Kira kept staring at the boy in wonder and in annoyance. He was in daze as he stared at the surface of the lake and he wore this smile, not clear what he was thinking.
Kira wanted to have some time alone yet this boy won't leave her alone. She was even more frustrated at the fact the she didn't realize his presence until he spoke first.
Who is this boy exactly? She can't help but wonder. She hasn't seen him before so perhaps he was new. However, him being there seemed to calmed her a little but that is why she felt irritated with him.
"What do you want?" She asked suspiciously.
"Don't worry my dear girl Kira, I mean you no harm." He replied. "I only wanted to help you, is there anything wrong with that?"
Kira was stunned. How did he know her name? She doesn't remember telling him. Had he overheard her talking to Mythica and Bubblegum earlier?
"Whatever, just leave me alone."
"Why? Are you frustrated that he left you?"
Kira was totally taken aback when he asked that. "That's none of your business, leave me alone!!" she snapped.
The boy looked at her again and he smiled mischievously at her. He jumped down the branch he was sitting at, but instead of landing on the ground, he floated in the air.
"Kira, do you perhaps feel pathetic? You're not a good liar and lying to yourself pretending to be fine will only make you lose your way and you'll eventually be confused in who you are anymore. If you say you really believe in him, why are you this hurt?"
"If you say you believe him, then, that wouldn't that also mean you believe in everything he said? But..." he stared at her floating upside-down with his legs crossed. "...wouldn't believing him also mean you put your faith in him, believing that he would keep his promise and would not ever leave you behind? Which one do you think it is? Kira?"
Pointing his index finger on his cheek, he told her with a playfully with a smile. "You have to decide which is which or you'll end up in misery. I ask you again, which on do you think is it?"
She was too stunned for words but she managed to recover quickly. Stuttering, she screamed. "I-I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"
Just as she said it. The boy that was staring at her playfully with his odd colored eyes, suddenly disappeared into dust.
It was all very weird but she couldn't care less. She slumped down the ground, burying her face in her arms as she cuddled with her four-tailed fox spirit that turned itself into a life less stuffed toy.
Kira still cannot understand it. Why has he left her? Was she really that pathetic for even him to abandon her? Why? Why is he making her feel such pain? She half expected for him to walk up to her and embrace her, calming her down.
But remembering what that mysterious boy said earlier, she asked herself. Did she really believe in him? In what way? If really do then why is she feeling such pain. It hurts so much it's unbearable, even more painful than laying sick in the bed.
She cried there by that lake until her tears dried up. She couldn't afford to let the others see her like this or they'll worry.

Every student gathered in the auditorium. The opening ceremony already begun and it is already time the words of welcoming from the school's prince and princess.
Kishi was pushed there harshly by Airi and Rex, while Kira was encouraged by Mythica and Bubblegum.
Unfortunately, the two of them stood there still in the middle of the stage with a meter apart from each other.
The eyes that are currently staring at them were really frightening. They have fear for humans and standing in front of that many were indeed just horrifying!
Kira nervously hugged Fuffy. She unconsciously took a step backward as she threw glances at Kishi from fright.
Kishi though, completely ignored her as if she weren't there. But just like her, he was scared to death he couldn't say a word.
Kira noticed that his hands were trembling. Seeing that, Kira bit her lip and gathered all her courage, trying to keep herself up although with great difficulty.
"Umm....n-nice t-to meet you!!"
She greeted as cold sweat trickled in her skin. That kind of experience is really terrible she could just die.
"Are you really sure they're going to be alright?" Airi glanced at Mythica who nodded hesitantly.
Unexpectedly, after long silence, all the student's suddenly cheered and applauded, roaring full of excitement.
"Beautiful! Simply beautiful!!"
"CUUUTTTEEEEE!!"
"How lovely!! They are simply adorable!!"
"That's our prince and princes!! Aren't they just lovely!!"
"Hell yeah, they are!!!"
The students of E-class exchanged glances. What the hell just happened? Either way, they couldn't care less as long as it went successfully.
"Wow prince-sama! I can't believe you let the princess take all the pressure by yourself, Isn't that right Yang?" Yin mocked him.
"Shut the hell up!! Do you want to die!!?"
Kishi was on his hands and knees, as his legs finally gave away. He is as pale a sheet of paper and gasping for air as he forgot to breathe.
Kira on the other hand finally fainted. She was as pale as Kishi and her hand won't stop shaking. That was just too much for her to handle and her fears overwhelmed her once again.
"Poor Kira, she must've been so scared." Haven said caringly.
"What was the hag thinking though?" Asa wondered. "I mean, she might kill these two one day."
"Should I take Kira to the infirmary?" Mythica thought as she held Kira.
"It okay sister, I...I'm fine, I'm fine." Kira regained consciousness and sat up. She opened her arms and Fuffy came flying towards her giving her a hug.
"Are you sure?"
Kira didn't answer and tried her best to stand up. Everyone panicked, especially when she suddenly staggered and almost fell down once again.
However, she was determined and picked herself up eventually. She had been very weak for years. When she was younger, she couldn't even stand on her own without Kishi's help but things had changed. She can't always rely on Kishi for everything, she needs to grow stronger herself or everyone else might abandon her someday.
She stood firmly on her feet and smiled. She looked at everyone who remained silent and spoke. "We have go to class now; we might get late."
Although surprised the students of E-class nodded and made their way to their classroom.
It was only the first day in their second year in school and there's already so much surprises.
They were all confused, they haven't seen Kishi talk to Kira this whole time yet, and the two of them had kept their distance from each other even when they were scared facing so many people. They didn't even hold each other's hands.
They were even more so confused as to what's going on when Kira suddenly tried her hardest to stand without relying on someone after she just fainted.
Normally, she would open her arms, asking to be carried by Kishi, or if not, she would either be carried forcefully by her twin brother in concern and in over protectiveness. However, none of that happened. Kira looks as if she was trying hard to be independent and carry her own two feet, while Kishi is completely ignoring her like she doesn't exist at all.
Everyone was uncomfortable and awkward they just decided to pretend not to notice anything at all. They went to their separate groups and chatted with each other as they walk.
The children stayed with their usual groups except for the group Kishi and Kira usually join in.
Kira stayed with the girls and Kishi was with Airi, Rex, Lune, Yin, and Yang.
Things were somehow back to when before Kira came around. Bubblegum and Mythica separated themselves with the boys full of trouble makers who got scolded almost every time.
The group of the younger boys were playing around. They kept quarrelling and pulling jokes on each other they apparently got left behind by their class mates.
And just before they realized it, they completely lost sight of the others and they were lost in the maze of the halls of their magical school that changes its structure every year.
