The laboratory is in total silence as if, it is completely deprived of humans or any other living organism. A strange darkness emerges from one corner of the room looking like it's ready to engulf the whole room taking it to an endless dark abyss.

"waaahhhh", breathes one of the student near Fan San, the most prodigious person in the history cosmic science.

"yes! we finally did it." he exclaims as he sighs with satisfaction. He is a guy with probably 'the most average build' in the world. The messy hair, the dirty shirt, the awful smell coming from his armpits and the dark circles beneath his eyes clearly tell that he has not slept for days.

As the members are doing the wrap up, a loud bang is heard from behind leaving some people surprised and scared.

" Fan san! where the hell have you been?! it's been like 5 days since you last came home." screaming of a lady could be heard from back. She looks like a lady in her late 20s.

bang*

" ah shoot! sorry guys I messed up." a fellow student exclaims as he accidently breaks a flask containing a mysterious gas like substance.

The gas leaks out and spread into the whole room creating a heavy atmosphere in the lab.

"you idiot! did you eat your brain this morning?!! how on Earth are we going to close that little black hole now?" Fan San looses his cool after seeing that flask break.

Swoosh*

Every item of the laboratory starts disappearing into nothingness.

He looks at the black hole closely and sighs as if he is taking his last breaths unlike others who are panicked and trying futile efforts to escape from the lab.

Just as he is about to close his eyes he notices a thick layer of must surrounds him causing the pull from the hole to be nullified.

"yes, heavens didn't give up one me!! long live me!!" he exclaims happily.

The movements of the hole was becoming more violent causing panic in the heart of Fan San.

Unfortunately, just as Fan San predicted, he is sucked into the hole. He is going inside as his whole body streaches like a noodle but his body is still in one piece.

Just as he was about to reach the center, he is teleported in a different location.

12 hours later.

" huh, I am alive?" he is very surprised of the strange happening. He stands up and notices that he is naked, as he discover the place more he realizes that this is not Earth but some other plane.

Although he is shocked, with some deductions, he able to guess that it might be because of Einstein Rosen bridge.

" whatever, at least I am alive. So let's see what to do here." saying so, he starts wandering in his new world.

He keeps on Wandering aimlessly as he just wants to know more about this place.

Fan San sees many animals, birds and enormous creatures which makes him think that he has come to a fantasy novel.

" I wonder what I'll do without labs, phones and porn?" he sighs as he thinks about the Earth.

As he is lost in deep thoughts a huge beast blocks his path. It looks like a mutated tiger who had the tusks of Mammoth and skin harder than rock.

"fuck, what wrong did do to suffer like this?" he curses his luck as he stand back on his feet.

roar*

The beast slowly walks near him as his face gives a piercing gaze towards it's prey.

Although Fan San was panicked he didn't do something as foolish as to face him head on. That would be like going to its mouth by choice.

As Fan San was thinking how to deal with the beast a shriek was heard.

"fuck, I am doomed!" he curses as he closes his eyes and wraps his body by his arms in fear.

"huh, young master are you alright?" suddenly a person asks.

" huh, who the hell are you? where is that beast? wait, is this heaven?" he was about to go crazy because of the fear ignited by the beast. It was most likely to cause an emotional trauma if not handled well.

"young master are you okay? we were searching for you for about 3 days, then we came to this forest and saw you fighting with that beast so we came to save you as fast as possible." the leader of the group replied.

"ah, so that was the case. Wait, young master? me?" he was surprised because of the title that was suddenly bestowed upon him.

"young master stop teasing us and come back." the leader said in a painful and exhausted voice. They were searching him for 3 days without sleep so it would be wierd If they were fine.

"oh yes yes, I was in a daze so I just said that randomly." he quickly answered back.

" okay, since young master is back we are heading back to the Xiao Clan." the leader ordered it's subordinates.

"yes sir" they replied in unison.

The Xiao Clan they belonged to was located 4000 miles away from the forest they were currently at. This was what Fan San got to know from the leader. So he estimated that it would take around 5-6 days to reach there.

But, to his surprise, the grand journey of 4000 miles was covered in just 10 hours. This incident told him that humans here are very different from humans on earth. The difference was unmeasurable.

As they reached the clan doors a sudden shock in his brain caused him to faint.

"xiao Yan! Xiao Yan!" a person screamed when she saw him faint. This person was her mother, Lu Fei.

"huh, where am I?" he asked as his eyes stared into infinite nothingness.

" xiao Yan, finish your meal. Xiao Yan, let's play. Brat, come spar with me for a bit. Xiao, don't make me worry for you so much. Xiao,.....Xiao,...." there were numerous voices inside his head.

"huh, are these the memories of the previous owner?" he asked skeptically.

gasp*

"huh, what happened? mother! mother! what are you crying?" he asked.

"huh, Xiao you are awake!' she said joyously and hugged him.

"yes mother, I am awake. Sorry for making you worry." he said.

The mother-son duo chatted for some time.

"huh, looks like this Xiao Yan is the apple of the eye of every family member." this was what he analysed from the previous owner's memories.

Going through his memories he found many things. For eg, this world was a planet where strong reigns over the weak. It had no law and order or equality. People could cultivate their souls through the mystic qi which was abundant in the environment. The cultivation of soul had realms that were the definition of strength and knowledge.

The continent they lived in was the Eternal Martial land which comprised of 10 great empires. The one he was currently in was the Tianwu empire which was the weakest of all. His home was in the Myriad Land which was also the heart of the empire. The lived in the Northern region of the Myriad Land.

the northern region had 4 great sects and 3 sacred clans which ruled the region. Xiao Clan was the strongest out of the 3 clans. Also the powers of sects and clans were equal. His father was the big brother of the patriarch of the Xiao Clan.

" Hey brat, are you awake now?"
