I hate cheaters especially ones like Xu Honglei.
We walk out of the small underground club. As soon as we close the old green door we hear sirens ringing through the air.
"Sh*t" we all swear. We all look at each other before nodding. I wave my hand so that a portal appears. All of the cars that we came in gets sucked into the portal.
I look behind me to see that Orion is the only one there. He waves his hand which electricity sparks fly out of. I also start waving my hands so that they also have small electricity sparks fly out. We both move our left leg back before slowly pushing our hands forward. The blue sparks fly out in all different directions.
The sirens are coming closer.
Orion and I both turn around and run towards the dead end. Orion uses his wind ability to fly to the top of the building while I start climbing up the buildings pipe. We both start running when we reach the roof.
I start jumping over things until we are near the end of the rooftop. I don't stop running, I do the opposite and start picking up speed.
I am a few centimeters from the edge when I take a big leap. I am in the air for a couple of seconds before I land on the next building walls. I pull myself up and keep running and jumping. Orion does the same and soon the sound of sirens disappears.
Just to be safe we keep running until we are an hour away from where we just killed the Hong gang.
My pocket inside of my jacket starts vibrating and a ding resounds from it. I put my right hand into the pocket and pull out my phone. I press the small button on the side so that the front screen shows up. On the screen under the time and date is a message notification.
I unlock my phone and see the message; Nicho: Let's meet at the food alley.
I reply with a Yass.
"Oreo Nicholas says that they want to meet at the food alley. Are you good with that?" I ask Orion who is slightly panting.
"Yass. I am so hungry" Orion says while rubbing his stomach. He ate the most at lunch but is still hungry but then I am hungry too.
We start running again but after a few minutes we climb back down to the ground. We both start sprinting towards the direction of the food alley.
10 minutes later,
We finally arrive at the food alley where we see a huge crowd of girls. Orion and I both walk towards the crowd of girls before making our way through until we are at the front. The reason for the crowd of girls is of course, my other brothers.
"Hey, are we getting food or what?" I say angry that they didn't get us food yet. The girls erupt in anger at me being rude at the ones they are fan girling over.
"Who does she think she is?"
"Sl*t"
"So shameless"
I ignore them.
"Go away" my brothers are enraged.
"See they said go away"
"Go away"
The crowd thinks that they are talking to me. I inwardly laugh at their ignorance.
Suddenly I feel arms surround me. I look up and see that it is one of my brothers. He covers my ears so that I don't hear their accusations.
This guy is wearing an over sized sweater, daggy ripped jeans which are blue and white combat boots. He has light blond which reaches the ridge of his nose. He is Lorenzo the one that was driving me before.
Lorenzo is 6'4 feet high. He is the slimmest of my wolf brothers. Lorenzo is nearly always smiling that is why he has the nickname smiling devil in the Lobo wolf pack.
"It's okay Adi, don't worry about them" Lorenzo comforts me when I pout.
'WTF. I am angry yes but not over these people. I am angry because you didn't get us food' I inwardly scream out of frustration over this stupid 3rd brother of mine.
"Yah. Where the hell is my food?" My voice comes out muffled from my face pushed against Lorenzo's jumper.
"Oh. Well we didn't know what to get you so we just waited for you to get here" Lorenzo releases me from his grasp. I nod at his words that seems reasonable.
"So what the hell are we waiting for I am hungry" Orion jumps in the air to show how joyful he is. I shake my head at his cute reactions.
Out of the corner of my eyes I see that the girls are being shouted at by my other brothers. I yell out to them and wave my hands to get their attention.
15 minutes later,
"Ah, that was so delicious" I pat my belly which feels like it's going to explode. We are currently sitting at a small shop drinking soda and trying to rest.
"I ate too much" Orion complains over all the food he has eaten.
"Haha" I start laughing at his complaints. He slaps me on the shoulder in a playful manner. I pinch his cheeks "You are just so cute!"
"Do remember that I am older than you so I should be doing the pinches around here" Orion replies by pinching my cheeks.
"Ow. Only by 3 seconds" I whine.
"If we have to resort to the using the oldest. I should be doing that" Sage pinches both of our cheeks.
"Only by 12 minutes" both Orion and I say while pinching his cheeks.
"You are not allowed to do that to the birthday boy" Felix says while splitting us apart.
"Hmph" Orion, Sage and I go back to sipping our drinks.
"He is only the birthday boy today because he was born 7 minutes and 29 seconds before midnight" I state.
"But I am still older than both of you" Sage rubs it in. I ignore his remark and continue sipping my drink.
We have all finished our drinks when my phone starts buzzing again and a ringtone starts playing. I fish my phone out of my pocket while the boys are humming my ringtone. I turn it on and look at the lock screen. The caller ID reads Yes. I answer the call and put it up to my ear.
"Hello" A girl's voice speaks from the phones speakers. The girl's voice is considered deeper than normal girl voices,
"Hello Atasi" I say. Atasi's nickname is yes because of the Si at the end of her name. Si means yes in Italian.
"Adi you said to remind you at 1:25 to buy Sage a birthday cake" Atasi says.
"Oh yeah I totally forgot about that. Thank you so much Yes" Eek I totally forgot about that. I hope he doesn't get too angry about it. {awkward smile}.
"Okay. I hope you are having fun with your older wolf brothers. I will hang up so that you can have more time with them. Bye Ads, Love you. Mwah!"
"Okay Bye, Love you too. Mwah!" I manage to say before she hangs up. I put my phone back into my jacket pocket.
"Who was that?" Lorenzo asks out of curiosity.
"Atasi" I reply while standing up getting ready to leave.
"Oh. What did she say?" Xavier asks also out of curiosity.
"She reminded me that we have to buy a birthday cake for Sage" I answer while following my older brothers down the street.
"You forgot again" All of them looks at me.
To answer I do an awkward smile and laugh. "Sorry".
"Don't worry about it you have a ton on your plate" Chris pats my shoulder in comfort.
"Yeah especially since Grandmother Edith wants to send her to school" Orion says calmly like it isn't a big deal.
"What? School?!!" they all yell when Orion dropped a big bomb onto them.
"I told you not to tell them until after the cake!" I kick Orion in the back of the leg that makes him fall to the ground in an awkward position.
"Adira are you really going to school?" Sage is the one to ask because all of the other brothers are still in a state of shock.
"I don't know. But can we talk about this later?" I say with an indifferent tone. I start walking along the street leaving my brothers behind.
"En" my brothers snap out of their shock and start following me.
