"Oh man, I'm so bored."
"Oh, bored, aren't you?"
"Yeah, I'm very bored."
"And did you finish all your homework?"
"Let's… not talk about that."
"That's what I thought."
"Shut up."
Silence.
"Wow, did you actually shut up or something?"
Silence.
"Oh, come on, man, please say something."
Silence. This time, the boy realized that his friend was staring at something. He looked back and saw what, or who, his friend was staring at. A beautiful girl- idol class beautiful- was walking in smiling and having what seemed to be happy conversations with other girls.
"I have to admit, Carl, she's beautiful, but can you please stop staring at her," the boy blocked his friend's vision with his hand.
"Okay, okay," said Carl.
"Who the hell is she?"
"Wait, you don't know her? She's the student council president, Charlotte!"
"Seriously!?"
"I'm serious, man. I can't believe you don't knowing about her. She's the most popular person at this school!"
"The most popular person? Really?"
"Yes, really."
"Wait, how do you know she's the most popular person at the school?"
"There's a voting system at the school website. You can vote to as much people as your want, as long as you know them. The person with the most votes is the most popular person at the school."
"Wait, does everyone know about that?"
"Well, I wouldn't say everyone, but I'd say just about everyone knows about it."
"Then how come I don't know?"
"How am I supposed to know?"
"Ummm..."
"Exactly, Courtney."
Courtney coughed, "Well, who is the second most popular person at the school?"
"Asura. This school's top delinquent."
"Did you just say top delinquent?"
"Yeah, I did."
"Top delinquent? A delinquent! A delinquent is the second most popular person in this school! Are you kidding me!"
"Not just any delinquent, but the top delinquent."
"I know, but-"
"Chill, man. He's not the top delinquent for nothing."
"Okay, okay," said Courtney, taking a deep breath and calming himself down. "Why is he called the top delinquent anyways?"
"Why? Well, he is the best fighter in the school, but since he's a delinquent, people just call him top delinquent for some reason."
"That's crazy. Wait, why is a delinquent so popular?"
"Well, he is the top delinquent of this school, as well as the best fighter in this school. People would have to know about him. He is also the only delinquent that is not in a group that our dear student council president couldn't manage to take care of."
"What do you mean?"
"Well-"
BOOM!
"Dang, my ears! What was that!?"
Carl looked at the entryway and said, "Oh no, not them again."
"Them?" Courtney turned around and looked. He saw a group of seven boys who had just entered the room. Who are they?"
"The third most powerful group of delinquents in this school, the Illusion Serpents. Their leader is Theodore."
"The Illusion Serpents? What-"
"All of you, get out of here! This is our territory!" someone yelled.
"Your territory? Who told you that!?" A boy stood up from a table and asked.
"I did. What, you want a fight with us, William?" said another boy. He was the leader of the gang.
"Don't think I'm scared of you, Teddy!" said William.
"What did you just call me!?" yelled Theodore angrily.
"That's right." Another boy from the table stood up. "The Valiant Eagles will crush you." When he said that, six other boys stood up.
"Interesting," said Carl. "The former delinquent group known as the Murderous Eagles, now known as the Valiant Eagles, will be fighting of against the Illusion Serpents."
"Hey, how strong were the Valiant Eagles?" asked Courtney.
"They were known to be the fourth most powerful groups of delinquents two months, but now I'm not really sure how strong they become."
"The fourth most powerful, huh. This will be interesting."
"Indeed," said Carl.
