Emae woke up in her comfy bed yawning, only to look at the time on her clock and yell, "I'M GOING TO BE LATE!"

In the dining room sits her four other friends eating breakfast, Ari being the one who's cooking.

"Goodness, there she goes again," sighs Chance. "She never learns..." He trails off, putting a piece of omelet into his mouth.

"Well, what would this world be without our yelling queen, huh?" Ari said from the kitchen, now untying her apron and putting it on the hook by the fridge.

"Peaceful." Says Raven, drinking her black coffee after.

"Hey! You all do know that I have ears right?!" Emae yells, coming down from the hall in her school uniform and her hair in a ponytail.

"Well you certainly have a mouth." Raven said, not taking her eyes off of the steaming hot treat. Although Emae can hear the smirk she has.

Emae only pouts and sits at the dining table along with the others, having Ari come and

set a fresh omelet in front of her, along with coffee with a lot of sugar.

"There ya' go Emae!" Ari says cutely, and Emae responds with one of her all too familiar smiles the group is so used to, but they can't ever get by one of Emae's smiles without smiling back.

As Emae began to eat, she realized that one of her other four friends, Kai, isn't at the table.

"Hey, where's Kai?" Emae asked the group.

"He went to school to bribe the teacher to give him a couple more days to do the homework assignment." Chance replies sighing. He was finished with his omelet so he put it in the sink and went to grab his bag.

Emae sighs and does the same, but waits at the door for the rest of her friends which are following her out if their shared house.

They all catch up to Chance and Emae starts being her usual happy self, Ravens reading a book, slightly annoyed by Emaes loudness. With Ari just prancing around by Chance, every boy that spots her instantly falls to the ground in an anime nose bleed.

Finally, with Chance, he's just looking ahead blankly staring and not at all participating in the conversation.

They all may seem distant from each other. But they're actually closer than any group of friends in Japan. Probably, because they're also superhero's and they fight to protect the city of Japan.
