"Thank you doctor, now we will be heading to the airport."
At the airport,
"Mom, can you please call Emilia?"
"I called her earlier, she is on the way. Don't worry."
His mother headed towards a coffee shop and bought a coffee. She gave it to Miro and he drank it. After a few minutes, he felt dizzy and became unconscious.
"Honey, what happened to our son? He was fine just now. Lets go to the hospital," his father panicked and carried Miro.
"Wait" Miro's mother grabbed him and explained that all these were her doings. His father thought for a while and then gave a heavy sigh, "I will support you now honey, but... when Miro wakes up he will never forgive us."
"I know it dear, and I am ready to face the consequences. Let's go and board the plane." They boarded the plane and the plane took off to the States.
At Miro's house,
"Why is the door locked?" Emilia became confused and wandered around. Days passed but Miro's house was always locked. One day, the door was unlocked and Emilia entered the house, to her surprise there were a new couple unpacking their things.
"Excuse me. Who are you looking for?" one of the couple asked.
"Uhmm, I am from the next door, are you Miro's relative?"
"Miro? Ahh, you mean the son of previous owner of this home."
"Previous....what do you mean?"
"We have bought this house, we are going to be neighbours now, nice to meet you."
Emilia became shocked, she couldnot utter a word.
".....Where....where did the previous owner went to?"
"They said that they will be staying at the States. They must have reached there by now."
Emilia remembered her talk with Miro's mother. She thought that Miro hated her for destroying his future and left her alone.
After that day, Emilia always stayed in her room and isolated herself. Even at the school, she didnot talk with anyone and didnot make any friends. All of her hopes, her dreams, her love was gone, and thus the girl whose eyes used to twinkle became vivid, her appearance became dull and she became an emotionless girl.
