James's (16)life had just been a series of tragedies, he was abandoned by his parents at a young age with nothing to rely on but himself, the only thing that he trusted was his best and only friend Charles. Him and james were always considered "street rats" they would steal fight, and do anything to survive. But even though they did all those things they were always loyal to each other, Untill one day a man came up to them and offered them a pretty hefty some to take a briefcase to someone, and not look in it. Obviously the two young boys took the job as they were desperate for any cash they could get there hands on. But on the way to deliver the briefcase the two boys gave into there temptation and opened the case only to discover large some of cash. The first thing the two boys thought of was to take it as James couldn't help but shout out "Were going to be rich!" The two ran off with the money, but it didn't take long befor there became some discrepancies between them about the money.
One night James woke to Charles leaving the house with the briefcase. James:"Charles! What the hell are you doing?" James doesn't give Charles time to answer befor he charges at Charles and tJames and Charles proceed to wrestle it out on the ground befor James feels a sharp and cold pain in his stomach, to look down and see Charles holding a bloody knife in his gut, James:"W-Why?" James mutters as he looks up at Charles as he said "Im sorry, this money will give me a chance to do something with my life" all James sees is Charles turn around and leave before everything fades into black...
