Chapter 39 - Code XZF.

Next day,

In City B.

"Where are you going?" asked a man.

He had massive body stature. He was about six feet and three inches in height. He had bulging muscles. He was sitting in the co-pilot seat.

"She asked to find the code for that," replied his partner.

The latter was more on a lean body side. He was also tall. He was five feet and eleven inches in height with hairs up to his shoulders.

"And you know where it is?" asked the previous man.

Well for their names they were on a mission, so they used code names.

The previous was called Seven and the latter was known as Dave.

"Dave are you sure where you're going?" Seven asked Dave.

Dave glanced at Seven and nodded at him.

Seven saw him nodding and kept his eyes on the road.

After a while they reached a barren area. There was an old house in the middle of nowhere. The place looked straight out of a haunted movie.

They both alighted the car and went inside that house. The house was broken. There was dust and spiderwebs everywhere.

"No one came here for a long time," said Dave.

"Yeah," responded Seven,

They went deeper in the house. The more they walked forward the creepier they felt.

"Hey Is it just me or this house is giving a dangerous vibe," said Seven.

"It is," Dave replied holding the broken bone which was on the floor.

As they proceeded their walk they were suddenly engulfed by strange smoke.

The smoke was irritating to the eyes and caused shortness of breath.

"Dave Let's quickly get out of here *cough* Uhm we should save ourselves first," said Seven.

Dave agreed with his partner and they both turned back trying to get out od the house but where ever they went they couldn't find the exit.

By the time the whole house was filled with smoke. Seven and Dave were having difficulty coping with this smoke. They tried to hold on but eventually fainted after struggling to find the exit for half an hour.

A man came and looked at Dave and Seven. He took his phone out and dialled a number.

"Boss they are down," said a male voice.

"Bring them to the base," replied the other person.

"Understood," said the man in the house.

After two hours,

In the remote area of City B stood an enormous building. The building was futuristic. It held a unique vibe. Everything inside the blinding spoke one word 'Marvellous'.

The same man who called someone in the house entered with unconscious Dave and Seven on his shoulders.

There were not many people in the building. When they saw the man entering the building they nodded at him.

It was quite surprising seeing the man carrying two well-build man on his shoulders.

But people inside the building know the identity of that man. So they didn't found it surprising that the man held two massive people on his shoulders.

He brought Dave and Seven to a room in the building. The room was dark. The man set both of them to the chairs placed in the room. He then cuffed their hands. And then sat down himself on the third chair to wait for them to wake up.

After half an hour Dave and Seven stirred. The smoke's effect had worn out.

They both opened their eyes and found them in a dim lighted room. Both of them looked at each other. They then noticed a man sitting on the chair in front of them.

"Who are you?" asked Dave.

"None of your business," replied the man.

Seven shouted,

"If you dare open my hands and I'll tell you whose business is it?"

The man scoffed at them and went out of the room.

Dave and Seven tried to free their hands from the chair but the more they tried to free their hands the tighter the rope became.

After struggling for an hour or more they stopped.

They were drenched in sweat by now. While they were panting the man from before entered in the room.

This time he was not alone. He was followed by another person. That person was about five feet eight inches. Form the attire it was hard to tell whether the person was man or woman.

The new person sat on the chair while the man from before stood beside him. Dave and Seven both looked at each other. Dave said,

"Why are we here?"

"Who are you people?" asked Seven.

"What were you doing in that house?" asked the new person.

"I asked who are you?" shouted Seven.

The new person lifted the hoodie.

Dave and Seven were shocked. They both widened their eyes.

"Y-y-You," stuttered Dave.

"Master," said Seven.

"Now answer," said the mysterious man whom Seven called Mason.

"Master we were there to find Code XZF," replies Seven.

The person looked at Dave. Dave nodded his head.

"Yes, he is right," said Dave.

"Who told you?" asked the person.

"Boss told us," replied Dave.

"And on whose order did he tell you?" questioned the person.

"A woman called him," replied Seven.

"Who is she?" asked the person.

"We don't know her name but she is someone from Desmond family," replied Dave.

The person nodded and said,

"Untie them."

The man standing beside that person untied them.

Dave and Seven caressed their wounded wrists.

Dave said,

"Boss you are cruel."

The person smiled slightly and stood up.

"Go back and tell your boss to come to the squares tomorrow."

Dave and Seven nodded at the person.

The man who brought them inside escorted them outside the building.

Seven asked,

"Hey man what is this place?"

"Yeah it's so dazzling," said Dave.

The man glanced at them and said,

"Headquarters. If you be loyal to master you'll be working here in the future."

Dave and Seven's faces instantly brightened up. They looked at each other and said together.

"We'll always be loyal to Master."

After showing Dave and Seven out the man returned to the building. He entered the elevator and pressed the top floor button.

Leaving the elevator he entered a room. The mysterious man from before sat in a chair.

"Master do you want me to look for that woman?" asked the man.

"No," came the reply.

"So should we increase the security around Miss Aergul and Mister Joshua?" the man asked warily.

The man called 'Master' thought for a while and then shook his head.

"Master, Your father is looking for you," said the man.

"So?" replied his Master.

"Master, Your brothers are covering for you. So he is not able to find you," informed the man.

"Step-brothers," said the master.

"Pardon?" said the man.

"They are step-brothers," replied the Masters.

The man could only sigh and shook his head. He thought to himself,

'They love you more than their biological siblings. They can die for you, but why do you always remind me and yourself that they are step*sigh. I hope that you can open up just a little to them.'

"Is there anything else?" asked the Master.

"Sir about Code XZF," said the man.

"Don't let anyone know. Keep an eye on everyone," said the Master.

"But Master what is it exactly?" asked the man.

The Master raised an eyebrow and looked at his subordinate.

The man noticed the change of expression on his Master's face and quickly said,

"I'm sorry master. I overstepped."

"It is a military secret. Even if I have to tell you I can't. I can just tell you to stay away from it," replied the Master.

The man bowed at the Master and turned around to go out of the room.

"Don't bow," said the Master.

"Ok Master," said the man.

After the man went out the Master sighed.

"Mavy, is there anything suspicious?"

"No," replied the robotic voice.

"But Joshua is looking for your whereabouts, Master," added the robotic voice.

"Uhm, Impatient are we?" smirked the Master.

"Block all the details about Code XZF, Mavy."

"A minute," said the robotic voice.

After one minute.

"It is done, Master."
