The wall was 5 km² long, making the mansion as it center. It wasn't very useful, but he did it because with it, the normal people will feel more assured mentally. And, if he level it to level three, it will be a very useful.
It took Ye Yuan one week to make the wall, because he learned that his magic capacity run out very quickly. It was because of that, that he needed one week to finish the wall.

After being inspected, they will be told the rules of the rufuge. The rules was, one, gangs or group that are created to intimidate, rob, raping, and killing is prohibited. Two, if you have enmity or hostility towards someone else, you can have a duel. It's rule will be decided by the agreement between the two parts. And if you reject the duel, the other party kill you, will not be penalized. Three, killing or assassination is prohibited, except it's a duel.
