Chapter 2 - Arc 1 - 2

In his hands were the Infernity Blades, forged from the deepest parts of Hell, created by his hands, through the strength of Infernity steel, melted by Lucifer's green cursed flames, the flames that never extinguish. But the flames of his heart, he believe now, has more conviction. Through the flames he decided to rise and start a revolt against his dear friend.

He share the pain of every demon in Hell, thirsting for revenge that ages ago Lucifer have promised them. The forces of dark have ammassed: warriors that remained loyal to that cause after all those years that have passed.

/But what have you done, Lucifer?/ Asmodai often asked himself. This was after he had a meeting with the Council. The Lucifer that they once looked upon as a leader has become a pacifist, agreeing to a ceasefire between the forces of light and dark.

/An honorless decision, driven by cowardly fear/ He have thought. While it is true that it was the Lord of the Underworld that has made all impossibilities possible, he never thought that he will come to this point. Asmodai considers this act of Lucifer as a betrayal to the demon race.

/I will never forget you, traitor/ His mind has already decided. Abaddon proved to be a more suitable leader, with his plan of further empowering the forces of Hell. /One impossible task/ Asmodai almost didnt believe. But then again Lucifer has made their doubts vanish when he was still a staggering ruler, and as far as Asmodai knew,he was once like Abaddon. All of them were, in the beginning of time known and recorded by the Council, with only the waves of the abyss as their only formidable adversary.

/But the Council have thrown us! Banished away from our friends!/ The thought of banishment angered him the most. They branded them as disgusting, not fitting to be among the holy. He will never accept their finality.

The demon race has suffered enough. HE has suffered enough. The thirst for vengeance will now be quenched. Let Lucifer be the tribute for it. Asmodai pushed himself to think of it that way.

Considering the preposterous act of Lucifer, he seemed to be defending his decision. He appeared to be really a traitor to his residents. /There is no turning back/ Lucifer broke the trust and nearly shattered the hope of all demons. Judgment has come for the Lord of the Underworld.

With this thoughy on his mind, he ordered the other demons to charge towards his dear friend.

/No, a traitor is what he is.../
