Chapter 3 - They went up a hill right?

The terrain began getting more and more humid as I trecked south. My father asked that I find more people and genes. So I looked for signs of life near us, online. I found a couple of discussions about the ruins of a city that used to be around here.

As I get closer I start to revisit my abilities and assess my battle strategies. I have an insane amount of health and strength, so I am tanker with a cannon. But, that doesn't really fit me. I do not appreciate pain and i have not been a big fan of punching things. And, my only battle skills are:

Self sustenance- that'll allow me to sustain myself for long periods of time.

Regeneration- to keep me alive during a fight. Which seems alittle overkill. When I was sparring with a soldier in my father's army, a normal lvl. 1 B- Grade soldier, he could only do around 500 damage per minute, while I heal 10 per second. So, its nice to have but I dont think it'll be that important unless I meet somebody in S grade like Sorayyah or somebody in SS like me or dad.

Duplication- I can regenerate from a drop of blood, each drop has the potential to create a body. Only 5 clones per level. Each clone will become its own being that can level up and a container of the main conciousness if need be. If the main body is destroyed conciousness may be transfered to any other clone.

Shooting- This is more my type I am an excellent shot from long range and I have a sniper rifle but it doesn't do much damage to anyone A grade or higher, and I assume that it'll be less effective as time goes on.

Hand to Hand- Punching.

I'm so tired of punching. I've punched everything. Since my strength is absurd I have punched my way through almost every battle. Don't get me wrong I have already tried other weapons and their usefulness.

I can't use guns because I dont have a skill to apply my strength to bullets so the outcome is just a regular bullet. As for cold weapons they can only showcase half my strength at most. So It's only useful for people that are S- grade and below.

Ending my self-evaluation, it only makes sense for me to fight head-on. As I was traveling through the forest I took notice of shuffling in the forest. It seemed that a squad of low-grade war dwarves has been following probably preparing to attack.

When the new races descended they immediately became hostile. And the worst of them on Green continent has consistently been the dwarves. There war weapons give them special advantages in battle. Maybe I can capture one or two of them to send them back to the city.

Up ahead there are some weird fluctuations in the air it seems to be a trap. I became curious as to what sort of trap can affect the elements like this so I threw a rock forward. Then, it hung in the air unmoving.

Multiple arrows flew in from the sides.

-Counter current lvl. 0-

Counter current is the only battle skill that I have access to so far. I got it for fighting off a band of king condors. It uses your strength to create air currents around you that deflect incoming object then at the end

*Boom*

Everything around me exploded sending everything flying into the air. That's the counter effect of the skill all the wind energy the currents build up plus the damage that they have taken erupts out. This is my chance.

While the dwarves were still in mid air, I began my assault. Due to my insane strength I was able to make quick work of each one. Only one or two puches equal a life. By the time the first body landed 17 of them were dead. Only 3 are left. I looked at them menacingly, and when they saw the state of their partners they were frightened. The puggiest one of the group steeped forward as if to say something and immediately

" Great one forgive us for not recognizing your strength sooner, but please I beg of you spare my children. We have been exiled from our own world for sins that I committed. They have not even had time to grow." The large dwarve pleaded heavily.

We already have a general idea of why these things have descended upon us. Apparently, in there plane there were originally 8 races split into 2 factions the Republic and the Unity. The Republic is made of the dwarves, goblins, ogres, and gods. The Unity consists of the elves, demons, angels, and devils.

The war began because the elves who were originally part of the republic conspired with the devils to form the new dark evles. The Unity used the new battalion of dark elves to threaten the goblin domain who was originally peaceful. The Unity were always upset with the goblins who are creatures of chaos, but yet refused to stand with the Unity.

This led to the goblins going to plead for help from the gods. Then once the gods caught wind of what the Unity were doing they requested aid from the dwarves and goblins to lead an assault against the elves and devils. Besieged by the mighty gods, carrying dwarven weapons with goblin vehicles, and artillery, the devils and elves received reinforcements from the demons and the angels.

This greatly displeased the gods as the angels were there greatest allies and the source of each other's strength, but the angels could not accept the gods acceptance of the goblin race believing that they could not be around such low creatures. They had been looking at the goblins and ogres as ant-like, petty creatures for eons.

To be asked to fight alongside them or aid the side where the least desirable race were demons which at least still had the visage of the gods. And so they went to aid the Unity, while the ogres were swayed to the Republic by the goblins. Like this they warred for millenia catching the mystical creatures up in their battles.

Then the system announced the introduction of a new race and plane. So each side has sent down their own representatives to establish a foothold on this planes land, race, resources, and to map it out.

The rest that were sent down were criminals sent down to impede this planes race in their growth so that they may be weak before they ascend and therefore could be manipulated.

" If I spare them you will all have to work for me. Do you accept this?" I asked. I wasn't going to force them as I didn't trust them so it might be easier to just kill them now.

I could't reall decide on what to do as I would much rather avoid the whole slavery thing since that has always been a sensitive subject in my race. But, they are also not of my race. Plus others of their race have also enslave humans so, eh might as well
