It's been one month since I've talked to Aiden. At first, I thought he was just upset and that I should let him cool off for a few days. But then, days turned into weeks and Aiden hasn't showed up to greet me when I come out of the water.
It shouldn't affect me in any way considering I only knew him for a few days but, unfortunately, it does affect me and I hate it. Sometimes, during the day, I hang out with Aquarius and Aqua.. It's nice to have them around. Especially now that I no longer have Aiden. Well, not that Aiden was technically mine.. But, most days, I watch the beach, from a distance.
And yes, I watch Aiden.
He doesn't seem to mind that we no longer talk. I mean, why would he? I see him around with girls a lot. Different ones each day. At first, I thought he would be at my spot when I came out of the water but, when it comes close to time for me to come out, he leaves.
So, today was my last time watching him.
I put on my original clothes that I've had since before I met Aiden and do my nightly routine. To be honest, it's more boring now then it was before I met Aiden.
So I just read. Or swing.
Currently, I'm leaving the park to go read.
Once I get inside the building, I notice something in the corner of the room. It was a black and red bikini. Very cute yet it was very revealing.
No one is at the beach at night so I could put on the bikini and go for a swim. After a few minutes of debating with myself on whether I should stay here and read or if I should hear back to the beach in this bikini.
Finally, I decide on going for a swim.
I quickly undress before putting on three bikini and head out toward the beach. When I got closer, I notice there are some people setting up a stereo and lights. They looked like they were setting up this area for a concert. Or most likely, a party.
I stop as I watch the people around me. Should I just go back..? No, I've been to a party before. The people will just drink their wobbly drink and dance. No big deal. I can totally go swimming.
And that's what I decided to do.
I swim until I realize the beach was blasting with music. Suddenly, I got the urge to go dance. As I looked around, I noticed more people in the ocean and walking down the shore line. A lot of people were in swimsuits.
I get out of the water and walk toward the people on the beach. I remember aiden saying random people show up to these types of parties so no one would ask about me.
Once I'm in the crowd of dancing people, I start swaying my hips, the same way Aiden and I had done that day. Like I expected, no one bothered me. At least until someone tapped on my shoulder. I turn around to see brown eyes staring down at me.
"Hey, beautiful. I'm Sam, and you?" He asks me with a cute smile.
I smile up at him as I move my hair from my face. "Bambina!"
"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl." He winks at me causing a blush to rise to my cheeks. "Can I get you a drink?"
I nod quickly. "Yeah, a coke would be great."
He smirks before leaning close to my ear. "Wait here, darling."
Then he pulls away. I watch him walk off until he disappears. I stay and wait for him as he instructed but continued to dance.
"What are you doing here?" A voice demands from behind me.
I quickly turn around to see Aiden standing in front of me with an angry, yet stern, look on his face.
I narrow my eyes at him. He hasn't come seen me in a whole month and this is the first thing he says to me?
"Um, dancing." I scoff before continuing to dance.
He shakes his head and looks around. Finally, his posture softens as he watches me while I'm dancing.
"I hope you're being careful, Bambi."
I nod slightly at him, confirming I'm just fine without him. I don't need him around.
He sighs before running a hand through his hair. I don't let him know that I'm watching his every movement. I wish he would just walk away.
"Is this guy bothering you, Bambina?" I look over to see that Sam was now glaring at Aiden.
I shake my head no to let him know in perfectly fine. Aiden looks back and forth between Sam and I and frowns.
"Go away, Aiden." I say softly.
His mouth drops open slightly as if from shock. As if he were trying to figure out if I really said that.
"Fine." He says before storming off toward the crowd.
Sam hands me my drink. "Sorry it took so long. I had to get around these drunk people." He chuckles.
I smile back up at him as I take a huge gulp of coke. Dancing has me pretty dehydrated.
"Thank you." I say to him.
After a few minutes, my cup is empty. But, something isn't right. I still feel thirsty. Like I never drank the coke.
My body starts feeling like a flower floating down the ocean. Almost like there isn't any gravity. My heart begins to speed up and everything around me begins to spin.
"I don't feel so well." I try to tell Sam but my words seem to float away with the wind. I reach out to grab Sam and he wraps his arms around my waist.
He pushes my hair behind my ear and whispers, "Everything will be alright, Bambina."
And then everything went black.
