your first?" Quantum asks.
Orion, Daniel and I laugh while remembering.
16 and a bit years ago,
Baby cries fill the air but all I can see is darkness. I feel something touch me and something soft covers me. I wriggle when it's ticklish. Wait why do I know words?
My forehead wrinkles.
[Hello] A voice inside my head.
'Hello?'
Suddenly something shines in the dark. A girl stands there. She looks up and down before frowning.
[I thought that they would give me something more..... older] The girl says with displeasure.
'Who are you?'
The girl disappears without answering and I can see white. I look around when hearing a baby cry. A baby with beautiful black locks cries with a red face. The baby looks disgusting with it's blotchiness but I can't help but feel a deep connection with him.
After a while two more baby boys lay beside me. I realized in the past few minutes that there is another baby boy adding five altogether.
"Your Majesty Ellora. What are you going to call the royal children of Renata?" A nurse asks with respect.
"The eldest Sage Danuja Lobo. The second eldest Orion Chikao Yukimura. The third eldest Ekon Yuuma and the youngest Braxton Yuta." Ellora replies a bit tired.
"But Your Majesty you had five children." The burse informs.
"What?" Ellora asks shock in her voice.
The nurse bows. "You had four princes and a princess."
Something creaks and I see a woman with bright orange hair and vibrant green eyes staring at me. I stare back at her.
All of a sudden Ellora grabs me and claws my skin.
I wince a bit from the cut but don't say anything.
"Black blood. Royal blood. A pure phoenix." Ellora whispers while stepping back. "No. No this can't be!"
"It is. Your Majesty this is your heiress." The nurse says with a smile.
Ellora looks at the nurse before back at me. She inhales deeply to get her emotions in check. "She will be Adira Chikara Yukimura. For her phoenix it will be Astrid."
"Yes." The nurse says writing the names down. "Adira Chikara Astrid Yukimura."
Ellora looks down at her five children but mostly on my hand which is tightly holding Orion's. "You two will have a great bond." She mutters.
I nod my head a bit before she walks away to get some rest.
The nurses take us away to wash but we never see Ellora again. After washing us the nurses leave us in an enclosed room. The walls are white.
[I am Astrid. Your other half] The girl appears again.
'I am Adira. The Princess of Renata.'
[So I heard. Those nurses should be killed for being too talkative]
I don't reply since I sensed the door opened. My feeling is correct and multiple children look down at us. All the children have the same features blond hair, blue eyes and natural tanned skin. Out of the 10 children there is only one girl.
"This one has red hair." One of the boys say reaching to touch my hair.
"Don't touch it, Zane." The eldest boy warns. "She hasn't controlled her powers yet."
"It'll be alright." Zane says and touches my long red hair. "Ew! It's weird."
I inhale before exhaling but something goes wrong and flames come out instead of breath. The flames catches on Zane's hair.
"Ah! My hair!" Zane screams when seeing his hair burn. "Put it out!"
Orion moves and the flame goes bigger.
"Wah!" By this point Zane is crying and running around the room.
"Stay still!" The girl shouts running after him.
I giggle slightly while moving my hand. The fire disappears. All that's left of Zane's hair is a few burnt hairs, but when Zane feels his hair they fall out.
"I'm getting Mother to grow it back." Zane says and rushes out of the room.
"What do we do with them, Mika?" The eldest boy asks.
"We should inform them of where they are going and who we are." Mika replies smiling. "I am your older sister, Mika. You are going to be transferred somewhere else for a few months but it can last for a few years. You will be taught how to conceal your power then use it and then control it before you can meet with us again."
My other brothers introduce themselves before they are chased out by the nurses. We quintuplets are then transferred to Renata for training which end quickly for Orion and I. The others a bit longer but the longest was Sage.
